There were no keys but a door code to enter and leave

Kitchen had limited cook ware. There was no electric frypan or wok. Barbecue would have been beneficial. We were surprised there was no access to a laundry.

The host's communication was great. The house was very tidy, warm and comfortable. The hosts made this a really simple process with little to no stress whatsoever. Will definitely be on the lookout for this properties availability when I'm next in Cambridge :)

Great property for a group stay. 4 decebt bedrooms with good beds and a large living space with everything you need. A modern build and very clean. Excellent value.

I found the hosts very respectful and helpful. Clear instructions, no issues with arriving early Fantastic supplies in the house. Bedding and towels were high quality.

for the money it was just average, everything felt a little cheap, from furniture to beds.to glasses for drinks etc.

Location, cleanliness, size. Tea and coffee items and toiletries were handy

Couldn't use the garage and 1 tv. Difficult to keep my son occupied. Beds were too hard

The television reception on some channels was not good, especially basic TV1, TV2, TV3. The aerial may need to be put up on the roof of the house instead of where it is on top of the fence.

The location was very handy, near Hamilton. Good base to explore the Waikato region. The house was very comfortable, well appointed, well-stocked, good flow, has everything we needed. Shower has good pressure. We were able to figure out how to work the oven, thanks to the detailed instructions. Will certainly use this again when we are back in the area.

The weather was very hot and muggy when we stayed. The AC could not reach the bedrooms - not a biggie though.

The house was spacious, clean, quiet, it was nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Herman and Lucy must have given a lot of thought into what might be needed and provided everything. I had a couple of conversations with Herman, he was really nice helpful and pleasant.

Nothing I didn't like. One thing, I've always stayed on motels and hotels before. If there are different protocols for holiday homes maybe that is something that booking.com could email with the receipt?

Very peaceful and comfortable heaps of space to relax in and very clean and tidy. I would definitely come back and stay again.
