The Cr bit small but it was clean

Very cute apartment, clean, and very convenient to all amenities. Good for 4 people. There’s water dispenser available as complimentary and kitchen utensils to use. Definitely recommended.

Just to suggest to replace or remove one of the fixtures in the shower area where you put toiletries. Also, you can’t leave baggage for early check-in or if you still want to roam around the city after check-out. No storage area or concierge.

We had a delightful stay in this cozy apartment in Baguio. The location was fantastic, as it was conveniently situated near SM and a variety of stores and restaurants, making it easy to find everything we needed. One of the highlights was its proximity to the church and cathedral, which were just a pleasant walk away. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us feel right at home. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities that added to our experience. Overall, this apartment offered great value for money, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to explore Baguio while enjoying a comfortable and convenient stay.

However, one downside was that we were only provided with one roll of toilet tissue for our stay from January 3 to 5, which felt insufficient for the duration of our visit.

Its clean and the location is very accessible.

The room is exceptionally spacious, making it perfect for small family. The kitchen is fully equipped and complete ensuring your comfort and convinience. Place is secured. 💯

No hot water for showering (but good thing the weather is fine so this wasn’t an issue during our stay) Absence if TV aerial. ( netflix and youtube is still fine) Drinking Water not refilled. ( tho the owner explained they unfortunately can provide a refill due to outbreak)

Noises of barking dogs from neighbors living nearby. Also, noises coming from other checked-in visitors especially at midnight.

It's a great place and it's really near the city center. Near the Church ,SM and near the session road. Ang almost walking distance to nearby tourist attractions. Also near Ililikha. The place is really clean and has so many cozy vibes. .

Great for our perfect Valentine's Day .Very good location, Had everything necessary in the room. Plenty of cooking facilities, good choice of television channels, both Filipino and International. Plenty of storage spaces and comfortable beds. The host was quick to respond to any questions, staff were pleasant and polite. Would also like to thank them for quickly contacting me after I left my wallet under one of the shelves, silly me!

Everything was good, but the big red tub in the shower was a little restrictive when you wanted to shower. But I understand the reason why it was there.

We are Still afraid to use the kitchen utensils and the water from the faucet because of diarrhea outbreak , but everything is good

We were able to cook our own breakfast, room was quiet and peaceful. The owner was friendly and very hospitable. Everything was cool. I particularly liked that the location is so close to the mall, church, and so many places to eat.

There's nothing we did not like during the stay.

Minimalist and cozy studio apartment. The property is clean and everything we need is provided. Very accessible to all the areas and good value for money.

We only have 2 issues; 1) WiFi connection is unsettled. On and off. It's quite inconvenient. 2) Clogging and flooding happen in the shower area. The water doesn't drain smoothly. Its quite challenging for a family to maximize it.

I liked the staff and the Room.

Stayed in baguio for 3D2N with my sister and nephew. The location of the unit was very convenient since it was situated on the center of the city. Walking distance from Burnham, baguio cathedral and sm baguio. The price of the unit was worth it since they have complete kitchenwares, ref, microwave, rice cooker and even water dispenser. You can do your cooking on the unit if you are on a budget. The owner is very nice and approachable, she always answers our queries. We will definitely stay here when we get back to baguio.

Location is pretty good with laundry, restaurant, minimart just next to the building. Pretty close to session road and SM as well. The internet is as well stable for work at home set up.

Best to have bidet.

The electrical maintenance of hotel

Disorganized waited on the street for ages till we were given a parking allocation . The bunk beds are not appropriate to the price Broken shower head and the other wand fell off the hanger constantly. The extra cleaning charge and 2k php deposit was unnecessary with the above average room cost cleaning should be included . It was quite disorganized. You called it a view room but it looked right at another building with a small area of view . Over priced and not well maintained. I have stayed in so many hotels in the last month and a half . I I don't usually give negative but this and another lately were both bad choices .

There was an opened doritos left inside the cabinet and my relative told me it smelled bad when she opened the cabinets in the stairs hahaha

What I like the most about Salcedo's Unit is the comfort that it can give. I love the facilties, the room is very clean and smells good, they have cooking stuffs and ref to store food and a verrrry nice bed. I like also the restroom . 💯 When I think about the price, yeah its quite above my budget but suprisingly I was be able to save more money because the place is so accessible - Near to SM, Market, Session Road, and Jeep Terminal. I dont need to ride a taxi to go to other places since Im at the town proper where jeepney terminal are located. Definitely, I will book again to Salcedo's Unit, because I feel comfortable and safe. If I may add, the owner is also accomodating and patient to respond to my queries. Salamat po!

Not totally I didn't like, but more likely a suggestion. Maybe you may put label to your liquid detergent- if Shampoo, for body wash/ liquid soap, or for dishwashing liquid soap. 😉

Our host failed to provide a parking spot...didn't ask if we needed one n did absolutely nothing to provide one the whole weekend. I'm disabled n her solution was to park at SM...1/2 mile away!!! That was never going to work. There's should be a parking spot assigned to each apartment in the place...guess she didn't want to give up hers?

I like the whole unit. We are very lucky to be the very first guests. All new. I really appreciate the welcome coffee provided on the table. We like the ambiance, the free wifi, Netflix, and the free water! The owners are very kind. They are very considerate. We forgot our itinerary in the city because we enjoyed staying at the unit instead of going out. We spent a quality time watching a series on Netflix. ^^, I hope they can provide us a faster internet connection. We are planning to stay here while working. Great for freelancers.
