Frida's Rooftop

Es war ein Traum, und besser als alles was wir bisher gekannt haben. Absoluter Glückstreffer. Wir waren sehr traurig gehen zu müssen. Perfekt ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Kühlbox für den Strand, Flossen, Kaffee, Kaffeemaschine, Duschbad, Seife, Shampoo, Extra Strandhandtücher. Absoluter Sauber. Gute Matratzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank.

Esta en un lugar tranquilo, el lugar es seguro, te dejan una garrafa de agua, las camas son cómodas y cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios

Pregunté si podría entrar un poco antes de la hora de entrada que es a las 3 PM y me comentaron que por tema de limpieza no era posible y cuando llegue vi que aunque todo estaba limpio el piso si le faltaba limpieza, incluso hasta una lagartija seca encontré, también te piden que tú saques tu propia basura así que no encontré motivo del porque no permitían entrar un poco antes, otro aspecto fue que a media semana entro no sé si la dueña o la que cuida el departamento, aclaro que si tocó el timbre y yo tarde en responder ya que me encontraba dormido, y cuando me acerque a la puerta me percate que la señora había entrado al departamento, y solo me comentó que si le hacía favor de pasarle un folder y que me dejaba la llave de la basura, aunque si tocó y espero un tiempo, considero que cuando uno renta un departamento por un tiempo, esperas que ese espacio se respete y nadie entre sin tu consentimiento.

The apartment is fantastic. Actually comfortable. Great kitchen. Nice bathrooms, laundry, pool. Rooftop is awesome for yoga or chilling with a book. Currently, it’s beside the forest so birds are pretty to hear, and quieter than other parts of town. However, it is a bit far from the beach - but once you get the hang of the collectivo or uber, it’s easy to get back and forth. and if you like walking, it’s an easy (flat) 45min. We often uber’ed or walked halfway. Also, that portrait of Frida… she will speak to you lol

The construction noise during the day was pretty loud… but it’s quiet at night and until 7’ish. We didn’t mind since we were at the beach then anyways. Quiet though, Saturdays and Sundays.

Wat een ontzettend fijn huisje is dit!! Van alle gemakken voorzien, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig: volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine en droger, zwembad en gym. Daarnaast is er veel aandacht gestoken in details en comfort en dat merk je. Het is gezellig ingericht en wat ook erg prettig is, is dat er overal horren zijn, zodat je ook lekker de deur even open kan zetten. Het dakterras is ook geweldig, we hebben elke middag er heerlijk gezeten en genoten van de zonsondergang.

Een klein minpuntje, het bed in de slaapkamer is wat aan de smalle kant waardoor wij besloten om apart te slapen.

This property was amazing in every way. The place was so accommodating with everything you possibly need! The host was so helpful and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend booking this place when staying in Puerto Morelos. Definitely will book with her again when I return.

Fantastic apartment.Very well maintained,and fitted out with both decor,household/ kitchen amenities. Rooftop a real bonus with great views and additional outside space for relaxing.

The bed in the main bedroom was small- not a double. Slightly out of main area but taxis easy to get and cheap.

Leuk appartement even rijden van Puerto Morelos strand. Vlotte communicatie met de host.

Het dakterras enkel te bereiken door appartement te verlaten dus moet je steeds attent zijn dat je de sleutel meeneemt, het appartement zelf ligt op derde verdieping met toch wel heel wat trappen om te doen wat niet heel handig is met veel en zware bagage. Het zwembad is gemeenschappelijk, dit was op de foto’s wat misleidend, we dachten dat dit een privé zwembad was. Op zich wel ok aangezien er niemand anders was maar ook hiervoor moet je steeds de trappen nemen. Ook dit is niet zo handig want als je iets wil eten of drinken moet je weer helemaal terug naar boven, tenzij je alles op voorhand meezeult.

The owner was extremely responsive and always available, quickly resolving any issues that came up. The apartment was excellent and brand new, with all the necessary comforts — the best accommodation we had during our road trip in the Yucatán. The rooftop terrace was beautiful, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like bath products, dish soap, and even bottles of water waiting for us upon arrival. In short, a top-notch experience . I highly recommend it!

Once we entered the apartment, we enjoyed it very much. The apartment is very spacy, light, stylish and all is there what you need. The kitchen is well equipped, it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; and what we enjoyed the most, was the beautiful rooftop terrace. It has such a great view and wonderful sitting place for our breakfasts. If we ever come back to Puerto Morelos, we definitely consider staying in the same place.

This block of apartments is the first one which is ready. There are a lot of buildings to be constructed right now on the same location, so it's a bit of a construction site behind the house, and thus, also quite noisy. But noise comes along with Mexico anyway, and soon, the other apartments will be ready. We couldn't find the pool, it's not close to the apartment. It took us some time to find the apartment, because we arrived in the dark. We asked for a few people who knew nothing about it, but then managed to notice the house numbers ourselves, and then it was easier. It is a little far away from Puerto Morelos city centre, but with a car, it's not a problem. By walk, it's too far.

It is the best place to stay! Very large spacious and bright apartments with your own roof top with grill area and hummock. Swimming pool on the teritory, Save deposit box is there, beach towels, 2 bicycles near the building in closed residential area. Dedicated Parking space for the car to reach beach quickly, jungle nearby with many animals, Comfortable kitchen where you can find everything for cooking, air condition in every room, large washing and drying machines in separate room(all liquids for washing clothes are also there ), so you will not hear when they work, 2 bathrooms with hot water, anti mosquito nets on windows, so no problems with insects at all. Staff, Manager Gloria is very friendly, has shown us everything, always was online to help. Highly recommend this place.

Noise from the builders during the day, but if you turn on music, it is okay

The apartment is kept nicely. It is comfortable and has everything you need. The host makes sure to have the little extras that help out a lot in the kitchen. The host is very kind and responsive , eager to help. The A/C units work wonderfully and living area is nice and has a homey feeling. I highly recommend this place.

A lot of stairs for my dad who is 80.

Excellent, beautiful apartment, new, clean, all services.

I liked that I felt at home. There is a lot of storage space and shelves where we could put our things. I like to be organized so we can find things fast. Many hotels don't have shelves and it's uncomfortable. Also and most important, the owner was kind, helpful and available at all times.

Condo was very spacious. It is more suited for a family as one of the bedrooms had bunkbeds. The master bedroom bed could accommodate a queen and or king size . The bed was only a double but was comfortable.

Bed sizes were small for 5 adults. Be prepared to climb stairs if you are staying on the top floor. Not ideal for older people.

The condo is beautiful and it’s well decorated.

The linen weren’t clean (this was the main thing). Besides that, we were unlucky there were working next to the building, even Sunday, and starting at 7am and it was very noisy.

Very friendly and helpful host of a beautiful place that felt like home to me immediately. It was exceptionally comfortable and beautifully decorated with attention to detail and had a huge private rooftop terrace. It had everything I could ever need and more! One of my favorite places I have ever stayed.

The only thing I could think of is that the bed could be a bit small for two people. Other than that zero complaints!

We had a wonderful time at Frida’s rooftop. The apartment is brand new and beautifully decorated. Chris was there to meet us and both he and Eva were super available for all our questions and needs. The pool was refreshing and the rooftop a wonderful bonus! There are bikes but we did not use them as we had a car. The Puerto Morelos beach was a short drive away. we loved our time here!
