Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Fasiliti yang disediakan selesa, kondisi homestay sangat bersih, perabot yang ada pun minimalis sedap mata memandang. Aircond homestay ini pun berfungsi dengan cemerlang, kemudahan seperti peti sejuk, oven, heater dan dapur elektrik ada disediakan. Untuk tinggal 4-5 orang okay sangat. Bilik satu besar ada queen bed, bilik kedua ada dua single bed. Overall selesa. Tandas pun ada kemudahan yg lengkap, siap ada air sejuk dan panas. Tandas ada paip juga, tapi paipnya bukan jenis biasa di rumah ya. Sofa Bed paling function, firm dan selesa 😁👏🏼 paling saya suka dia pnya switch on off nya sangat moden dan sangat mudah, bukan mcm switch di rumah yg kecil2 😂. Overall mantap dan padu 🔥🔥🔥
Ada 4 perkara saja yang perlu saya highlight untuk penambahbaikan servis 😁: 1- Mangkus tandas ada paip juga ya untuk cuci2, tapi bukan paip biasa kita di rumah. Jenis main tembak direct 😂. Jadi saya fikir perlu sediakan juga paip yg ada hos (kalau dpt), kalau tidak pun kalau boleh, sekurang2 nya sediakan baldi dan gayung. Dan kalau boleh juga, tambah pemegang untuk bangun (untuk orang tua sakit lutut) dkt tandas untuk kemudahan, yang lain mantap terbaik 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2- Ketiadaan periuk/kuali tapi ada kemudahan dapur elektrik. Jd fungsi dapur tidak dapat digunakan. Sebab haritu kami beli makanan dari luar tapi mau kasi panas dia nda dapat sbb tiada periuk. Tp ndapa mungkin periuk tu ada tp kami nda jumpa kali. Tidak menjadi masalah juga la, tapi alangkah lagi bagus kalau ada. Yg lain tetap terbaik 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3- Kena terangkan juga lebih detail pasal parking berbayar di dalam bangunan supaya orang tau sebelum booking. Setakat pengalaman saya RM3 untuk sejam yg pertama, dan kemudian RM1 setiap jam sehingga keluar dari bangunan. Tapi saya suka bab parking ni sbb sgt mudah diakses ya 🙌🏻 4- Ada Cleaning Fees sebanyak RM30.00 yg tidak dimasukkan dalam harga terpapar dalam iklan, tapi sebelum bayar booking akan masuk fee tersebut. Saya fikir biasanya kalau hotel, harga hotel dibayar tu sekali la kan dgn pembersihan apa semua, kecuali ada barang rosak, tapi mungkin itu polisi homestay ini. Saya terima juga 😊 cuma ada baiknya kalau diberitahu sekali dalam iklan supaya lebih telus.

Tiada basic toiletries disediakan. Hanya tuala mandi dan lap kaki. Tisu juga tidak tersedia. Lambat respon utk paswod wifi.

Reviewed Dec 12, 2024I love the comfort. Even though I’m renting with family, it still feels very comfortable. The bathroom is excellent, and the cleanliness is impeccable.
I think the parking is an issue since I need to pay to enter, with the rate being 1 ringgit per hour. I initially thought it was free because the owner didn’t inform me about the charges.

Been staying in JQ for a few times so thought of trying BaySuite but due to some technical issues from the property was changed to JQ. JQ as usual was great. XD
