Todo🥰 El Riad fue un regalo dentro de nuestro viaje a Marrakech.Super bonito y limpísimo. Y lo mejor de todo el personal, nos facilitaron el traslado al aeropuerto y Zahira vino en persona donde nos dejaba el taxi para acompañarnos al Riad( no estaba lejos del Riad, pero si es la primera vez que vas a la Medina de Marrakech es un laberinto de calles estrechas).Super agradecidas con la atención. Luego está Ayud( el chico que estaba por las tardes y la noche), super amable y nos ayudó con todo lo q le pedimos. Y también mencionar a la cocinera, porque el primer día encargamos la comida en el Riad y fue espectacular. Y los desayunos increíbles. Y la ubicación perfecta, a 10 min de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna,. Sin duda si vuelvo a Marrakech volveré a este Riad.

L'établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal. La chambre est impeccable, soigneusement entretenue, et le personnel se montre particulièrement accueillant et professionnel. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Monsieur Ayoub, dont l'accueil et la disponibilité ont grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour exceptionnel. Je suis très reconnaissant envers lui ainsi qu'à l'ensemble du personnel pour leur assistance et leur gentillesse.

Die Betreuung durch das Personal, der Service und die geschmackvolle Ausstattung des Riad dei Colori war einfach fantastisch. Auch das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich und wir haben die drei Tage dort in vollen Zügen genossen! Gerne jederzeit wieder!!

The hotel is in a very central location, which made it extremely convenient for getting around. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast was fantastic and served on a beautiful terrace, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The property itself feels authentic, very clean, and well preserved, with plenty of character and charm.

The room has a sewer smell

Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Możliwość transferu z lotniska nawet w nocy. Czysto w pokojach, codzienne sprzątanie. Miejsce warte polecenia.

La ubicación, muy céntrico y la amabilidad y predisposición de los empleados, en especial el chico de recepción, encantador.

El Riad es de tamaño reducido y al tener tan pocos clientes tiene algunas carencias (desayuno limitado, piscina tamaño tipo yakuzzi y tardanza en reparar desperfectos...). Desgraciadamente tienen en el vecindario un gallo que se pasa la mitad de la noche cacareando en un amanecer permanente; igual en otras habitaciones no es tan molesto, en la nuestra sí lo fue.

Riad magnifique, paisible, bien équipé et le personnel est au top. Tout pour passer un magnifique séjour!!!

I had such a lovely stay at this riad. The team were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Everyone was so welcoming and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help, which made the whole experience feel really relaxed and easy. A special mention to Ayub, who was especially kind and accommodating throughout my stay. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere of the riad was beautiful and peaceful, and it felt like a little oasis away from the busy streets. I’d 100% stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech.

This is no fault of the riad but there is a rooster that starts crowing from 5am which is annoying. Again, not the riads fault because it's not their rooster.

We had such a wonderful stay at Riad Dei Colori! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of everything. The people working there are incredibly kind and welcoming , we shared many good laughs together, which made the experience even more special. They were always helpful, gave us great recommendations for places to visit, and even helped us arrange a taxi to carry our things. The breakfast was absolutely delicious every morning! We would definitely recommend this riad to anyone visiting, and we will 100% be coming back. Thank you for everything!

Everything was absolutely perfect. Room was comfortable, breakfast was wonderful, and location was perfect. We loved having breakfast in the mornings on the terrace. Location was 10/10, we were able to quickly walk to all of the main attractions of Marrakech, we were right in the middle of the souks, but off on a quiet side street which was perfect. The best part of it all was Ayub and Zahira- they were truly the best hosts we have ever had and we are so appreciative of their hospitality. Anything we needed, they were there for happily. My fiancé wound up getting sick on the last day of our trip and they were so amazing- checking in on him throughout the day, bringing him special teas to help make him feel better, and Ayub even offered to help get him out of bed to walk around the pool to get him outside. Also, Ayub even got us some tea to bring home so we wouldn’t have to pay tourist prices (of course we paid for it, but much cheaper than we would have gotten it in the souks ourselves) which was so kind and we have been enjoying our Moroccan tea back in the states now. I don’t have enough kind words for Zahira and Ayub- I truly felt like they were friends during our stay. If we are ever back in Marrakech we will 100% be staying here again.

Muy prolijo todo y limpio. Nos íbamos muy temprano de excursión y nos dieron el desayuno para llevar. Muy amable la atención de todo el personal

El ambiente de la pieza era húmedo, no era algo estructural porque no se veían manchas, entendemos que el extractor del baño estaba obstruido y la humedad de la ducha quedaba en el ambiente de la habitación. El desayuno siempre nos tocó en la terraza, que era muy bonita, pero por ahí si hace frío podrían ofrecerte desayunar abajo.

Das Riad war einfach wunderschön und hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir haben uns von Anfang an unglaublich wohlgefühlt und wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen. Besonders toll fanden wir, dass auf unseren Wunsch hin das Frühstück flexibel vorverlegt wurde – ein wirklich großartiger Service! Das gesamte Team war äußerst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und stets bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt und geräumig, sodass man sich rundum entspannen konnte. Man hat sich wirklich hervorragend um uns gekümmert. Auch die Lage war top! Gerade abends wenn es dunkel wurde waren wir froh, dass wir nicht durch viele leere Gassen gehen mussten sondern zügig zu unserem Riad kamen. Auch wurde ein privates Taxi vom Riad organisiert, das uns zum Flughafen brachte.

Tutto. Zahira una padrona di casa eccezionale e per di più parla molto bene l'italiano, sempre disponibile a darci consigli. Ottima colazione in terrazza.

La ubicación, el diseño y decoración pero sobre todo la amabilidad del personal, tanto Zahira como Ayoub han sido súper amables. Nos buscaron transfer para el aeropuerto e incluso nos imprimieron las tarjetas de embarque y nos prepararon picnic del desayuno ya que embarcábamos muy temprano. Sin duda alguna repetiría

La humedad, aunque la puedes regular con la calefacción pero unos deshumidificadores no vendrían mal

Everything was beyond perfect with our stay in this beautiful riad. Our host Zahira was very helpful and friendly, always there when needed any times. Transport was booked on time despite of short notice. All the other staffs Ayoub, Sahij all were very helpful, attentive and they made us the best breakfast on the rooftop and made us feel welcome with clean room Riad was exceptionally clean. Riad feels so relaxed and refreshing. Our riad is right is jn the center of Medina yet very quiet and peaceful. Location is perfect and walkable to souks and other main centre, able to explore the city. Overall, great stay best accommodation we could ever asked for.

Struttura ad un passo dal centro ma allo stesso tempo molto silenziosa. Arredata in maniera eccellente , pulitissima, stanza funzionale, terrazza per la colazione e colazioni speciali! Abbiamo fatto con loro il corso di cucina e abbiamo chiesto loro di prenotarci Hammam , entrambi i servizi impeccabili. Lascio per ultima ma di certo non è ultima, l’ospitalità ! Sincera, includente mai fuori posto, Zahira e il suo staff ( Ayub in particolare ) sono stati deliziosi e perfetti, sempre a disposizione con un grande sorriso, hanno reso sicuramente il viaggio ancora più bello !!

Het personeel is heel erg lief en behulpzaam, met name Ayoub die er elke avond zat is erg aardig. Als we ‘s avonds in de algemene ruimte zaten, kwam Ayoub ons nog even een kopje thee brengen met wat lekkers erbij. De locatie is ook perfect, aan het begin van de souks waardoor het nog niet mega druk is maar wel een leuke straat. Binnen heb je geen last van de drukkere straat. En het dakterras is heerlijk om ‘s middags op te zitten na de hele dag door de souks te hebben gelopen. Mooi uitzicht ook vanaf het dakterras op een aantal moskeeën en op het Atlasgebergte.

Tout était parfait !

El alojamiento está muy limpio, se sirve un delicioso desayuno en la terraza donde da el sol desde primera hora. Destacar que gracias a Ayoud nos sentimos como en casa. Educado, atento y simpático estuvo muy pendiente de que nuestra estancia fuera muy agradable y así fue. Nos perdimos un día por la Medina y vino a recogernos. Nos ayudó con los traslados y todas sus sugerencias a restaurantes fueron un acierto. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Riad fantastico in una posizione eccellente. Aiub e Zaira sono stati fantastici e super presenti hanno soddisfatto le nostre richieste. Riad bellissimo e super pulito, colazione top!

Tutto fantastico

Riad molto pulito, curato, tenuto benissimo, silenzioso la sera, staff gentilissimo e disponibile, buona colazione, letto comodo! La posizione è molto comoda perché si trova nella medina con tutti i servizi e alcune attrazioni a pochi passi e a circa 20 minuti da jemaa elfna con una piacevole passeggiata per la medina! Inoltre, a meno di 3 minuti a piedi dalla strada dove prendere taxi/transfers! Faccio i complimenti a Zahira perché è una host eccezionale! Molto attenta ai bisogni dei clienti, proattiva e di grandissimo supporto prima e durante il soggiorno. In questo riad ci si sente a casa! Se tornerò a Marrakech, tornerò sicuramente al Riad dei Colori!

Struttura bellissima, pulita, colazione eccellente e personale fantastico. Zahira é una persona eccezionale, ci ha aiutati in tutto, parla bene l’italiano, ha organizzato un escursione ad Agafay bellissima e mi ha regalato anche un pó del suo profumatore perché il negozio era chiuso. Sympathique riad, personnel très accueillant et attentionné, surtout Ayoub qui nous accueillait avec sourire tous les jours. Un merci particulier pour l'accueil chaleureux à notre arrivée dans un climat froid, pluvieux et humide.

The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately, there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The staff put me in a different room as soon as I pointed it out, but unfortunately, the issue persisted. That’s why I personally would not stay here again. The location is good though, on the edge of the median, where taxis can drop you. So you don’t have to walk too far into the Medina with your luggage.

Everything about our stay here at Riad Dei Colori was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we felt like we were at home. Zahira and her staff went above and beyond to help us, accommodate us, and make us feel welcome. Ayub makes the best breakfast in all of Marrakech! The breakfast on the terrace was excellent, filling, and I keep thinking about the fresh squeezed orange juice! The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. I loved all of the architectural details, the stonework, the common area to sit and relax, and the pool was very refreshing after a long day out in the heat. Most of all, I loved how quiet the Riad was. You would not know that it was in the center of the medina; just turn two corners and you are in the chaos. You wouldn't know it, because the Riad was so quiet. It was literally like an oasis, a peaceful, beautiful escape, from the crowds and chaos of the medina. The best part about this is Zahira, the owner. She is nothing short of extraordinary. I am so glad I chose to stay here, and so glad to have made new friends because of it. Everything was wonderful, and I am so grateful and thankful for all Zahira and her staff did for us while we stayed there.

La struttura è fantastica: se dovessi tornare a Marrakech, prenoterei senza alcun dubbio di nuovo qui! Il vero valore aggiunto è lo staff. Ayoub è una persona estremamente disponibile e gentile, sempre pronto ad accoglierti con il sorriso. Le ragazze che si occupano delle pulizie lavorano in modo impeccabile: non si limitano a pulire, ma rimettono tutto in perfetto ordine, ed è davvero un piacere rientrare in camera dopo una giornata in giro. Complimenti a Zaira e a tutto il team per la professionalità e l’attenzione riservata agli ospiti.

La colazione è ottima, ma potrebbe essere un po’ più varia

Era un oasis al volver de los mercados. Muy bien ubicado en el casi histórico Lindo, limpio, super tranquilo . No hemos sentido ruidos externos en lss dos habitaciones en las que nos alejamos una en PB y ora en 1 piso La ayuda de Ayub qué nos recibió a la madrugada por un retraso en el vuelo y que nos preparó el desayuno para llevar temprano al dejar el Riad.

Si bien ofrece desayuno podría tener una pava eléctrica para tomar algo caliente al llegar en invierno

Un’ospitalità pazzesca, un posto meraviglioso, ci è piaciuto tutto, dal profumo dell’ambiente alla colazione, dalle stanze allo staff. Consiglio tantissimo!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer sehr sauber.

Leider gab es kein Frühstück vor 8:00 für uns. Wir bekamen ein Lunchpaket mit auf dem Weg.

Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in deze prachtige Riad, locatie is prima, op ongeveer 20 min lopen van het centrale plein. Onzettend goede service. Ayoub heeft heel erg zijn best gedaan om het ons naar de zin te maken, en is altijd vrolijk. We werden gastvrij ontvangen met thee. Ontbijt was lekker en genoeg. Kamers erg fijn, comfortabel, en schoon!

Enige verbeterpuntje was misschien een koelkastje op de kamer (was voor ons niet echt nodig in december, maar wellicht fijn in de zomer), en evt een extra spiegel in de kamer zelf.

Un elogio particolare va a Zaira, punto di riferimento assoluto. Leadership evidente, gestione fluida e un’accoglienza che fa la differenza: ci ha supportati dall’inizio alla fine con precisione, disponibilità e un approccio orientato al cliente che eleva tutta l’esperienza. Hotel consigliato senza riserve.

Very nice staff and clean room. Ayoub is very attentive and friendly. The location is good to explore the city from and to access pickup points for tours. Nice rooftop terrace.

Super Aufenthalt - alles war wie beschrieben. Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, das Personal war mehr als bemüht, die Lage war super und das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse klasse. Absolute Empfehlung - man fühlt sich sofort wohl!

Unser Zimmer war direkt unter der Küche, morgens war es teilweise etwas laut. Und direkt neben dem Hotel war morgens ein aktiver Hahn, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts und sowas kann mitten in der Stadt vorkommen.

Piękny riad położony w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Nowy, przytulny, bardzo czysty, pięknie urządzony. Państwo z obsługi bardzo pomocni, dbają o komfort gości, pokoje codziennie sprzątane a śniadanie na słonecznym dachu-tarasie pyszne. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce.

Abbiamo trascorso giorni splendidi in questo riad. L’ospitalità è eccezionale: lo staff è sempre gentile, sorridente e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. La pulizia degli spazi comuni e delle camere è impeccabile. Le camere sono piccole ma molto confortevoli, dotate di aria condizionata e bagno privato, ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata nel caos affascinante della medina. La colazione tipica, servita nella terrazza del riad, è buonissima e curata nei dettagli: un vero piacere iniziare così la giornata. Molto comodo anche il servizio di deposito bagagli, sempre gestito con cortesia. Un luogo accogliente e autentico, dove ci si sente a casa fin dal primo momento. Consigliato vivamente!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich schön ausgestattet. Die Lage war perfekt, man war direkt überall zu Fuß. Die Nebenstraße war aber ruhig, daher konnte man dem Trubel entfliehen. Das Personal war super nett und hat sich sehr bemüht!

Ayub, creoi q se llamaba el conserje. Una bellisima persona, un trato exelente. Nos hizo sentir como en casa.

Zona tranquilla ma si sente qualsiasi rumore da fuori e dalle altre camere.

Wir haben in diesem Hotel in Marrakesch übernachtet und waren rundum zufrieden! Ein großes Dankeschön an Frau Zahira und Herrn Eyüp für ihre herzliche Hilfe und Freundlichkeit – sie haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht. Das ganze Team war sehr aufmerksam, das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett unglaublich bequem, und das Frühstück einfach fantastisch – frisch, lecker und mit viel Auswahl. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war top! Wir können dieses Hotel wirklich wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für alles! 🌞

Wonderful stay - riad was immaculate, peaceful and welcoming

the hosts Zahira and Ayoub are extremely nice and helpful, always here to help the place is super clean, looks new, super cute the breakfast, the location the support the attention everything was great.

there was a strong smell of mold in the room and bathroom we had to keep everything open all the time (AC, and windows even when we were not there.

On a été super bien accueillis par Ayoub et la propriétaire du lieu. Le Riad est magnifique, très cosi, calme, un lieu où on s’y sent bien. Il y a un petit salon commun à chaque étage pour pouvoir lire tranquillement le soir.

Tuvimos una estancia maravillosa, como si estuviéramos en casa. Cabe destacar la actitud de Ayud, el chico que está en el Riad, ha sido encantador y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. El lugar estaba impecablemente limpio y la ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo pero silencioso. Sin duda, un sitio para repetir y recomendar al 100%

Eerste twee nachten van onze reis hier verbleven. Wat een lieve mensen en het verblijf is super schoon! Verbaasd over hoe stil het was. Geen last van de geluiden op straat, en ook niet van de andere kamers. Heerlijk ontbeten. Aanrader!

El Riad está bien ubicado , es cómodo , muy limpio el baño impecable , la verdad el servicio es lo q más me gustó , el personal súper amable , y muy dispuestos a solucionar absolutamente todo, Ayub se comportó muy amable …

Nuestra estancia en este Riad ha sido perfecta en todos los sentidos. El lugar es precioso, muy limpio y cuidado en cada detalle, creando un ambiente auténtico y acogedor en pleno corazón de Marrakech. El desayuno estaba buenísimo, variado y preparado con mucho cariño. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Ayub, que ha sido increíble durante toda la estancia: siempre amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Nos trasmitió confianza desde el primer momento y gracias a él nos hemos sentido como en casa. Nos vamos con un pedacito de Ayub y sus ocurrencias, que siempre nos harán sonreír. También queremos agradecer a la dueña del Riad, por su amabilidad y simpatía. Recomendamos este Riad al 100 % y sin duda volveremos en nuestro próximo viaje a Marrakech.

A nice, compfortable and quiet place in the Edge of the Medina. Easy to reach but not fare from the central places. Adorable stuff.

Excellent service, Staffs are friendly. They clean the room and change towel everyday, we stayed at this riad for 7 days and it was an amazing stay. Few minutes away from Jema Al fena. Near to all shops.

The location is great. The Riad is newly renovated and has a wonderful personal touch to make it feel homely. The host / owner (Zahira) was very friendly and accommodating, including taking note of dietary requirements for breakfast. Very helpful with tips and ideas, as well as arranging the transfers to and from the airport. The rooftop is a wonderful place to relax as its quiet, despite the Riad being very central.

Very clean and staff were great. Ayoub was very nice.

Nice riad, recently renovated, well positioned in the Medina. Comfortable and beautifully decorated room, with air conditioning; bathroom with shower, equipped with everything you need. Impeccable cleaning, done daily. The staff was nice and very kind, served us delicious breakfast even at 7 am, when we were leaving for excursions. They answered all our requests and helped us with printing the boarding pass.

We loved this hotel very much, especially Zahira, who helped us to arrange a day tour and recommended restaurant for dinner with a great show, which is excellent. The room is clean with good hot water pressure. Breakfast has a lot of bread election with orange juice and mint tea. The man and lady who serve with us is politely.

I love the vibe of the riad and especially the staff they’re super nice and accommodating. The location is very good located in the middle of souks and a short walking distance to attractions.

This Riad is clean, bright and tastefully furnished but our room was very small. However there was a very nice sitting area right outside the door.

Very good location, Zara was super kind and available, very clean, rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast was delicious.

Really simple and peaceful decor, rooms are decent sized and really clean. Riad is close to the main attractions.

The water from the shower will make the whole bathroom floor wet, it was a bit annoying. Breakfast was quite basic, nothing special. There was no personnel at the reception when we checked out at 11am.
