It was comfortable but tiny. But I still liked it. I like the gym area as well. I also like the staff there they were super nice, protective, and helpful.

Ein Trockner im Apartment wäre gut.

The unit was not very clean, and the shower water did not drain properly. The host offered to fix the issue, but we were not comfortable with someone entering the unit while we were not there. There was also an unpleasant smell coming from one of the drawers. Wifi isn’t working. It only worked on the first day.

Great little studio. Good value and great location for our visit. Would definitley stay again when the need arises.

From the description i was expecting a separate bedroom from the living room. It turned out to be a studio apartment with no separate bedrooms. Likely this was my own misunderstanding.

The sofa bed! I don’t know if it could pass as a sofa bed! I mean if 2 people were staying, having the double bed was fine but 3 of us stayed in there. The promised sofa bed was not comfy at all!

Everything for my functions as a parent to a preschool age. ONLY 3 to 4 euro cost when taking GRAB TAXI to Mall of Asia. Helpful lobby staff. He carried my shopping bags and helped me with 4 out of 7 bags I had when nobody returned the trolley.

The residence is modern and well equipped with swimming pool and gym as well. The apartment was tidy and neat, it had all amenities. Hosts were nice and responsive through chat. We enjoyed relaxing there after a busy day in Manila.

The check-in procedure is not the easiest, but we understand the residence has security measures.

Location! It was conveniently located within walking distance to the PICC. The staff were very courteous and helpful. Ms. Tina was a gracious host and took care of our needs. The unit was also clean and with ample provisions for cooking. The views are also breathtaking although it would have been perfect if there was a balcony, but even then, it was great. Convenience stores and banks with ATMs are available on-site and nearby. There is also a hotpot restaurant on the ground floor. It was worth the price and definitely budget-friendly.

The condo is very nice, very clean, the people in the reception, staff , the people around and even the guards are very accommodating and most importantly is the host Ms Tina was very kind she looks after our needs communicate with us with us all the time plus free cleaning which is a bonus to us. The pool was very nice the overall ambience of the condo was very good. We will surely come back when we have our next holiday and definitely we will recommend it to our friends. Thank ypu Ms Tina 🥰

I arrived very early & Tina was very accommodating in letting me leave my bags in the room well before check in time. She also gave a tour of the roof top deck & the swimming pool level. The unit does not have keys but rather a security code panel for access which removes any concern about losing keys.

The only thing I could fault, not with the property as such, but the distance from the airport. It is quite a way away, especially in heave traffic.

Our stay at this Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, with every corner of the home shining with cleanliness. The washing machine was a lifesaver, especially for a longer stay, making it so convenient to keep everything fresh. What really stood out was the top-notch customer service. The host was incredibly attentive, responding quickly to any questions and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I felt truly taken care of, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!Booking again next month

The strategic location of the facility. It is accessible to all and less traffic congestion. The place is clean, convenient, comfortable and very cozy. It is hassle and stress free. Ms Tina is very accommodating and accessible. This is the best facility we had been to during this vacation period. Will surely book again and recommend to friends.

The hotel's strategic location, situated in close proximity to the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), was highly convenient for my needs. I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by Tina Martin, the manager, who demonstrated remarkable friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodation. Similarly, the front desk staff and security personnel were courteous and responsive. The hotel's proximity to the Mall of Asia and ease of access to transportation options, including taxis and Grab, further enhanced my stay.

The pools and the whole place were beautiful, staff was so kind and helpful, food was delicious, location wasn’t awful for grabbing tuktuks and also was able to help arrange for excursions.

The room we had felt like it was unfinished, the lighting was poor and it felt like it was missing something, was very large but empty with a missing beam in the ceiling.

Good Security & 31st skyscraper floor which has a good view. Also having a nice 50m swimming pool.

During late night Karaoke song which come from Mabini Street used to be noisy

The Radiance Hotel was in a very good location and easy to find. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean! We enjoyed having someone to meet us and showed us everything inside the room. Thank you, Tina!

We love everything about this place!

Radiance Bay Studio employees were polite and welcoming. Upon entrance, they will assist you immediately. The studio type room that we rented is what we exactly needed. The free use of its facilities and amenities helped us a lot in saving money, thus making our stay worry free. The property is clean, and it's size is just right for a couple or small family. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family. ☺️

The place was commendable. I am very happy with the bed and pillows and its firmness is very good quality. I am happy with the space of the rest room as the space gives you comfortability to get dressed. Very good with appliances. An automatic washing machine is also available. The water heater is also good and not hard to adjust the temperature. Thank you so much and it was indeed a pleasant stay.

We like everything. The place was very clean and quiet. Had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The toiletries were complete and they even provided toothbrush, toothpaste, and mineral water.The kitchen appliances were complete and easy to use. Smart TV with netflix and fast wifi. And Tina (the caretaker) was so wonderfull and accomodating. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a relaxing and pleasant stay. We’ll definitely book again on our next vacation😊

I love how clean and organized the place was. The sheets, pillows, and bed were all to my liking. I also love how accommodating ate Tina is. The place is conveniently situated from where I was supposed to go and for the price it was indeed worth the stay. I would book again here if I would be around Pasay again. I hope to stay at this wonderful stay once again.
