The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The location was also very convenient, and I felt relaxed and welcomed throughout my time there. The service was excellent and I really appreciated the hospitality from the staff. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Attention , they are a total fraud ., said they do not book with booking .com, do not accept credit cards. hotel is not like in photo, they are fronting as the Nana hotel that is nice in BKK. They are fraudulent with taxi guy arguing because I refused to pay again after I had already paid him obvious front desk 2 women wanted kick back from driver if I had paid twice . I paid hotel cash but they refused to give me a room key . When I walked out driver was still jerking on me and 2 women verbal.

Some people dont like noise and loud music but I like it otherwise I wont go to Nana.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026This is a small old hotel that is well located and a very good value, the staff remembered me from my previous stays even though it it had been a few years since my last stays. Always friendly responsive staff. Clean rooms and a laundry service right next door.
Everything was okay for me in my room. There is always some street noise if you have a street facing room. Would recommend the back facing rooms if you need a quiet space at night. I like the street view as it is Nana soi 4 with lots of people and things moving along it.

Nothing really. I probably would have made use of an iron if one was around but that's a very minor matter.

Room was very clean, cleaned every day. Bed was large and comfortable. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Wi-fi good. Had a great stay, great value for money - would happily stay again. Thanks

Reviewed May 7, 2026Great location, right in the middle of the city, five minutes from the metro. Two seven-elevens nearby, a bunch of bars and restaurants. The room is spacious and clean, bathroom has a water heater. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and room cleaning is done every day.
The hotel is located in the middle of a nightlife street, so it can be noisy sometimes. Also, smoking weed is allowed inside the rooms, so the smell is everywhere.
