Very good Breakfast. Staff at breakfast is very courteous. Goods options for Halal food.

Room was good. But Hotel has to improve the Sound Proofing. When the door of other room open, You get the Vibration and lot Noise in your room. if the kids are snoring in the walk way. you get noise in the room. These things disturb the sleep

The hotel is in a perfect location for everything you like downtown. my room was clean and a nice view.

some other people staying in the hotel, are very loud and didnt care about others in there rooms sleeping.

Rooms set up.nice. And the counter staff are very polite and good customer service.

Some guests just open and close their doors very loudly. Either you can place a sticker on the closed door with care. Also the door closer can be adjusted This is not a complaint just an idea to improve customers satisfaction. Very nice hotel . Great value and the location

although good location but feels too far from Nana BTS due to the heat and cramped road we have to take. and free ride to NANA BTS is a dice roll. I was able to get only 1 ride out of 4 attempts to ride. they say to wait or no driver, although I saw some other customer driven even when out of fixed times. No dental and shaving kit provided but thankfully 7/11 is just a jump away. Breakfast has very limited options, definitely not international if you ask me but good attempt to be 1.

Where do I start? Location was not appropriate for families with children. I believe this should be stated in their description. Rooms were basic- no wardrobe. There was only one electrical outlet in the room. Bathrooms were just adequate. One bathroom was smelly. Rooms were small, no space to lay down suitcases. This is just a few of the issues.

Bruit et fréquentation de l'hôtel par des touristes amateur des filles de bar. Impression de ne pas être en sécurité surtout quand vous voyagez seule en tant que femme. Car ces touristes vous abordent et sont désagréables. C'est dommage car le personnel est très gentil.

Be careful about 2 things. 1. They ask for deposit per night, which is not stated in their info. 2. They change price every day, it is their rule from their management. This means that one day price can be 1500 baht and next day 2000 baht.

The staff member/shuttle driver JOJO was an excellent person. Very very helpful. If I wver stay at Ibis hotel it would only be because of him.

Despite had alot of empty room in the property we were not given early check in. I booked 6 rooms for my family, requested to give atleast 1 or 2 room for early check in. But the staff was reluctant. They could have been more accommodating

Room was good enough for me, except for the hot and bath shower. it was too warm. Staff members are friendly, I would like to commend servers Pu and Bank. As well as the F and B Manager for making a new burger for me. It was supposed to be reheated tho, he made a new one. Location is just perfect for me. I will be back.

Whoever designed the room measured the exact size that would make someone uncomfortable and added 1 cm. the bathroom is super small and tightly fit and the shower is a weird corner angle that lets water all over the bathroom. the mattress sits on a slab of wood and slides around. the pillows flattens to paper as soon as you lay on it. there is 1 outlet in the most inconvenient place close to the window. The fridge was filled with beer so could barely fit my drinks inside. Whoever designed these rooms did not intend for them to be functional. Big discrepancy between price and value

De bedden lagen prima. Douche was heerlijk en qua ruimte voor een kort verblijf in een grote stad is t qua oppervlakte ook oké. Koffie en thee en water gratis op de kamer.

Personeel aan de balie super onvriendelijk op 1 kerel na. Niet des Thais. Wat vooral super super smerig is was dat mijn bed lakens vlekken hadden die er redelijk vers uitzagen en ik de herkomst niet van wil weten. Gelukkig hebben ze dat opgelost. Hotel ligt midden in een rode buurt waardoor we 2 nachten wakker lagen van sexgeluiden en slaande deuren. Het is gewoon een afwerkhotel. Oordoppen mee dus. Ga hier niet als je relax Bangkok wilt verkennen want het ligt niet echt gunstig behalve voor uitgaan. Verkeerde keuze geweest! Had me niet goed ingelezen maar had het gezien de prijs kunnen vermoeden.

Emplacement central, très pratique, un peu festif cependant si on veut être au calme. Appartement bien équipé, personnel très gentil, petit déjeuner correct.

room, location were very good. When I visited to Thailand, mostly I stayed here.

I would like you to recheck for breakfast. No much choices and I request to put halal foods (not so much to prepare - just one main dishes like fried rice, fried noodles). This time, plain rice, one vegetable, one chicken curry, and some side dishes only. I do not complaint, but I want to more comfortable.

Outdoor air, was poorly looked after, ashtrays not emptied often enough, no outdoor fans to cool and encourage anyone to sit out side. When it rains as it does often in Bangkok, the umbrella cover is nowhere ear good enough, tables and chairs are drenched and having wanted to sit out side after a rain shower o my for the staff to not want to come out and wipe down, that I found very disappointing

Great location. Rooms clean and tidy. Staff are really kind and helpful. Bar is nice and comfortable.

Breakfast is a little bit of dull. Maids are quite loud in the corridors when you are trying to have a sleep after a night out.

I stayed on the fifth floor of the Ibis Hotel and felt very comfortable. The maid, Num Phueng, was very, very nice, accommodating, and attentive—always greeting me in a totally friendly manner. I have nothing bad to say, which is why I’m giving it five stars.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. First of all, it is incredibly noisy. All around it, there are prostitutes, weed shops and bars blasting loud music day and night. The staff are probably the worst I have encountered anywhere in the world. I was relocating to Thailand alone, with over 10 bags and 2 cats in big carriers. Despite this, the staff refused to help me with the luggage, stating that 'there is nobody available' while several employees just stood around the reception. I was absolutely shocked and have never been treated so badly anywhere in the world. The staff just stood there and watched me as I dragged everything from my room by myself, with zero help, dripping with sweat. The hotel corridors are very long, hot and musty and I was given the room furthest away from the lift. The hotel is mostly frequented by large noisy Indian groups, so perhaps they are given priority, althoughthe staff didn't seem particularly friendly towards them either. The insulation in the rooms is incredibly poor and I could hear TVs blasting in the middle of the night. The only reason I stayed in this hotel is because I had the cats with me and they accept pets. Unless you have to stay there, I really wouldn't recommend it.

Super accommodating staff! We really loved their service, especially how we felt comfortable and trusting when they cleaned our room while we were out. A special mention to Miss Numpheng, who assisted us, she was incredibly friendly and trustworthy. She even made us this super cute towel arrangement! Highly recommend! Thank you so much again! 💗

The staff were not accommodating at all. I booked two rooms for 5 guests—3 adults and 2 kids—but they did not provide a room that could fit 2 adults and the children. The staff were rude, and for one of the rooms I booked, they placed us in twin beds instead. Breakfast did not have many good continental options. The bathrooms were very small, and we were given torn towels to use.
