Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Heerlijk hotel, schoon en netjes. Elke dag gratis water. Fijn zwembad. Op een rustige plek in Canggu, met de scooter in ongeveer 8 minuutjes sta je in het centrum. Sportschool en ontbijtzaakjes om de hoek. Erg vriendelijk personeel.
Het douchewater was lastig te reguleren; of heel warm of heel koud.

Ночью проснулась с муравьями на моей подушке, потом и во все по всей кровати, жила в Убуде в джунглях, в Улувату и с таким нигде не сталкивалась. Позже поняла, что муравьи живут в изголовье кровати, и никто с этим ничего не делает. Мыльница в ужасном виде, будто ее подобрали из мусорки, все зеленая от плесени, не стала пользоваться этим мылом, использовала гель для душа, интересно в чем сложность менять на новую и чистую? Возвращаться точно бы не стала. И после ночи с муравьями, попросила убедиться, что они почистили все от них и поменяли постель после. Приехала в номер вечером, а постель не поменяли, просто красиво заправили и врали в лицо часа 2, что постель сменили. Но на простынях и подушках были те же пятна, что и в первые дни. От черного маркера, на тех же местах, врут, не признаются, менеджера так и не увидела, возврат не сделали после такого отношения и никак не компенсировали.

Я не заселялась, простыни были грязные в пятнах от мочи желтых, показали другой номер, там пятна от крови, показали третий номер, снова пятна от мочи, не стала оставаться, попросила возврат средств и уехала. Везде валяются чужие волосы и на кровати и на полу и в ванной. Ну такое себе.

Juste la chambre à l’étage du dessus qui déménager c’est meuble tous les soir à 22h du coup un bruit gênant au moment de dormir . mais l’hôtel n’y est pour rien.

it would be nice if they build a restaurant or bar in the future. but theres enough restaurants close by that its not an issue currently. there a nice place around the corner that also has great breakfast(joon)

De receptie is 24/7 beschikbaar en open, als in zonder muren. Met de nachtreceptie is het gewoon erg gehorig. Je hoort het praten en lachen bij check-in en -out, of wanneer mensen daar gewoon praten. Vraag een kamer verder van de receptie.

Из номера в этом отеле у меня украли сережки. Персонал делал вид, что ничего не знает. Когда я вызвала полицию и попросила администрацию помочь решить проблему, мне сразу сказали, что вернуть их невозможно и отель засудит меня за клевету. У меня были все доказательства на руках, но сережки так и не вернули. Периодически отключали интернет и свет, невозможно было спокойно работать и находиться в номере. Также напротив отеля ведутся стройка, из-за чего был вечный шум утром и днем.

Я по ошибке не согласовал ранний заезд (ночью) в забронированный номер, но это не стало для нас проблемой, так как сотрудник отеля сразу же предложил нам переночевать в другом номере, а днем переехать уже в забронированный. Спасибо! Удобное расположение, чистые номера, хорошая звукоизоляция, тихая локация, вежливый и всегда готовый помочь персонал. Уборка осуществлялась каждый день. С водой проблем не было. Мы очень довольны, что выбрали данный отель!
Днем там осуществлялись работы по благоустройству территории и как я понял, они еще там строят виллы рядом. Но это не было проблемой, так как у нас был активный отдых и в отеле мы были только утром и поздно вечером. Знаю об этом, так как иногда заезжал в номер днем за вещами. Для тех, кто хочет сидеть в отеле с утра до вечера, думаю это будет важно.

The only thing was inabbility to communicate with staff mainly because of my complete lack of Indonesian and the staff's limited English. But we managed somehow.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025The staff! The best staff! Very helpful to the extent that goes beyond what they are actually paid for. In one instance I lost my phone somewhere near the beach, I came back to the hotel to use my Mac and track the location of the phone. The guy at the front desk asked the security guy to drive me back to where the phone was lost, and with his help I was able to find my phone.
Nothing, maybe the early noise from the ongoing work. But this could easily be solved by sleeping with earplugs

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025Honestly the 3 bedroom villa was beautiful, the code access worked well, the villa was spacious. Communication from the front desk was good, as well as they were there if you needed. The location and finding the villa was super good, easy driveway for the bikes to stop.
The upstairs outside of the rooms had no aircon so got super stuffy and hot ! Besides that the other air-cons worked well.
