There is no network signal as the cabin is located in the forest but the WiFi is ok it did lose connection and come back but it was ok.

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Perfect in every way, we loved it. Everything you need for the perfect getaway from it all. Cosy and quiet, the location is beautiful. The cabin is decorated and maintained to such a high standard and is very homely too. Plenty of fire logs provided by Nadia for the fire stove was very welcomed. Sitting out on the balcony with the abundance of blankets provided watching the red squirrels, magical.

Wifi can be a bit slow at times but it comes and goes. Fibre will be installed soon so won’t be a future issue.

Peaceful, tranquil and the relaxing natural forest environment, birds, squirrels and the heavenly pine scent. So lovely, thank you, would love to return.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2024Gorgeous cabin in stunning a woodland setting. We saw red squirrels, loads of different little garden birds and a hare - so it was fantastic to just sit and have a cup of tea on the veranda and watch the wildlife. Really peaceful and relaxing. Cabin is in a gated community of around 42 log cabins so feels secure and there is a river which runs along the bottom of the site. We had some lovely early morning walks with our dog along the river.
It was a wee bit of a drive to the nearest amenities. The cabin is about a mile off the main road along a narrow, winding track but I supposed that's what makes it so private and secluded.
