Studio 4 pax - Riverine Kuching III

10/10 for this homestay! Easy and smooth check-in and check-out. The location is really nice and convenient, with good parking, nice security, and good management. The room, furniture, and overall setting are nice and cozy, with a very home-like feel. The bed, bathroom, and kitchen were all very good and, most importantly, very clean. They also prepared a hairdryer, iron, and even a washing machine with a drying function, which was really convenient. Overall, the whole place is nice, peaceful, clean, and comfortable. Will definitely choose this place again if I come to Kuching in the future!

Lage ist gut. Waschmaschine hilfreich.

Der Pool schließt bereits um 17 Uhr und ist Sonntags vollständig geschlossen. Das ist eine Einschränkung. Der Blick ist Richtung Stadt und nicht Richtung Fluss. Das wirkt auf den Bildern anders. Die Wohnung ist sehr weit unten, kein schöner Ausblick.

Difficulté pour trouver l’appartement. (Obligés de passer par les parkings en sous sol) Difficulté pour trouver l’accès la piscine. (Nous avons renoncé) Encore une fois, il n’y a eu personne pour nous recevoir. Un véritable escape game mais nous n’avions pas envie de jouer.

The unit very near at the swimming pool and easy to access. My children like it and very satisfied with the facilities. The accommodation like kitchen tool very good and clean. Washing machine with laundry area very suitable for long day staycation.

Overall I'm very satisfied and I already planned to book the unit for my next trip.

overall i am satisfy with the atmosphere.. feel comfortable specially with person like me who bringing family with todler.. also feel very secure and safe.. would recommend this property with my family and friends.. i also might come back again for the next vacation..

not very sure because overall i love this place.. just maybe upgrade some things to make it even better like placing coway/cockoo to make family with small child even easier to make bottled milk

L’état du studio par rapport aux photos, n’a rien à voir, coté propreté nulle, entretien de l’endroit nul, la poussière par tout, Ils te disent en face de la rivière, c’est pas toujours vrai, la piscine ferme très tôt à 5h l’après midi, Les 5 premiers étages nul, pleins de moisissures, l’odeur des moisissures infernales, Bref avant de réserver il faut contacter l’hôte pour lui demander le num de la chambre l’étage et la vue,

host should have written that swimming pool is closed on SUNDAY & PUBLUC HOLIDAY! In the end, my son couldn't enjoy the pool! and i booked this place for the pool!! parking lot to the lift is also far!

Appartement super, dans une grande résidence avec piscine très bien située et en bord de rivière. Logement tres propre et bien équipé.

L'appartement est propre et donne sur la rivière et la piscine. La présence d'un grand frigo et d'une machine à laver +lessive. L'immeuble est calme et bien insonorisé. La sécurité est garantie par des gardiens et l'obligation de badger pour entrer dans la résidence.

La piscine ferme à 5h00. C'est tôt quand on se promène

The studio is clean & complete with basic kitchen untensils. The washing & dryer machine make our stay easier as we get to wash our daily clothes everyday. Worth the money. Highly reccomended for family. Location is great too.

The swimming pool facility is not available / close during public hoildays, Tuesday & Friday. Since we stayed there during PH, i am quite disapppointed as my kid was expecting to swim there. So if you plan to use the facility please take note on the availibility.

The stay was within our budget and the room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, rice cooker and crockery and utensils. There's a water filter also so need not buy bottled water.

Didn't have basic toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste etc. Handsoap was not refilled. Clock also not working. Wifi was intermittent making watching the TV a chore. Location is not all that close to the main waterfront. Although the place has a waterfront it's cordoned off within the property and not linked in anyway to the waterfront toward the city. Quite a deserted place at night. Access to the keycard was also tedious as you have to walk down the carpark to the mailbox. We got wet coming out of the carpark as it was raining.

This cosy Homestay is spacious, well maintained and suitable for family of four. Check in instructions were clear, the owner responded quickly while we had problem with the keys during check in. There is a washing machine with dryer provided, this is so convenient for us when travelling with children (10 stars⭐️ for this)

The parking is a bit far from lift entrance. Lift no 3 is actually a lift for garbage collection. The waiting area is inside the garbage room with unpleasant smell. I think is not appropriate to recommend guest to use that although it is nearer to the unit. There’s only minimal amount of shampoo/ soap provided, if you plan for a long stay is advisable to bring your own toiletries. The toilet wall is stained and water drainage is slow. Suggest to maintain cleanliness of toilet.

We had a wonderful days stay here. The place was clean, cozy, and in a peaceful location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We’d love to stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable, feels like home. Has a fridge, microwave oven, stove, washing machine. Owner is very friendly and helpful.

Size for family suitable and value for money

Parking quite difficult to find at first as no label made such as area A or B or C or even number should be painted near wall make it easier for guest to check in and park. Overall ok value for money but with 9+ rating maybe cleanliness could be improved for toilet area (esp wall) and quite not satisfy with bed provided. Maybe could provide more comfy one

Good location

All the facilities inside the room. It is good for family and incoming facilities at the riverine is a playground for the kids.

It’s close to the city, like just 6 mins away! But it’s peaceful and quiet even though its near the city. The place is super nice too, got everything you need. There are couple of food places, marts nearby, driving distance.

Not really a dislike, its just the designated parking is quite far from the door 😂
