我租的是有落地大玻璃窗，可看日出与日落，亦同時可從山上俯瞰整𠆤瓜納华托早上与晚上的景色。美極了。加上它們健身房前的一個大平台，看山下景色更清晰優美。

由於是山上路窄，泊車有點難度。加上全是簡單的歐陸早餐，喜歡亞洲早餐的人最好提早購買即食麵、杯麵和冰凍飲品、零食。

Después de las 6 pm, es complicado conseguir comida, solo hay 1 local que te lleva comida al hotel. La cama estaba un poco dura, y normalmente te piden recoger tu basura y lavar los trastes que usaste de la habitación

Ubicación, paisaje. Limpieza del apartamento

Pese a que ofrecen un lugar exclusivo y relajante , no fue así la experiencia. El día 1 llegamos y habían alquilado la piscina para un cumpleaños a personas no alojadas en el hotel había mucho ruido y estaba sucio por la zona del comedor / cocina para llegar a la piscina, por lo cual no pudimos usar estos servicios. Esperemos que fuese solo por ese día la situación, el segúndo día hubo clases de natación y cabe anotar que es una piscina pequeña, para las clases emplean flotadores y elementos grandes por lo cual no es posible compartir el espacio así haya la disposición. La zona del jacuzzi estuvo todo el día ocupada por 3 chicas no huéspedes del hotel que pese a esperar por largo tiempo para poder ingresar nunca salieron del jacuzzi. Así que pagamos por un servicio que no usamos, por lo cual optamos por irnos del hotel a otro sitio y llegar solo a dormir. Las personas encargadas nos ofrecieron la opción de usar un jacuzzi de una habitación lo cual agradecemos el gesto, sin embargo escogimos este hotel por las vistas y las zonas húmedas que ofrecía con vista, el apartamento que alquilamos también tenía dos jacuzzis por lo cual no aceptamos su propuesta.

The property is gorgeous! We loved our Casita and the views from every room. It was the perfect mix of privacy and amenities when you wanted them. We enjoyed the daily breakfast and the pool. The staff was fantastic and friendly. We highly recommend Casa Estrella!

Hôtel exceptionnel, un accueil, une chambre super grande avec une magnifique salle de bain, la décoration est extraordinaire. Le personnel est si petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est royal. Et la piscine avec le jacuzzi est top. La vue sur Guanajuato est incroyable. Nous avions pris juste une nuit dans cet hôtel mais nous avons tellement adoré que l’on a réservé une seconde nuit.

Beautiful, quite location in a hill ovelooking Guanajuato, yet only 15 min by taxi (inexpensive) to go down to the center. We stayed in a large, very comfortable apartment, with a large terrace, full kitchen, all very comfortable. The hotel in general is very nice.

The shower: not very hot water, spreads all over, and it water does not drain well. Everything else perfect!!!

La atención de todo el personal de Casa Estrella es muy amable, servicial y atentos. Las vistas son preciosas, es muy tranquilo el lugar y de noche se ve increíble la vista, también hay mucha tranquilidad en el lugar. En la parte del desayuno todo lo hacen muy rico y estético, se utilizó el servicio de masaje y totalmente recomendado, en simples palabras es una excelente opción para hospedarse en Guanajuato. Tienen muchos servicios adicionales como spa, masajes, tablas de quesos, tours, bebidas, asistencia para renta de autos taxis, sin duda volveremos a asistir. Gracias!

What an amazing place! It's beautifully maintained, breakfast was delicious, staff was helpful and nice, even though we speak very little spanish. The view from our room was amazing, the hot tub was perfect. We scheduled two massages during our stay. The ladies were so nice and the service was relaxing! Literally couldn't ask for a better place. They also call you a cab to go into town. It's only about 10 minutes.

这个酒店的地理位置去瓜纳华托任何经典都很远，每次等uber至少10分钟，山上没有任何商店，你进入酒店以后在附近买不到任何东西也没有饭店。 酒店晚上连续两天，我们都洗的是冷水澡，洗了一半就没有热水了，晚上非常冷。早上起来洗漱也不是热水。我们参加完亡灵节活动回到酒店已经很晚了，不能洗热水澡是一个非常影响生活的事情。 另外发生了一件让我们很不愉快的事情，凌晨五点有工作人员企图拿钥匙打开我们的房间门。我们在睡梦中惊醒，质问他是谁，然而对方只会说西班牙语，说了抱歉就离开了。我早餐时去问前台工作人员，她只是跟我说因为有别人5点退房，那位叫juan的工作人员误以为是我们房间所以来开门。酒店并未对此事做出任何的歉意和赔偿，我们晚上受到了强烈的惊吓，并且我不认为有任何酒店会在客人凌晨五点离开以后就来打扫房间，这很不合理。 这次入住是我在墨西哥旅行中非常不好的体验，没有热水，交通不便的地理位置，不会说英语并且闯入的员工。我非常不建议来这里住宿。希望酒店对员工的行为做出道歉和赔偿。

Traveling to find it at night with different cab drivers. I realize we needed to enter at an earlier turn and take the long way, in order to avoid making a left turn at a dangerous curve. Also, for my mother there may have been too many stairs, but this is difficult to address in beautiful architectural places such as this.

The view from our room was wonderful! Breakfasts were excellent. Reception staff were amazing. The hospitality staff were friendly, welcoming and seemed to genuinely care about us and their wonderful facility! We felt like we were at someone's beautiful home.

The ride into town costs around 100 pesos (approximately $5), making it an affordable and easy journey. The front staff will call a car for you when you’re ready.

This really is such a stunning place to stay! Beautifully maintained property and gardens with amazing views, great pool and jacuzzi, tennis court, amazing breakfast. The staff could not be nicer and many speak English. We were able to park safely in their car park and although it's a little out of town it's an easy and cheap uber into the historic centre (which is not a place you want to drive in yourself!) We would highly recommend.

The staff (Erika,Caro,Javier,and Jose) are super friendly and make you feel at home. Extra thank you to Erika, she was very attentive before our trip even started and answered all of our questions. The views are amazing. Breakfast is good. Overall atmosphere is very relaxing.

The tub in the master can be dangerous for some to shower because you have to “climb” out, it’s also broken but I was able to use the shower in the other bathroom. Otherwise, everything is perfect.

The pool, the view and the breakfast were nice.

The bed was ok but not great. The toilet didn’t flush very well. Too difficult to get down into the city where restaurants were. The cook prepared lunch for the staff but it was not an option for guests which we found odd and somewhat unfriendly.

The views are amazing and above the hustle and bustle of Guanajuato. Easy taxi rides down the hill to the central part of the colonial city. Quite home like. Breakfast on the patio each day was a delight. Beautifully decorated with Mexican artesanía. The staff will arrange taxis, drivers to San Miguel, massage therapists, restaurant reservations, and day trips. Super friendly and helpful. We extended one day. Tranquilo. Excellent value. As pictured on the booking site. Clean and colorful.

The staff helped us set up tours and were there for all of our needs. They call it a hotel but it's more like a resort they have a spa a sauna swimming pools we had a jacuzzi in our room breakfast was top quality and like I said before the staff was very accommodating, professional and friendly. Have them make you a mojito they pick the ingredients out of their own garden it's amazing!!!
