很溫馨 有家的感覺

第一天民宿主人Hani會發送進入公寓訊息，不過我們搞錯樓層了（亞洲的樓層跟歐洲不一樣，且歐洲還有半樓的）還好Hani立即協助我們解決問題順利進入民宿。 住宿有很舒服寬敞的空間，各種備品非常充足，附近有地鐵U4及地面電車，交通方便。 謝謝主人提供這麼好又便宜的住宿，讓我們擁有美麗的假期❤️

I had a fantastic (and all-too-short) stay in this apartment. The apartment immediately felt like home. The host is very kind and attentive. The apartment is clean and tidy and very well equipped with everything one might need for a short or long stay. Comfortable bed. Comfortable sofa. Good bathroom. Good lighting. Quiet building. Close to public transportation. Etc. This is what I refer to as a "proper" vacation rental (at least for those who despise the soulless nature of so many vacation rentals these days). This one has an authentic atmosphere and a real feel of a "home away from home". I wish I could have stayed longer.

De ligging, binnen 5 minuten lopen ben je in het metrostation. Het is gezellig ingericht, schoon en een prima bed. Rustige omgeving en geen lawaai waardoor je goed kunt slapen. Gastvrije en vriendelijke host.

Alles was perfect.

Cozy design lovely vibes. It has everything one can need. (Bunch of towels, cooking utensils, iron with ironing board) It is very close to the green u-Bahn line and our commune was very comfortable this way.

O anfitrião foi ótimo ao enviar as instruções para pegar as chaves e fez a gentileza de flexibilizar o horário de check-in, foi muito importante. O apartamento é de acordo com o anúncio, muito bem equipado e tudo que se precisava para a estadia tinha, produtos de limpeza, produtos de higiene, chás, café e até comida se precisasse. Muito confortável e aconchegantes, com toda a certeza iremos retornar a Viena e ficaremos ali. Não é tão perto do centro mas há transporte de fácil acesso para o centro.

Acredito que tudo foi ótimo.

The host was very warm and welcoming.The apartment was extremely well equipped and comfortable, and it is very close to the metro station with convenient transportation.

The motion sensor light in the hallway did not work well at night, and it was very dark, which felt a bit scary.

Apartment had everything I needed including a kitchenette and washing machine. Coffee and other basics like oil, salt n pepper was also provided which was greatly appreciated. Apartment was quiet and warm which was needed for December. Market nearby for groceries and close to public transport to get to the centre so it was an ideal affordable place. Instructions for access provided which were clear.

I hadn't realized it was on first floor with no lift, but only had to carry up luggage on arrival and departure so not a big deal.

Apartment Gute Laune - der Name ist Programm! Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet, so dass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch sehr günstig: Supermärkte und Bäcker sind in der Nähe, und die Innere Stadt ist mit U-Bahn oder Bus sehr unkompliziert zu erreichen. Auch die Anbindung an die Bahnhöfe ist per Straßenbahn sehr gut. Trotz der Nähe zum Gürtel ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeberin Hani ist sehr freundlich, und der Kontakt zu ihr hat gut geklappt.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und heimisch gefühlt. Man kann dort nur ausschließlich gute Laune haben! Die Wohnung ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und man entdeckt überall kleine und große Eye-Catcher...❤️ Darüber hinaus war die Wohnung mit Allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, sogar frisches Obst, Kaffee, Tee, Snacks, Nudeln ect. waren vorhanden. Im Bad gab es diverse Pflegeprodukte sowie Ersatz-Zahnbürsten, eine Waschmaschine steht auch zur Verfügung. Wir waren begeistert und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!! Danke für die schöne Zeit in Wien ❣️

Absolument tout. Hana est une hôte charmante et avenante qui fait tout pour que le séjour soit parfait. Et il l’est. L’appartement est très agréable, décoré avec goût, fonctionnel et Hana a pensé à tout jusque dans les moindres détails.

Gute Lage sehr zentral und nah zur U-Bahn. Schön eingerichtet, sauber und gute Küche mit allen Geräten. Unkomplizierter Check in. Netter Kontakt. Guter großer Flachbildschirm.

Das Bett könnte größer sein. Für 2 Personen zu klein. Kein normales Fernsehprogramm über Satellit oder Antenne möglich.TV nur über Fire Stick möglich.

Everything is fine!!

The location is great, close to bus and metro. The apartment is beautifully decorated, roomy and comfy. It is equipped with anything you might need from plates to appliances.

Firestick made the TV restart and we couldn't watch anything because of it.

It was clean and cosy and 350 m close to metro station.

The apartments are excellent in all respects: cleanliness, location, practicality and comfort! The apartment had everything that was stated in the description, a fully equipped kitchen, even coffee, tea, sugar, as well as many other necessary things, such as umbrellas, slippers, robes... The apartment is in a quiet area, located close to transport. The hostess is very attentive and caring to guests. We wish her prosperity and neat guests! We highly recommend this apartment!

10/10 Very Comfortable

The property is equipped with everything you need: from the kitchen through to the bathroom. I travelled with a backpack and couldn’t bring many things so it was ideal that the property had all these things available.

It couldn’t have been a little bit warmer. Maybe there was an option to turn the heating on but I didn’t know it. The same for the shower - I’d have liked warmer water but otherwise everything was great.

It is a very nice apartment with all the facilities you need. Also quiet and very close to the metro station. The owner is friendly and kind.

The apartment was very sweet and equipped with everything necessary. The host very responsive and accommodating. Amazing warm blankets, did ask where Hani got those! Quiet despite the ring road not being too far away and in a big house. Once we worked out the parking in Vienna, we actually discovered a reasonably priced multi-storey parking just around the corner.

The view from the window was a bit bleak, everything else lovely.

A clean, comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment. Good location close to a metro station. A great, large TV with Fire stick (nice touch!). Good value for money, I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was cozy and beautiful. It is well equiped and has everything necessary. The location is also convenient and the neighborhood seems nice. Hani was a very nice and helpful host. We will love to visit again!

An (almost) perfect apartment. There is everything - really everything - that you need for a comfortable stay. Well furnished, with taste and creativity. The main room is large and well lit. Comfortable bed and pillows, good and stable wi-fi to work with the PC, kitchen equipped with every detail, small but well organized bathroom. The area is very quiet and silent and the apartment is located a stone's throw from the Margaretengürtel stop of the U4 metro. I absolutely recommend it.

The only small uncomfortable detail: in the shower the shower head does not stay fixed on the support and forces you to shower holding it in your hand. This detail should be fixed so that you can stand up under the water jet with your hands free.

Very good comfortable house with all needed accessories (shampoo, coffee, hair dryer). The place is in a neighbor without noise and close to sightseeing, bars, train station with public transport. Check in without host present.

Very nice apartment with everything you need for a cozy stay. It was easy to navigate arrival as well as finding the apartment, Hani was very friendly and helpful. There is a store nearby and city center is very close. We are for sure coming back when we visit Vienna again! :)
