Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Extremely friendly family that runs the property. Great Sri Lankan breakfast with lots of fresh fruit and fresh juice. Very clean and I was able to check out late in evening. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this property.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2026Very friendly, clean, spacious and close to the (good) beach. Scenic railway views from the terrace. Best breakfast we had in Sri Lanka (among many good breakfasts ;-) ). Thanks a lot :-)

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Lovely friendly family and quiet, apart from the odd train close by, but it didn't bother us. There are plenty of restaurants within 30 metres, along the railway station and a few minutes walk to the beach. The breakfast was the best I've ever seen on holiday, with a mixture of Sri Lankan and western and lots of fruit, just delicious!
If you are a light sleeper the trains might wake you but they don't seem to be going too late at night.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2025The mother and daughter hosts were both so welcoming and both raced up the stairs taking my suitcase .🥰 The room was lovely fresh and clean . The breakfast was excellent enough to keep you full till the evening 👌🏼

Reviewed Feb 3, 2025The rooms were clean, and the AC worked well. The breakfast was simple but delicious. It's only about a five-minute walk to the beach, with small shops nearby. It's a family-run business, and the owners are lovely and welcoming. Highly recommended!
