There was only one tiny issue - it was a bit too cold and the heating didn't seem to take the chill off the air. The electric blanket was very nice though.

Wifi and coffee machine didn’t work. Needs a bin in the bathroom and storage in bedroom so you can unpack and hang up clothes instead of living out of a suitcase.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026I booked the Pod for my daughter and son in law, and they absolutely blown away with how beautifully presented the Pod was. The bed was super comfy, the shower was fantastic, and the decor was exceptional. They also commented that the owner had thought of every little thing, and would definitely return.

no live TV channels at all , TV only works on net flicks and on demand , and no instructions for the TV remote ,no wardrobe to hang clothes ,the small stools provided as bedside tables are way to small , the small stool in the sitting room also way to small for its use ,has provision for a washing machine but no washer , had to wash my clothes in the shower and nowhere to hang clothes to dry, expected better facilities for the top price charged

It was a really cold night, the Pod wasn't equipped for that level of cold ❄️🥶 plus I am obviously not acclimatised! The heat pump didn't reach the bedroom, so a heater in the bedroom and bathroom would make it much more comfortable, and extra blankets, maybe covering over the kitchen window to keep in heat too. I would like to mention the Pod was by far the nicest place available to stay in Feilding at the time. The entrance from the street all timber decking, super slippy as it was covered in ice/ frost in the morning, making a very precarious exit! Pod would be great in less freezing temps! Easily rectified with a few extras.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2025Loved how we had our own gate & area to park outside on the street. Great location. Absolutely beautiful accommodation, so modern, clean & tidy. Double glazed windows so hardly heard any street noise. Great to have a bottle of milk & plenty of sugar, coffee & tea(beats those silly little sachets you get everywhere else.
The bed was firm but only because we are used to a soft bed.. Wouldn’t put us off staying again though. Blinds in the kitchen & a net curtain in bedroom (like the one in the living room) would have been great for a little more privacy.
