The Food was AMAZING. Service was good. The hotel was like the pictures.

The reception staff were not very helpful.

The natural vegetation provided by God and a few good staff members encountered only rarely.

We chose this property based on the information about its restaurant and room service. We had notified the property in advance that we would be arriving at 10:00 PM, but upon arrival, we found neither a restaurant, room service, nor a bar—nor anyone who could offer a solution regarding these matters. We thought we’d grab breakfast around 7 a.m. before joining the scheduled tour, but we couldn't even manage that, as it turned out breakfast didn't start until 8 a.m. That same evening, forfeiting the money we had paid, we decided against the service and moved to FREDDIES VILLA & RESORT. We experienced a wonderful facility and excellent service here. As for Ubud Art Vedja, however, we did not receive the room we had paid for until the day before our scheduled check-out.Upon arriving at the facility entrance, you are met by a group of unsavory-looking individuals. You are made to leave your luggage on the dirt ground and walk about 100 meters to reach the reception.And that’s where the nightmare begins. There is no business here aiming to be helpful or find solutions. It’s just a 350,000 IDR deposit and arbitrary new rules and conditions that have nothing to do with proper management—it feels like a prison camp. I don’t know what the reviews say, but I threw my money away and only lasted one night in this disaster.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die auch definitiv den Bildern entsprachen. Das Bett hat eine gute Größe. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr gut. Das Bad ist sehr schön und liebevoll gestaltet. Es gibt einen Fernseher mit Netflix. Ansonsten ist das komplette Resort wunderschön gestaltet. Es gibt vieles zu entdecken. Das Restaurant ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Wir haben dort täglich gegessen. Das Personal ist unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Und das bei so ziemlich jeder Frage oder jedem Anliegen, das wir hatten. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ich beantworte diese Frage nur, weil sie gestellt wird. Die Wände sind schief und durchlässig, so dass Tiere (Geckos) reinkommen können. Vermutlich kommen diese aber über das Dach rein. Das lässt sich vermutlich auch nicht vermeiden. Geckos sind auch soweit scheue Tiere. Habe trotzdem fast einen halben Herzinfarkt bekommen als der Gecko mitten in der Nacht Geräusche gemacht hat und von dem Querbalken gefallen ist. Pluspunkt an Geckos im Haus sind natürlich, dass es sonst keine Insekten gibt.

Das Ubud Art Resort ist eine kleine Oase ausserhalb Ubuds. Um ins Zentrum zu gelangen, kann man entweder den hoteleigenen Shuttle buchen oder sich ein Taxi bestellen lassen. Je nach Verkehr muss man bis ca.30 Fahrzeit einplanen. Die Zimmer sind extrem schön ausgestattet mit einer wunderbaren Terrasse, mit Blick auf die Reisfelder. Das hauseigene Restaurant bietet alles was das Herz begehrt, der Service ist sehr professionell. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, man nächtigt mitten im Grünen.

Ottima posizione e posto bellissimo. Pulito e accogliente. Personale gentile. Buono il ristorante locale. Hanno anche un driver locale per organizzare tour di Ubud. Possibile usufruire di un massaggio (a pagamento) e frequentare lezioni gratuite di yoga. Molto consigliato.

Prezzi un po’ alti per il ristorante, come in tutti gli hotel internazionali.

Celui qui veut se déconnecté avec le monde et retrouver dame nature, c’est à ubud art qu’il faut venir, un splendide jardin botanique des maisons en bois balinais au milieu des bambous et des rizières. Il y a des cours de cuisine au sein de l’établissement donc je vous laisse découvrir le menu qui est excellent. Merci à Monsieur Wedja pour sa simplicité et sa gentillesse à verlin, Dayu Ari ayu tania et évita.

My BF got sick and the staff were very nice they sent two coconuts also plain porridge to us. Whenever we asked for help the staff responded quickly.

I could not fault this resort. Rooms were really nice, clean, and in a beautiful setting. Many things to visit or see where only about 15 mins away. Food was nice every meal. Will definetly stay there again.

Only thing I would comment on - kids dinner menu would be great if it had a western food option other than chips or nuggets, or no spicey food option. Although they do cater for requested food best they can.

El resort es una Maravilla. El personal muy atento, todo lo que necesites se lo pones en el WhatsApp del hotel y en instantes te lo consiguen. Los jardines del hotel son un auténtico paraíso con sus cascadas sus plantas, los paseos se hacen muy agradables. La limpieza es algo por lo que destacan, muy limpio todo. En un principio íbamos a quedarnos 2 noches y ql final propongamos hasta 5 noches. Relación calidad precio muy buena

Beautiful place, a peace of heaven

Far from many things in Ubud

this is great for a short stay if you want authentic Bali and lovely views of the rice terraces, the gardens are amazing, and the restaurant staff are lovely, the bed was super comfy too, and cleaning of high standard, the pool was nice and the free yoga was amazing (the teacher is brilliant).

the aircon doesn't really work in the day time as the hut is like a greenhouse with the sun, the outside bathroom is connected to the neighbours so you can hear literally everything, it's very bright in the mornings so bring an eyemask and earplugs for the insect noises, also there are gaps in the wood so mosquitos do get in, there was literally no hot water but they gave us a fruit platter to apologise x Could do with a few more veggie options on the menu too, Wrote only good for a short stay as isn't good for sleep or too comfortable for anything more then a few days x

Absolutamente todo en este Resort es espectacular. Las villas frente a los cultivos de arroz son de una arquitectura de madera que las hace muy especiales. Todo el staff es maravilloso y de una amabilidad única. Ari y sus compañeros nos hicieron sentir en casa. Tuvimos unos días maravillosos aquí.

Es difícil identificar lo que no nos gusto. Todo fue muy bueno.

Every single thing!!! Best service especially after having the worst service ever while in Malaysia at star Klcc (don’t ever go there). The staff was amazing. View impeccable. Amazing hotel restaurant. Staff was so helpful in every way. You can tell the owners really care about the product

Quiet and peaceful with a beautiful botanical garden with waterfalls and koi ponds! The staff was so helpful with our baggage and everything we needed. The restaurant on the property is delicious with garden views as well. We stayed in a villa which was beautiful and original wood plus the infinity pool was clean and overlooked rice fields. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone staying in Ubud!

Beautiful scenery

Rude staff Food was cold and took an hour to come out. We’d be sat before others and ignored when we were ready to order. Met with multiple payments they needed that we were unaware of. Was told breakfast was included and then on the third day of our stay we were asked to pay for everything? Interrogated by staff everytime we returned to our villa. Disturbed even though we had do not disturb up.

L'hôtel est magnifique . Le restaurant est magnifique aussi.

Attention nous étions face à une rizière. C'est très bruyant la nuit : bruit continu de cigales , puis les grenouilles qui ne stoppent pas et autres animaux, à cela s'ajoute les chiens qui aboient le soir jusque en début de nuit , et le bruit des voitures car la route est tout prêt.

Tucked away in beautiful grounds. Lovely pool. Spacious bright rooms with an amazing view of the rice fields. Some nice little coffee shops nearby for breakfast lunch dinner.

A bit far from centre of Ubud. But not sure we would have wanted to stay anywhere busier

The food taste was very good however the first day everything was cold, eggs in breakfast/ coffee etc. Their kitchen is not next to the dinning area so maybe it was prepared and left for a while in the kitchen area before it was brought out. Next day when I pointed this out during my order, they made sure everything was served hot.

Bathrooms can be improved. They’re left purposely to give a rustic jungle vibe with the shower area open to sky, however I felt a bit uncomfortable and would prefer a more modern style bathroom. The area wasn’t visible to anyone outside as it was covered with trees but it felt a bit creepy when showering at night. Rooms are not well lit, again probably left that way to go with the theme but if someone needs to do makeup and get dressed, the lighting is not enough.

The layout, the staff, the views and the stunning garden. The location is great as well, away from the hustle and bustle but still writhing distance for everything!

Can’t fault them for my stay!

The location of the resort is good and there is a good security when you enter the property.

The place is not maintained for a good stay. We stayed in our own private Mezanine villa, but the stay was as far from pleasant. The whole villa was shaky, there were multiplexes the size of palm crawling in the bathroom. I saw three in my two days stay and I was at a point scared of sleeping or taking a shower. If you need something you have to walk all the way out of resort to request something. The whole bathroom was open, so there were a lot of mosquitoes in the night. Horrible stay.

لا يوجد أي اهتمام في قسم المسبح ولا خدمات سريعة ... الحشرات كثيرة جدا بالغرفة يجب وضع مبيدات للحشرات الداخلية اكثر... الغرفة العائلية يجب أنت تكون متصلت داخليين الفطور ناجح جدا... لكن العشاء كان من اسوء التجارب لا يوجد نظافة ابدا ورائحة المطعم سيئة والخدمة ليست أفضل شيء...

Beautiful lush garden setting, amazing free yoga classes in a shala next to pool. Most amazing big windows facing rice fields.

Restaurant wasn’t great but ok and traffic into Ubud was very congested at times, allow extra time to get into the center of town.

The place is a paradise, beautiful in every corner, lots of details, the staff was amazing, and their restaurant is excellent, it made us fall in love with the Balinese cuisine.

They offer a massage services, which is considerably more expensive than the ones found in Ubud. But the massage was great anyway.

Absolutely lovely resort, accommodation was comfortable clean and authentic with the added bonus of Wedja restaurant. Beautiful gardens and lovely situation for the pool. We really enjoyed our stay.

I had a wonderful time at the Ubud Art Resort. The wooden cabin, the facilities, and the staff all exceeded my expectations. My heart is filled by the beauty of this place.

Everything was perfect, this accommodation set the bar high for our whole holiday. Aesthetically gorgeous grounds staff went above and beyond. The cafe was great. I definitely will go back next year.

Beautiful surroundings, large comfortable rooms and excellent restaurant.

I am mobility impaired so I found the steps steep and difficult. It would make a huge difference if you had handrails on a couple of rooms.

This place feels like a jungle. if you like plants, trees and jungle as I do, you will love ubud art resort as I did. Room was spacious and clean, the staff was very nice. We joined free yoga class and we also loved it! The pool is not very big, but almost nobody was there.
