Fantastic location on the river. Staff were extremely helpful with any request, bags, taxis etc

As it is in the ancient city, taxi cannot take you to the door. However the drop-off point is only 50m away. Would be better if the drop- off point was a location on DiDi

La familia que lo regentaba era extremadamente amable y preocupados de que todo estuviese a nuestro gusto, nos ayudaron mucho con el transporte y todas las dudas que teníamos. La habitación era bonita y cómoda, con unas buenas vistas al río. Todo genial.

Ubicación inmejorable y el personal súper educados y atentos. Aunque está en todo el centro la música se acaba alrededor de las 23:30, por lo que puedes descansar.

Decidimos alojarnos en este alojamiento guiados por su ubicación y puntuación. Las fotos parecen mejores de lo que son en realidad. La habitación es muy pequeña para dos personas, no puedes abrir cómodamente la maleta, el baño está separado por un vidrio que se escucha todo, apenas hay intimidad, además, dentro del baño no hay separación entre ducha y wc, por lo que mojas todo al ducharte. Las instalaciones están algo viejas,entendiendo que es un edificio histórico, pero podrían renovar las instalaciones. Sinceramente la puntuación no corresponde, a pesar de tener unos anfitriones maravillosos y unas vistas espectaculares, pero creo que hay opciones mejores por la zona, con instalaciones renovadas, no repetiría.

Hotel a conduzione familiare in centro a Fenghuang, si tratta di una struttura originale ristrutturata. La vista sul fiume dalla camera è incredibile. Tutto il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile a qualsiasi richiesta e ci hanno fatto un graditissimo regalo appena arrivati e quando siamo andati via.

Dit hotel is een mooi familiebedrijf. Daardoor is het niet groot, zakelijk en afstandelijk, maar kleinschalig en hartelijk. Die warmte hebben wij vanaf onze aankomst op het treinstation gevoeld: de eigenaar haalde ons op, verwelkomde ons en nam ons mee naar het hotel. Dat was zo'n tien minuutjes lopen: een uitdaging met de koffers, maar dat was geen probleem. We werden ook goed geholpen. In het hotel deed het personeel (oftewel: het gezin!) er alles aan ons op ons gemak te stellen. Ze hielpen ons bij het inchecken en toonden ook echt interesse in wie wij zijn en waar we vandaan komen. We hebben dus ook nog een poosje met de eigenaars gesproken over Fenghuang en waar wij vandaan komen. Het hotel heeft alles wat je nodig hebt: een goede kamer met douche, TV, airconditioning en alles is hygiënisch. Daarbij heb je ook nog eens een prachtig uitzicht op de rivier die door Fenghuang stroomt, je hebt een balkon én dat volledig in de lokale diaojiao-architectuur waar Fenghuang zo bekend om is. Fantastisch! 谢谢!

Sin ninguna duda de este hotel lo que más destaca es la atención tan cercana, humana y cálida de la familia que lo regenta. No sólo estaban súper pendientes cuando llegamos para orientarnos de camino al hotel, si no que además nos trataron súper bien tanto a la entrada como a la salida, dándonos fruta como bienvenida y un recuerdo cuando nos fuimos. Estuvieron pendientes en todo momento, nos recomendaron sitios a los que ir y sitios que evitar. Muy, muy recomendable. Además, la ubicación del hotel (y sus vistas) fueron espectaculares. Repetiríamos sin duda.

Másodjára tértem vissza ebbe a szállodába, annyira tetszett első alkalommal. A szobákból fantasztikus kilátás nyílik a városra, szinte ki sem kell menni a szobából és az ember a teraszról élvezheti az esti nyüzsgést. A szállásadók hihetetlenül kedvesek és segítőkészek. A szobák nagyon kényelmesek és autentikus. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. Érkezésünkkor snacket és hideg vizet is kaptunk. Az ár pedig kiváló. Mindenkinek tiszta szívből ajánlom ezt a szállást.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! La camera era bellissima, spaziosa e con una vista spettacolare direttamente sul fiume. La posizione e il panorama hanno reso l’esperienza a Fenghuang ancora più speciale. Il personale è stato sempre molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente. Un hotel che consiglio assolutamente per chi vuole godersi al meglio la città!

La posizione dell hotel era ottima , fronte fiume con una vista bellissima soprattutto di notte ! Però avendo la stanza direttamente sul fiume comporta musica alta tutt’e le sere fino alle 23:30 ,e se si è stanchi non è proprio il massimo . Staff super gentile in tutto , per quanto riguarda la camera era troppo ma troppo piccola secondo me non vale i 50€ a notte . Consiglio se si vuole trascorrere un paio di giorni e di cercare un hotel non direttamente sul fiume

The staff is very kind and speaks English They booked the taxi for us and they came to pick us up at the bus station when we arrived. The room was clean with a very nice view of the river. Everything was perfect. We loved this place ♥️

Por la noche en el bar de abajo no respetaron el horario de terminar con la música. El dueño y yo tuvimos que bajar para que cesará la música. Aún así no dejaron de hablar alto. El hotel no tuvo la culpa de ello.

Our stay here was fantastic. The accommodation has so much charm: you can really tell that they have made an effort to preserve and respect its traditional character while also modernizing it and adapting it perfectly to today’s needs. It is very well equipped and even has a washing machine, which we really appreciated after already having been travelling for several days. The location is unbeatable, and the views of the river and the bridges are absolutely beautiful. There are probably other similar places to stay in Fenghuang, but what will be much harder to find is someone as attentive and kind as 芦润青 (Runqing). She is a lovely woman, and you can clearly see how much she enjoys what she does and how much effort she puts into constantly improving and making sure everything is perfect for their guests. From the very beginning, 芦润青 (Runqing) was incredibly thoughtful with us. She left us a small gift when we arrived and, when we left, she also gave us a souvenir magnet. She took the time to explain the main places to visit and gave us several local recommendations that ended up being some of the highlights of our stay in Fenghuang. If I had to make any suggestion, it would simply be to keep doing exactly what they are doing, in exactly the way they are doing it. With the care and dedication that 芦润青 (Runqing) puts into every detail, I am sure that anything new they introduce will be a success. Bellissima stanza con splendido balcone sul fiume, in un punto ottimo perché comodo per girare la città ma allo stesso tempo facilmente raggiungibile in taxi, visto che il centro storico è pedonale. Il personale parla inglese ed è stato gentilissimo per fornire consigli ed aiuto logistico. Davvero consigliatissimo.

Ubicación excelente. Desde el balcón se puede ver el espectáculo nocturno. No se oye ruidos de los karaokes que hay por el pueblo. Los dueños nos dieron instrucciones de donde nos debía de dejar el taxi, y ellos vinieron a buscarnos. Casualidad llovía un montón, y nos vinieron a recoger con paraguas. Nos dieron fruta de cortesía y al irnos nos regalaron unos dulces. Amenities gratuitas y agua también. La habitación amplia y limpia. Aconsejo el hotel 100%

Posizione, pulizia e cortesia dello staff. Ha parlato direttamente al telefono col tassista per il transfer, ci ha spiegato cosa vedere e dove mangiare e si è offerta di accompagnarci (parlano molto bene inglese, rarissimo in Cina)

Unica pecca è che le camere non hanno frigo bar, ma non è un reale problema visto che in ogni dove si trova acqua fresca nel villaggio e anche nella hall.

Tutto bellissimo, gentilissima la famiglia che gestisce la struttura che mi ha aiutato in ogni modo a farmi vivere un’esperienza fantastica nei miei 3 giorni a Fenghuang.

Uno di quei pochi posti in cui la vista è così bella che fai fatica ad uscire dalla stanza. Ci ha colpito molto. Le camere sono provviste di tutto. La gentilezza, la cortesia e l’ospitalità dei proprietari non la dimenticheremo. Grazie 💙

Estar allí resulta facilísimo y comodísimo. The hosts were very nice, responsive and accommodating. The location is great, with a beautiful overview on the river. The balcony is a perfect place to chill in the morning, and gives a vibrant atmosphere in the evening with all the lights and singing.

Se trata de un hotel muy familiar y chiquitito con instalaciones básicas pero suficientes. El hotel está tiene la mejor vista posible al río, está muy limpio y tiene mucho encanto. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, imprescindible en verano, y una terraza muy mona. Los dueños se preocupan porque llegues bien, se ponen en contacto contigo para darte indicaciones y que llegues sin problema y la hija habla inglés, lo cual se agradece mucho

La cama es MUY dura, no es que sea malo de por sí pero cuidado si necesitas una cama más blanda. Por otro lado hay mucho ruido fuera. Esto no es culpa del hotel y creo que ocurrirá en cualquier hotel de la zona. Hay karaokes y mucho jaleo hasta las 23:30. Importante saber esto si te vas a alojar en Fenghuang (en general, no solo en este hotel) para llevar tapones

Tres belle ancienne demeure. Toutes les chambres ont un beau balcon donnant sur la rivière et la nuit le spectacle des maisons illuminées et des bateaux est magique. Les propriétaires sont adorables et apportent plein de conseils. Le propriétaire m’a aidé à porter mes bagages à l’arrivée et au départ du taxi à l’hôtel car le taxi ne peut pas arriver jusqu’à la rue de l’hôtel.

La ubicación es perfecta. Además los dueños son encantadores. La hija habla inglés lo que facilita todo mucho. Te ayudan en todo lo necesario. Allí no funciona DiDi y ellos se encargan de ayudarte a coger taxis.

Качель на балконе скреплена хомутами. Висит ненадёжно, сразу упала. Место далеко от центра представления. С балкона видно только лодку с лениво танцующими женщинами, которые с трудом машут руками.

Fué una Maravillosa experiencia, desde que llegas el trato de la pareja de señores que llevan el lugar, es extraordinaria; me trasmitió mucha ternura su amabilidad, y las ganas que tenían que te sintieras a gusto. Y por otra parte la habitación tenía unas vistas increíbles, muy amplia y todo muy limpio.

Me gustó todo. La ubicación y el balcón son geniales. Justo estaba el dragón boat festival asi que pasaban practicando. Si bien está en zona ruidosa 23:30 se apaga todo. Los dueños son un amor, súper atentos. Jugaba argentina y me pusieron el partido. Gracias por esta gran estadía.

A beautiful riverside Inn with views of the river. In the evening it was beautiful, sitting on the balcony and watching the performance boats float past. The location in general was really great, and not too hard to find. Someone came and met us from the bus stop and walked with us to the Inn which was really helpful as well. They gave some tips on how to find your way home when out in the day, too which was nice. The room was lovely and comfortable. The couple that run the place are really lovely, and even offered us a gift when we were checking out, which was a really nice surprise.

There’s not much to dislike, it’s a great location and with stunning views of the river. Overall a great stay.

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Шикарный вид из номера, очень удобное расположение, невероятно отзывчивая хозяйка отеля! Со всеми вопросами помогли, все рассказали, помогли вызвать такси. Понравилось, что отель в самом центре, но людей гораздо меньше, чем в пиковых точках. Это тоже очень порадовало. Ночью тихо.

Amazing location, incredibly friendly hosts. They provided so much information before I arrived on how to reach the hotel, and about the surrounding areas and really made me feel welcome as a solo traveler! Being alone can be hard but having such kind and friendly people great me every time I returned was very refreshing! This was an amazing hotel was an amazing way to start my first trip to China. I FaceTimed my family and posted pictures online and I received so many questions about the hotel! If you’re coming to Fenghuang please consider staying at least one to two nights here! It’ll give you a much needed relaxation after long traveling.

Lovely room, riverside balcony, clean and comfortable. Just a few steps from the taxi drop off which is a big plus considering the city is full of tiny streets and stairs. The owners are a lovely couple who will go out of their way to support with anything during the stay, arranging pickups, helping with laundry etc. Definitely recommended for a quiet stop in Fenghuang.

The place was super well located! Amazing to see the light show at night. The staff was super helpful, and took our bags to/from the taxi and to/from the room.

The owners where really nice and helpful. They told us to have our taxi driver call them so that they would give him the exact directions. They waited for us at the door and helped us with our luggage. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect. They gave us coffee and some snacks, really lovely.

Très bon séjour à Fenghuang 🌙 Les gérants ont été très réactifs et la communication avant notre arrivée était excellente pour nous expliquer comment rejoindre l’hôtel. Ils sont même venus nous chercher directement à la sortie du taxi, ce qui a rendu l’arrivée très simple et agréable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, idéal pour découvrir la vieille ville. La vue depuis la chambre est magnifique, avec un cadre vraiment unique sur Fenghuang. Nous avons également pris le dîner sur le balcon le soir, et c’était tout simplement fantastique, avec une ambiance magique au bord de l’eau.

Acolhimento 5*, foram de uma simpatia fora do normal, além de nos virem buscar-nos a estação de bus debaixo da chuva. À chegada ainda tivemos uma oferta de um cesto com fruta e doce da região. Estiverem sempre disponíveis à qualquer hora. E sugeriram um mini roteiro pela vila com recomendação de pontos a ver e onde comer que seguimos à risca e foi muito bom 😍 Viemos de coração cheio desta nossa estadia. Wir waren einen Nachmittag und eine Nacht in Fenghuang, das war aus unserer Sicht genau richtig und ausreichend. Supercool, es mal zu sehen, sowohl nachmittags als auch abends und dann kann man auch weiter :). Dafür war das Lazy Cat perfekt! Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten bequem, der Balkon direkt zum Fluss raus mit Hängesessel großartig! Die Klimaanlage funktionierte, alles super. Man ist mitten in der Stadt, kann direkt losgehen und den inneren Stadtkern entdecken und am Fluss entlang spazieren. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Ehepaar, das das Lazy Cat führt – so nett und hilfsbereit! Sie holten uns am Taxi ab, buchten uns auch eins für den nächsten Morgen früh um 7 Uhr, gaben uns Empfehlungen für ein Restaurant, buchten die Bootsfahrt für uns, gaben und Mandarinen für‘s Zimmer und sogar noch einen lokalen Snack für die Zugfahrt am nächsten Tag. Wir hatten gehört, dass es bis nachts um 1:30 sehr laut ist, aber es ging tatsächlich. Wir konnten trotz des Trubels gut schlafen und es war früher ruhig als erwartet. Das muss man aber wissen, dass man so natürlich mitten in der Stadt am Fluss wohnt, was großartig ist, dafür muss man aber natürlich in Kauf nehmen, dass es abends/nachts laut ist. :)

Für diese eine Nacht und unseren Aufenthalt in Fenghuang alles perfekt, gute Preis-Leistung! Eine Anmerkung noch: Die Bootsfahrt würde ich eher nicht machen. Kostet 20€ pro Person und geht nur 15 Minuten. Da kann die Unterkunft überhaupt nichts für, aber das Geld kann man aus unserer Sicht lieber für was anderes ausgeben ;).

La ubicación, cercana a donde te deja el transporte y para visitar el pueblo. Los encargados o dueños, muy atentos y serviciales. Facilitándote el contacto con el taxi/Didi o ayudándote con el equipaje y dejándote café y fruta.

The owners are really nice and kind. They helped us with the luggages, with the taxi, the boat tickets and gave a lot of tips and suggestions for the itinerary given our short stay. They also offered us some food when we arrived and when we left. Even if they don’t speak English, it is quite easy to communicate with them. The location of the hotel is really good, there are stairs but they will help you with the luggages. The view from the room is really nice.

The bed was a bit hard

The location was amazing with beautiful views of the river in the day and at night. The staff were so helpful and upgraded our room so we could be next to each other and helped us book a large taxi to the train station which was really appreciated. We unfortunately were only in town for one night but it was the perfect place to stay to see the town and experience the culture. Really close to where you get the boats on the river. Really good value for money.

Todo, pero sobre todo la localización y el encanto de la habitación mirando al río Es una habitación muy bien equipada con una cama muy cómoda, pero sobre todo las vistas son INCREÍBLES. Está en todo el centro del canal y es muy fácil acceder a las instalaciones El dueño ,Se comunicó desde el día anterior para darnos instrucciones de cómo llegar. Habló con el taxista y nos recogió . Un accueil des plus chaleureux! Une aide précieuse pour toute l'organisation de notre venue. Ils sont d une gentillesse merveilleuse. Vue magnifique avec jolie balcon, un très grand lit matelas et oreiller très confortable!!! Merci pour tout !!
