Nos gustó la bienvenida acogedora de Juan y Lucy. Ambos muy buenos anfitriones que solucionaron nuestros problemas a la brevedad. Ellos ofrecen traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto lo cual facilitó nuestra visita. Además nos entregaron un presente de despedida, lo cual fue un hermoso gesto Esta 15 minutos caminando del centro y del jardín botánico. Por las noches es tranquilo y muy seguro Su alojamiento nos ayudó a disfrutar mucho de Rapa Nui y sin duda los recomiendo!!

Juan es un anfitrión muy atento, te recibe desde el aeropuerto con un collar de flores, el lugar es muy cómodo y esta bien ubicado tienes restaurantes, tiendas y es muy seguro lo recomiendo 10 de 10 tambien te regresa al aeropuerto

Petit studio avec tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner. Super accueil des propriétaires dont Lucy qui nous a fait faire le tour de la ville après nous voir chaleureusement accueilli à l’aéroport avec son fils. L’hébergement se trouve à 15 min à pied de la ville et c’est parfait pour passer une semaine de découvert de Rapa Nui.

Le chant du coq à 3 heurs du mat 😊 mais cela fait le charme des lieux.

Los tenedores eran algo indebles pero es un detalle mínimo

Estuvimos hospedados 1 semana en Hare o Haupiano y no pudimos haber elegido un lugar mejor. Desde el momento en que llegamos, la atmósfera familiar, tranquila y acogedora nos hizo sentir como en casa. Lucy, su anfitriona es una persona cálida y atenta, siempre preocupada de que estuviéramos cómodos y de que no nos faltara nada. Además, un detalle hermoso fue la compañía de sus gatitos, que a veces nos visitaban en la habitación; un toque doméstico y cariñoso que hizo la estadía aún más especial. Las instalaciones son impecables, ideales para desconectarse y disfrutar de una semana de relajo total. Si buscas un hospedaje con alma, atendido por gente amable, este es el lugar Ademas, cuenta con wifi, agua caliente, cocina y estacionamiento.

Había un gallo gritón, pero nada alarmante, es parte de la experiencia en toda la isla :)

I had the most amazing time at hare o haupiano. Lucy and Juan were incredible hosts. They helped me booking tours, a taxi and regularly brought me fresh fruit plus they gave me very sweet gifts on departure. It is a 20 min nice walk to town and there are 2 minimarkets a few minutes walk away. One of them had fresh bread every morning and delicious empanadas. I 100% reccomend staying here and would stay here myself again.

La calidez de los anfitriones Juan y Lucy, fue como llegar a mi casa, te recogen en el aeropuerto con flores, traslado desde y hacia el aeropuerto, te explican y dan tips, todo muy cordial y familiar.

Todo estuvo excelente. La cabaña era tal cual se veía en las fotos: muy limpia, cómoda y acogedora. La ubicación también es muy buena; hay negocios y el mercado cerca, y caminando al centro de Hanga Roa se llega en unos 15 minutos aproximadamente. Lucy y Juan fueron increíblemente amables desde el primer momento, siempre atentos y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Nos recibieron en el aeropuerto con un hermoso collar de flores, un detalle muy especial que hizo aún más linda la experiencia, y también nos despidieron con un precioso recuerdo. Sin duda, una estadía totalmente recomendable

The cabaña is homely. A short walk into the centre but well located (everything is close there). Bed is comfortable and room is spacious. Lucy and Juan were lovely hosts, they answered our questions and helped us to get water/taxis, and they helped us store our bags on the last day when our flight was much later than check out.

There was a coffee maker and kettle but not any tea or coffee so you should bring your own! Bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper, there are loud animals (although this is probably true everywhere in town).

Small but well equipped kitchen meets all our needs for preparing simple meals. The beds are comfortable. Opening wardrobe and shelf are quite enough for our clothes and stuff. They offer pickup service between the hotel and the airport. Since the hotel is located in the living area, we got the chance to experience local life and we did enjoy it. Further more, one of the owners’ cat, Pepa, visited our room every day during our stay and we really enjoyed her company.

The water flow of the shower was not so strong. Thinking of the water resources probably depends on the weather, we could accept this situation and learned to appreciate what we have.

La gentillesse des propriétaires et les petites attentions tout au long du séjour ( petit tour de la ville a la sortie de l'aéroport, conseils sur les évènements à venir, petits cadeaux a la fin du séjour ). Emplacement un peu excentré du centre ( 15min a pied ) pour plus de calme.

La cuisine manque un petit peu d'ustensiles pour cuisiner mais avec tout les bons restaurants qu'il y a a découvrir ce n' est pas très grave.

Lucy y Juan son personas muy amables, los mejores anfitriones, Lucy nos trasladó al aeropuerto, nos hizo un recorrigo por varios lugares. La despedida igual fue muy cariñosa. Nos llevamos los mejores recuerdos.

El alojamiento es lo máximo, lleno de vegetación y naturaleza, las cabañas tienen todo lo necesario para la estadía, las camas muy cómodas! Juan y Lucy fueron increíbles, su amabilidad, preocupación y cada detalle con nosotras, nos ayudaron un montón e hicieron esta experiencia aún más preciosa. Muchas gracias por todo!

We received a very warm welcome from Juan and Lucy, with flowers in the room on our arrival.This was a small cabin on a family homestead, with chickens, cats and dogs (and bees!) which added to its authentic and homely atmosphere.

It was perfect.

Lucy and Juan were the owners and really great. They were excellent hosts that gave us free transfers to the airport, welcome flower necklace and farewell gift necklace

We were booked for 5 nights so it would have been nice if the sheets were changed once during that period

Bright room with lovely hand painted designs. Bed was very comfortable. Fun helped with heat. Loved the front porch surrounded by beautiful greenery snd flowers. Il monolocale è molto accogliente, pulito, immerso nel verde e dotato del necessario per un ottimo soggiorno. La gentilezza dei proprietari è incredibile, ti vengono a prendere all'aeroporto accogliendoti con una collana di meravgliosi fiori e ti accompagnano per il tuo viaggio di ritorno, salutandoti con un dono come ricordo. Davvero persone eccezionali che ti possono aiutare anche nell'organizzazione di tour e attività.

La posizione non è troppo lontana dal centro, 20 minuti a piedi per la via con bar ristoranti e negozi, e mezz'ora per arrivare alla costa e siti come Ahu Tahai. Al ritorno però la strada è in salita e con l'umidità dell'isola può essere un po' faticoso. Bellissimo stare in mezzo al verde e alla natura ma il gallo non dà tregua tutta la notte🙈

La gentillesse et l'attention de Lucy et Juan du début à la fin du séjour. Discrets et très disponibles si besoin. L'emplacement très arboré au milieu de la propriété familiale. Le prix très correct.

Cabaña impecable, tenia todo lo necesario, servicios, utensilios, toallas, útiles de aseo, los colchones perfectos, un lugar muy lindo, los anfitriones un 10, muy preocupados qué todo estuviera bien, los recomiendo al 100%... si alguna vez vuelvo sin duda me quedaría nuevamente en este lugar. Stanza molto gradevole e comoda circondata dalla natura, tra piante rigogliose, fiori e risveglio al canto del gallo! L'angolo cottura è dotato di frigo, fornello e ci sono alcuni utensili se si vuole cucinare qualcosa da soli. Mancano i prodotti essenziali come sale, zucchero, caffè, olio e varie che vanno acquistati. Bagno piccolino ma pulito e funzionale, dotato di doccia con tenda , è presente un asciugacapelli. Wifi disponibile. A piedi si raggiungono piccoli supermercati, panifici e negozi vari di souvenir oltre a ristoranti e bar. I proprietari sono persone squisite, gentili e sempre pronte a qualsiasi richiesta. Sono venuti a prenderci e a riportarci in aeroporto.

Nell'insieme l'alloggio va bene cosi com'è, consiglio solo di portarsi shampoo e sapone perche in bagno era presente solo il sapone per le mani.

Todo muy lindo, excelente atención, anfitriones Lucy y Juan, siempre preocupados y disponibles para responder consultas, cuando llegamos nos llevaron hacer un pequeño tour por el pueblo 💕….Negocios cercanos para abastecerse… un café con una vista increíble a unos 5 min. Las playas estaban a unos 15 o 20 min caminando, 8 min a lo más al mercado artesanal e iglesia, para nosotros no fue problema la caminata diaria 🤭.

Хозяйка Люси встретила нас в аэропорту и сразу надела на нас гирлянды из цветов - это было очень приятно. Затем минут 30 возила нас по острову, показывала окрестности и основные магазины, рестораны. Этот хостел находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от набережной. По пути есть много различных магазинов, ресторанов и сувенирный рынок. Цены в магазинах выше чем на материке. Номер является половиной отдельного деревянного домика. Это достаточно просторное и уютное помещение в котором есть кровать, шкаф, стол, табуретки, небольшая кухонная зона с плитой, холодильником, чайником и тостером. У хозяев можно купить 5ти литровую бутылку воды и это будет дешевле, чем покупать воду в магазине. Есть средство от жуков и пауков. Очень рекомендуем им пользоваться, т.к. насекомые заползают в дом и в кровать. Хозяйка отвезла нас обратно в аэропорт и подарила на память открытку с видами острова и подвески в виде статуй Моаи. Это было очень приятно.

Жаль, что нет микроволновой печи и открывалки для консерв. Очень неудобные и старые подушки на кровати. Рядом с домиком живут петухи. Готовьтесь к тому, что они будут очень громко кричать целый день от рассвета до заката. Не помогают даже беруши, которые хозяева кладут возле кровати. Нормально выспаться нам не удалось ни разу за 3 ночи. На большом окне возле кровати нет сетки. Если закрывать окно на ночь, то становится душно, а вентилятор шумный.

老板人太好了！机场带花环接机，满满的仪式感，然后开车带我们在镇上转了一圈并去买了公园门票。昨天参加了个一日游团。可能有点水土不服，一整天都不舒服，下午回到酒店还感觉到有点儿发烧，于是跟老板申请把第二天早上的日出团取消了。老板不仅立即帮忙联系退团，把团费退回我们时还给我带了几片退烧药。今天下午4点50分的航班回圣地亚哥，本应10点退房，老板也给通融延长到下午2点。昨晚到今天上午都躺床上，终于休息好了。远在复活节岛感受到了岛民的淳朴与善良！

Nos encantó que el departamento estuviera entre la vegetación. Cama muy cómoda. La cocina contaba con todos los utensilios necesarios. Juan y Lucy hacen un gran equipo. Juan muy atento a toda solicitud; su atención inmediata. Nos recogieron y llevaron al aeropuerto; en ambos traslados siempre con un detallito que nos gustó mucho. Hay tres tiendas cerca del departamento para comprar lo que se necesite para el desayuno si quieren hacerlo ustedes mismos. Particularmente, me encantó ver las gallinas, los gallos y las mascotas. Es un lugar increíble si te gusta la naturaleza.

Fantastic location, walking distance to main restaurants and shops. Lovely hosts who helped with everything for us including trips and anything we needed. A small family owned property they really care.

The host welcomed us from the airport, complete with flower garlands and a short introductory visit to some Moai statues and a drive around the Hanga Roa town, pointing out the places of interests. Located in a quieter part of the town, away from the coast, which is great, but still walkable to the main areas. The room was comfortable and homely with kitchen facilities, and the shower water pressure and temperature were good. The hosts Juan and Lucy were such sweethearts, hanging a big bunch of bananas outside our front door for us to help ourselves, drove us around Hanga Roa to look for a pharmacy that was open on a Sunday to collect our prescription as one of us was feeling unwell, took us to visit areas that were only known to the locals and drove us to the airport and sent us off with gifts. They are such thoughtful hosts and so family oriented that I felt more like an honoured guest of their home than just another visitor. I cannot recommend them enough.

Franchement tout était super et après 3 mois et 40 réservations en Amérique latine c'est un avis fondé. Nous y sommes restés 4 nuits et nous y étions bien. Nos hôtes sont charmants et prévenants. Plein de petites attentions. Ils sont venus nous chercher et nous ont ramené à l'aéroport. Le logement est parfait: propre, bien équipé, joliment décoré et entretenu, pas de problème d'eau chaude ou de salle de bain. Location de scooter à un prix compétitif si besoin. Vu la localisation un peu en retrait c'est mieux, mais en 10min vous êtes à l'église, 20min pour aller sur le front de mer.

Det var inget jag direkt inte tyckte om, Det sprang runt höns som kunde kackla , men det är så över hela ön.

Izjemno prijazni in ustrežljivi lastniki, zelo lepo poskrbijo za svoje goste. Brezplačen prevoz z in do letališča, ob prihodu še kratka tura po otoku. Ker sva bila tu za novo leto, so nama tudi povedali kje in kdaj je dogajanje. Lucy in Juan sta bila dosegljiva preko Whatsappa, tako da s komunikacijo ni bilo težav. Soba je bila čista, prostorna, prisotne so bile vse potrebščine za kuhanje. Skratka same pohvale, brez pritožb. Samo opozorilo, zgodaj zjutraj se sliši peteline (kar mislim, da je kar stalnica na otoku), za bolj občutljive so v sobi čepki za ušesa, nama ni bilo hudega.

The hosts were amazing! They went well out of their way to make sure I was comfortable during my stay. The cabin was clean and spacious, equipped with good Wi-Fi and warm water. The location was close to downtown area but away from the hustle and bustle. They even helped me rent a scooter which was an awesome way to see the island. Would definitely recommend

Viaje con mi madre y nuestra estadía en estas cabañas fue perfecta. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Todo 10 de 10 El lugar es hermoso, muy cómodo, limpio y detalles cuidados (wifi, sabanas, toallas, otros). Pero lo que realmente hace la diferencia es la atención de los anfitriones, Lucy y Juan: cercanos, amables y siempre atentos a que todo estuviera bien. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer día. (Nos pasaron a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto, Juan nos hizo un tour por el pueblo antes de instalarnos y nos orientó siempre con las dudas que teniamos y sobre que hacer en la isla, Además, el nos ayudo a gestionar los tour) La ubicación es buena, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de Rapa Nui con tranquilidad. Sin duda, volveríamos felices y para mi esa es la prueba definitiva de un excelente lugar. 🌺 Pd: mi parte favorita de la cabaña fue la terraza, adjunto fotos 🤍

No es centrico pero igual esta cerca del centro. La ubicación está aprox a 10-15 min caminando del centro, para nosotras estuvo perfecto porque caminamos sin drama, o saliamos de tour donde nos pasaban a buscar y tmb arrendamos auto Además, Juan nos paso a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto y eso que íbamos cargadisimas como burro. Pero quizás para alguien con movilidad reducida sería un aspecto a considerar.

El anfitrión Juan, es una persona excelente, nos recogió y volvió a dejar en el aeropuerto cuando marchamos. Nos ha ayudado en todas las actividades y recomendaciones. Súper encantador ! Y súper recomendable! Gracias por todo!

We had a wonderfull time at this appartment. Everything you need is available. Great and kind host. He did also the aiport transfer for us. We loved the bees, dogs, cat and the whole enviroment of this appartment. It was the highlight of our trip!

Juan and his wife have done a great job to create a very comfortable accommodation, which is in good order, has a sparkling clean floor, and us very comfortable. They will welcome you and look after you. When I was unfortunately taken to hospital on the island Juan turned up, without being asked, collected me and took me down to the pharmacy, making sure I was alright. These people are 110% the kindest people I've met travelling in a long time, and it was a privilege to lodge with them.

That cockeral, I swear it will crow even if you turn the light on to go to the bathroom at night. Just be aware it is a proper little homestead with yard stock. The dogs are friendly and the cat will come in to beg for ham, but that cockeral will eke up in a stew pot one day.

Su buena ubicación, la cabaña contaba con todo lo necesario, muy limpia y cómoda. Sus anfitriones son muy agradables, nos fueron a buscar y a dejar al aeropuerto, nos dieron tips de la isla y nos esperaron con unos ricos alfajores. Agradecida enormemente

Excellent accueil de la part de Lucy et Juan qui sont d une gentillesse et d une prevenance tout a fait appreciable. Le logement est situé a 5 minutes a pied de la rue principale et a 10 minutes du front de mer, son emplacement est donc parfait pour rejoindre facilement les restaurants et autres activites. Endroit idéal pour sejourner a Rapa Nui avec un prix tres abordable.

El lugar permite vivir una experiencia de como se vive en la isla, con gallos y gallinas deambulando, plátanos colgando y esperando ser sacados y mucha tranquilidad.

Tuvimos que comprar un sartén para gozar los huesos de gallinas libres.

Del alojamiento destaco que cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar cómodamente en pareja. Cuenta con utensilios de cocina y artículos para el baño y es muy acogedor. La wifi funciona bien, el agua caliente también. Quiero agradecer a Lucy y a Juan porque nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos en la Isla, desde el minuto en que nos fueron a buscar, hasta que nos despedimos. Realmente destaco su calidad humana. Además de eso, cuidan cada detalle, por ejemplo cuentan con tapones para los oídos, ya que hay gallos en los alrededores (propio de la isla) y hasta nos hicieron un mini tour por Hanga Roa y nos dieron tips para nuestro viaje.

Il monolocale dove siamo stati è davvero carino, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ci siamo trovati benissimo con Juan, un ospite davvero eccezionale. Qui abbiamo anche affittato il motorino e ci ha permesso di tenerlo una mezza giornata in più. Svegliarsi con i galli che cantano e avere tutta la natura attorno è stato molto bello.

We had a wonderful stay on Easter Island! The hosts were incredibly friendly - they met us at the airport, organized free transfers to and from the airport, gave us a small tour around the town, and even helped us arrange excursions. On our way back, they surprised us with a small souvenir - such a kind gesture. Thank you very much! The location is quiet and peaceful, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It’s about 2 km from Ahu Tahai, the perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The house has everything you need for a short stay, including a kitchen. Around the property you’ll see cats, dogs, and chickens walking freely, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere.
