Location

Staff so friendly. Jamaica made us feel so welcome and at home.

Unfortunately the rooftop bar was closed for our stay in July.

Location is top. Our bedroom was big and they added a mattress on the floor for our kid. The view was breathtaking. The housekeeping was top. The front desk and breakfast staff could be improved.

Housekeeping is not every day. The building is on the beach and tourists go to El Nido for the tours so wanted or not there is always sand on the floor, so housekeeping should be every day, and the bedroom should have more rugs and maybe a broom to help with the sand. Bathroom lighting should be improved and more hangers because there is no balcony, so beach wear, towels need somewhere to dry. Easy improvements that will improve the experience.

Sehr zentrale Lage direkt am Strand und eine herrliche Dachterrasse mit Rooftop Bar wo es auch das Frühstück gibt. Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Im Bad waren die Wände durch die Feuchtigkeit in einem schlechten Zustand, was aber die Funktionalität nicht beeinträchtigt hat. Das man das Wasser aus der Leitung nicht trinken (und auch nicht zum Zähneputzen) verwenden soll gilt vermutlich für nahezu ganz El Nido 🙈

La posizione è centrale quindi se cerchi un posto tranquillo evita.

La struttura è sporca, c’era una puzza terribile che usciva dal bagno oltre a tanta muffa. Il condizionatore del vicino faceva troppo rumore e non si riusciva a dormire. Non ci hanno cambiato gli asciugamani, abbiamo dovuto chiederli. Costa troppo per quello che offre.

The location was good, nearby everything in El nido.

I had a cockroach in my luggage. Also saw other insect on the floor.. the price was high for the Philippines and this type of stay.

We woke up with a rotting smell in the room from the sewage. Otherwise, great location.

Beds could have been a bit better . Wifi was very slow and sometimes we don't have access . Place was a little tired looking .

La ubicación es lo mejor. Está en pleno centro de El Nido Town con acceso al puerto, restaurantes, tiendas. El desayuno incluido es increíble: un montón de platos hechos al momento para ti muy elaborados y deliciosos

La habitación no tiene ventana, y es muy pequeña. Además el baño tenía mucha humedad.

what I did like was maybe the position in the city center, close to the day tours and the shops. Receptionist was nice and focused on what was going on..

where should I start? the hotel si loud, no windows (imagine how loud would have it been with windows?), breakfast poor, only the pancakes were enjoyable. worn down place, loud, people banging doors all the time. looks more like a hostel, than a hotel. but still better than other places I have seen around.

La colazione è un po' scadente e soprattutto non hanno latte alternativo (soya, mandorla o avena) o senza lattosio.

La mia stanza era senza finestre e fino alle 2 di notte c'era molto rumore che veniva da un locale fuori

La ubicación está genial en pleno centro.

La atención de la recepción dejaba bastante que desear. Eran lentos y tenían que pedir constantemente la aprobación del manager. La atención del desayuno / bar muy amables. Encontramos una cucaracha en la habitación. No tenían secador.

In camera c’era odore di muffa molto forte, abbiamo avuto la puzza sotto al naso per tutto il soggiorno.

L emplacement est tres bien meme si un peu bruillant le soir mais la musique ne me.derange pas . Le roof top et les employés.toujours souriant. Superbe vue au petit Dejeuner

Beach house de luxe with a sea view is best, room are spacious. And close to the beach .

Que a veces por la mañana pronto el personal de limpieza hablaban muy alto y con muchos minis ruidos Pero vamos…. Es por decir algo ! El wifi no era una maravilla Les aconsejo configurar los access point que tienen el las habitaciones (que están desconfigurados)

This place is on the beach! Fantastic location, on the beach in the middle of the main strip. All the bars, restaurants and clubs just a few steps away. The island hopping v tours ( which are amazing) set sail from right in front of the hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had a great time there.

Whidows in the room don't open.

Clean room, directly on the beach where you can sunbathe and swim, restaurant downstairs and on the rooftop, good food and drinks, the room (not the dorm room) is quiet, facing the sea, nice bathroom.

If anything, then cleaning of the room is provided only every three days. The staff is sometimes confused but always very pleasant and can make things happen eventually.

Everything about this accomodation is spacious, heaps of storage and the view is amazing. Right in the middle of everything and when inside the room barely able to hear the noise from the activities outside. Activities can be booked directly, scuba diving, van transfers & motorbike, which made our activities smooth and easy.

Aside from the extra bed being too itchy, not from sand. Everything was more than we could ask for.

Excellent location , right in the heart of El nido, right on the beach

The location is excellent and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The view from the cafe is beautiful. The tours office is onsite, which was very convenient. All the tours leave and return to the beach in front if the hotel.

The hotel needs to be better maintained. The air conditioner didn’t work. The room was not very clean and we saw cockroaches.

-Friendly and helpful staff -Location on the beach & in the centre of town -Good tour company at the entrance and good Diving company on-site so easy access to all you need -Good effort at keeping the place clean, but it is right off the beach so sand does come inside - to be expected -We had a private room with sea view which was basic but large enough and clean (apart from a few ants), water and coffee station provided and toiletries. -Water pressure for shower was ok - not the best for someone with long thick hair - but we managed fine! -Air con and fan provided -Clean and comfy enough bed, white sheets, although bedding provided is only a small pillow each and a sheet. -Excellent laundry service a few doors down -Roof terrace bar which is a lovely spot for a sundowners

-Breakfast was slow here. The service staff tried to get it to you on time and reassured you the boat would wait for you (only works if organised by the hotel) but I’d recommend being there for on 7am when it opens to have a chance of not having to wolf it down. Alternatively there is a nice coffee shop across the road that does takeaway coffee and croissant so may be best to grab and go if you have a time constraint! -A few leaks in the ceiling of our room, didn’t really bother us, but be careful where you put your stuff! -Water was turned off between 9am - 5pm, so coming back from an all day tour (usually 3.30ish) you had to wait and hour and a half to wash / get changed. -Personal preference would have been extra pillow and a duvet provided -Charged more on credit card as is mentioned in many reviews

The location was fantastic right on the beach.

There were rats in the accomodation. We tried to get help and the security guard tried to use bug spray. In a room of 3 our friend had to sleep on the floor on a mattress. There were ants in the beds.

They ask to pay extra commission for payment with a card. After discussion, commission was canceled. Window was cover because of the reconstruction. Noise in the evening and night.

location = amazing we stayed in waterfront room and the view was great.

The location was the only benefit of the property, however, you could say that it was is the hustle and bustle of the town therefore making it very loud.

- unclean - no air conditioning - no water pressure - unaware staff - rude and loud staff (every morning the staff were very loud and unaware of their surroundings, all mornings they were like this and on two occasions I had to leave my room and ask they keep the noise down) - had to make our own bed on arrival - it isn’t called “the beach house” - it smelt like toxic chemicals in the hotel and room

The location was great and beautiful views of the beach. Quality /price good. The room was pretty clean.

Room smelled musty and like some kind of cleaning product. I’m not sure what it was but when I left I had to have everything rewashed as it smelled like my room. Room #5.

Very nice place with great food in the restaurant on the ground floor. Bathroom is great. You can organize every attraction with the staff in the reception - very convenient. And there is PADI diving center in the building - great adventure, highly recommended.

Windows could be cleaner - it would be nicer to look at the sea :)

All the pillows smelled like they were rotten so this bothered my sleep.

We super love the location.. waking up with the ocean view and the sound of waves is just what we need to destress! The breakfast are yummy as well, worth the price.. the staff are super kind and friendly.

After a long 5 hour van ride, we were met with a stoned-face young lady. This was on a Sunday afternoon. She didn’t didn’t speak much English and absolutely no smiles. We were trying to check into 3 booked rooms, 4 nights. only 5 of us. She kept repeating that we couldn’t have have more than 2 people in each room. Obviously her math was bad! The next morning 6:45 am, the friendly restaurant staff said they didn’t open until 7 am, so we went for a walk and back at 7:02. placed our breakfast order. 35 minutes later with occasional checking, nothing! Had to leave for our tour, so, no breakfast! We were disappointed that the rooftop wasn’t open, even though the pictures showed it was! There’s no excuse for slow service and rooftop closure. Pandemic is long over!

Ideal location. Stayed in a private family room and it was cleaned every second day.

There was no window in our room and it was very noisy in the mornings.

Everything was good and the view at the rooftop was very nice.

There was a brown out during our stay that we didn't like. They charge you more when you use a credit card instead of cash.
