Reviewed Sep 16, 20269년전 처음와보고 인상이 너무깊어서 다시오길 꿈꿔왔던 곳입니다. 아직도 굳건히 지키고있어서 반가웠죠. 일단 위치가 최고의 장점입니다. 기존 체크인시간보다 일찍 짐을 맡기느라 직원분을 봬어야 했었는데 너무 친절히 잘 응대해주셨구요, 룸컨디션, 이불상태 모두 최상입니다. 화장실 바닥도 물때 안지게 되있어서 너무 맘에 듭니다. 또 또 또 가고싶은곳입니다.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2026We absolutely loved the view looking out over Haeundae Beach, the bed was set up so we could enjoy the view whilst having a relaxed morning. It was very well located to explore the Haeundae sights and was also close by to the metro station, to explore further afield. The room was well set up with toiletries, slippers and robes.
The room was a little less spacious than expected based on the room sizing given on Booking.com. The hotel set up functions a little more like an Airbnb, though staff were polite and cordial and let us leave our luggage whilst we explored on our final day.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the room was beautiful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again!
The lack of storage space for clothes, as the closet did not have any shelves. There was also not much space to hang wet towels or clothes after going to the beach. A few more hooks or a small drying rack would be very helpful.

Il personale non parla inglese, la struttura è di fronte al mare con tutti gli inconvenienti del caso. Non è un posto per stranieri, ma solo per gente locale. L’ingresso è pessimo, non si capisce dove devi andare. Non c’è nessuno ad accoglierti e comunque non parlano inglese.

室内はとても素敵なのですが、一棟全てがホテルという訳ではなく、2〜3フロアがホテルの客室になっているため、エレベーターホールなどは結構、雑居ビル感があります。また、エレベーターもメインは1基で、もう1基は非常階段側にあるので、メインの方は混雑しがち。結構来るのに時間がかかります。

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026I loved the ocean view, a table set by the window, toiletries were well thought-out (including disposable sponge, facial cleanser etc.), and free water bottles everyday. Beds were comfortable, curtains, sheets and towels were clean. It’s not fancy but it’s well thought through. What I am most impressed was the staff. I left my electric converter and they shipped it to me timely without any charges, extremely friendly staff.
They could consider installing a glass wall in the shower area so that the water doesn’t splash everywhere.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026해운대 중심에 있음. 방에 누워서 하늘을 보고, 바다를 볼 수 있어 매우 좋음. 위치가 정말 최고임. 청결하고 군더더기없이 편안함. 연휴 성수기라서 값이 좀 비싸긴 했으나, 주변 호텔과 비슷해서 어쩔 수 없는 듯. 방 크기도 넓은 편이고 좋았음.
해변 버스킹 공연, 차도 소음이 들려서 시끄러웠음. 같은.건물에 UH Suite 라는 다른 호텔과 공유하는 것을 기보고 알게 됨. 건물은 큰데 엘베가 1대여서 좀 기다려야하는 상황이 있었음.

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026awesome location to enjoy if you are a beach person. The room's windows look out to the beach directly, whole 180 degrees view. Great value for the price, compared to other hotels nearby with equivalent view. Also very spacious room, particularly the bathroom given normal Korea's size.
It's an aged building, where the whole building was for various hotels. Most of the time you need to wait for the lift, sometimes can't get in too if it happens to be popular check in or out time. And while the hotel offers laundry room, it's only opened between 10am-5pm, so kind of means you can't go too far during the day if you're doing laundry. Also need to prepare own laundry powder, none provided or available from vending machine like in Japan.

Step outside and Haeundae beach is across the street and just a few steps to your right is Haeundae market, tons of restaurants that stay open late, busking areas, and so much to see. A short walk (15-20m) to the Mipo blue line park stop for the beach train and the sky capsules, and close to bus stops to make transit to the train station and other areas of Busan easy. The cost for the location was fantastic.
The room was definitely just doing its job as somewhere to sleep and keep your stuff, so if you're someone that prioritizes the hotel room, this probably isn't the right one for you. It was overall fine, but you're definitely here for the location and price. The mattress was quiet firm, which made it less comfortable for me, but if you prefer that then it would be a benefit.
