Very nice place 😃

Very nice, quietly located accommodation right on the beach, with a small pool in the garden that is perfect for relaxing. I booked very spontaneously and was able to check in around 10 a.m. The owners and staff were very friendly and did their best to get us into our room as quickly as possible. A slightly later check-out was also no problem. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and you can tell that a lot of value is placed on cleanliness and order. Absolutely recommended – I would definitely come back!

We stayed here for two nights. For longer stays, a bit more variety in the breakfast would be appreciated.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Gastgeber extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist neuwertig und besser als in vielen Hotels. Der Garten und Pool sind sehr gepflegt. Es gab italienischen Kaffee.

Der Ort selbst ist wenig touristisch - das kann man positiv oder negativ sehen. Der Strand vor der Haustür ist nicht zum Baden geeignet, aber in 5 min Entfernung mit dem Tuk-Tuk gibt es tolle Strände.

Der Blick aufs Meer ist wirklich einzigartig, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossenen. Die Gastgeber waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit und jederzeit sofort erreichbar. Tolle Gegend wenig Touristisch extrem leckeres Essen direkt nebenan. Und der Meerblick mit Palmen aus dem Bett wird wohl lange in Erinnerung bleiben.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der Strandabschnitt war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr angenehmer Pool. Die Betreiber super freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. In der gepflegte Gemeinschaftsküche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

It was amazing. We were staying at the villa for about 16 days, the room was very clean and comfortable, there was everything for convenience and the view from the room to the ocean was breathtaking. clean pool, kitchen, terraces, everything is done with love and very beautiful. we never regretted choosing this villa and are grateful to the owners that they were always on hand. will recommend to all friends.

The property was well presented with a quiet beachfront location. Not to far to the main town and close to the station. The people who run the property where absolutely lovely.

At the time there was issues with the WIFI dropping in and out, not sure if it was the router or their provider.

Everything was so great! A very picturesque view right by the ocean. The owners of the villa were super friendly and helpful, helped us with everything during our stay. The villa is very clean and cozy, we felt like home there, very relaxing. The place itself is very quiet too, you can hear only the ocean waves. We really liked it and hope to be back one day! Strongly recommend staying here.

Clean, modern, beach access, views, walking distance to good coffee (Latte Korea) and pizza. Happy for the glass bottled water in the rooms. ☆ Let's all help STOP the use of single-use plastic. ■ and also no barking dogs, bread trucks or temple broadcasting. ■ just the breathing of the sea. ♡

This is a very new villa divided into 6 suites. Ours was comfortable, spacious, fully functioning and immaculately prepared. Sliding doors opened onto the garden, the pool and a covered terrace with tables and chairs. The pool is lovely and partly shaded by a giant palm so you can float in sun or shade. A gate at the bottom of the garden opened onto the ocean promenade, where you can watch the sunset. It is perfect. The couple who own it were so attentive to our needs going out for food, beers etc. Breakfast was great. The garden and pool were so nice for chilling out. With the air-conditioning nearby to cool off. The Sea Queen feels isolated but is only 75m from the main road. Taxis and tuk tuks find you easily. This is a high spec villa at a very reasonable price.. EXCELLENT Our best stay in Sri Lanka.

We had a wonderful stay in the sea view room at this villa. The room was really nice and spacious, and the view of the ocean was beautiful. The beach just outside was clean and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The staff was very friendly and they made sure we had everything we needed. This is the perfect spot!

The room was large and modern. The pool area was very relaxing and has a gate straight out to the beach!! Our room faced the ocean and it was the most beautiful view. The manager looked after us very well. The breakfast was delicious.

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Sea Queen, the place is relaxing. The beach is actually for yourself. The pool is an oasis of peace. The owners run their Villa with full commitment and definitely put a lot of enthusiasm into this work. We recommend this place for a holiday holiday. Definitely 6 stars 😃🙂

I’d like especially the location , sea view & cleanliness in addition to the kindness of the staff . They welcome me warmly with my dog, which is quite rare in hotels or home stays .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is truly unbeatable.It offers a calm and private atmosphere, being right next to the beach, which made it perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I felt comfortable. To top it off, the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway.

A paradise right on the beach, amazing host and the swimming and decor makes the place feel like a luxury boutique home. The trees provide perfect shade for half the pool as well. The family where so helpful and welcoming
