Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung ist schön hell und sauber mit einem modernen Bad und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche (zumindest für Frühstück und Vesper). Schlafmöglichkeiten sind zwei vorhanden. Unkomplizierter Check-In, sehr nette Gastgeber (Kontakt per Booking-Mail). Parken dort im Gebäude möglich, jedoch günstiger im Parkhaus Passage 44 (15€ für 24h statt 25€ pro Nacht). Dies liegt bei der nahegelegenen Metro-Station “Botanique”. Gute Gegend mit nahegelegenen Restaurants und Bars.
Schlecht Lärmisoliert, somit laut wegen der Tram in der Straße und der Polizeistation im Nachbargebäude. Ohrstöpsel werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Ein Händehandtuch auf dem WC wäre nicht schlecht.

1- Tremendous amount of noise from tram, from 6am morning to 12 am midnight which was horrible. No sound isolation. 2- No wifi during 3 days(literally zero minutes) 3- It is written 1sofa bed 1 twin bed 1 queen bed but only in living room you will have sofa bed and twin bed. When i read 3 beds i thought there are seperato rooms but is just living room 1+0. 4- I checked with them amazon delivery and gave amazon order from amazon.de and recieved name for delivery from them however it was imposible to collect goods if you are not at home(even I was home could not deliver goods even I did it in Bansko on the top of ski mountain) It is an airbnb place but not an booking place.

È stata molto gradita la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli un’ora prima dell’orario del check in . Check in semplice e comodissimo
Unica nota leggermente negativa , ma che non ci ha arrecato troppo disagio, può essere stata la mancanza di arredi dove posizionare un po’ di oggetti personali e l’affaccio delle finestre sulla strada un po’ rumorosa

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026L'emplacement est top ! Appartement super, propre, lumineux. Hauteur sous plafond très agréable. Le mini bow-window offre une vue très agréable sur la rue Royale. Les services proposés (produits douche, boules quies, services numériques, dosettes café).
Le bruit incessant des tramways et des voitures de police, pompiers et ambulances. Quelques insectes rampants dans la douche. Pas de clé pour verrouiller en notre absence. Appartement grand mais studio, donc tout le monde dort dans la même pièce.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca del centro, paseando unos minutos llegas a las Grand Place. El baño está completo, con gel, champú y crema. Todo está muy nuevo. En la cocina dejan detalles como cápsulas de café, botellitas de agua y barritas energéticas. Las camas son cómodas.
No hay habitación aparte, la cama abatible y el sofá cama están en el mismo salón. Las ventanas son antiguas y de madrugada no paran de pasar ambulancias y la policía con las sirenas puestas. Para ello, dejan tapones para los inquilinos aunque no son suficientes.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026I don't know where to start -it was all perfect!Excellent facilities-modern and very ,very clean-immaculate!Instructions to get into the property very straightforward.Location is spot on -loved it !Accommodation comes with an underground parking,which was perfect as well . I just can’t praise enough the host -very approachable and helpful.We had a wonderful time .
I will comment on the couple of things,because of what other visitors said.For us there was no issue with the noise from the road -it is a busy road during the day ,mostly due to trams .But it was quite at night and barely no traffic in the weekend.But as I said it wasn’t an issue,because we were exploring the city during the day .It is a studio,but it is very spacious,high ceilings,plenty of room for 5 of us .

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026La ubicación, a 10 min del centro. El apartamento es bastante amplio para 4 adultos. Tiene una cama doble abatible, un sofá cama grande y una cama plegable de 90. Todo muy cómodo y con almohadas extra. Armario grande para la ropa, con perchas. Hay un aseo pequeño con inodoro y lavabo. Y otro cuarto de baño con ducha y lavabo. Muy cómodo el que esté separado. Además estaba muy limpio y parecía recién reformado. Incluye toallas de baño y de lavabo por cada huésped. La cocina con todo lo necesario. Una Nespresso con cápsulas y un par de botellas de agua. Todo muy limpio y con todo lo básico para pasar unos días. Hay dos supermercados en la misma calle abiertos casi todo el día. El apartamento es tal cual a las fotos.
El ruido de la calle. Las ventanas no son herméticas y pasa el tranvía cada 10min. y se oye bastante. Suerte que de 23h a 6h no hay tranvía y se puede descansar bien. Te dejan unos tapones para los oídos como detalle de bienvenida. No hay mucho tráfico de coches. A pesar del ruido, pudimos decansar bastante bien. Las ventanas tienen cortinas (en la foto de booking no están).

They simply hid behind the “non-refundable” policy and ignored the customer’s unavoidable hardship. This is not professionalism; this is a deliberate disregard for customer rights and basic fairness. If there is even a small chance that your travel plans might change, do not book this property. I was left both financially and personally inconvenienced and will never stay here again nor recommend it to anyone.

The lack of a separate bedroom and the use of "converted furniture" for beds made it unsuitable for a longer stay with five people, although it was acceptable for a short, three-night stay.

As camas... Pelas fotos tive a impressão que havia um quarto separado. Eram todos juntos, o que para um grupo de 5 adultos pode ser inconveniente. Por fim, a cama de solteiro não é confortável para um adulto, tanto que reservei um quarto extra (em outro hotel) para atender o nosso grupo, mas isso apenas depois de ver pessoalmente o apartamento.

The place is near a police station, and although I love that it makes you feel safe, they can turn the sirens on during the night and wake you. The owner does leave ear protectors at the apartment though, so you can try this.

Near fire station and on the main route of ambulances, police cars and fire engines. All night you hear serines passing right outside your window and feel the tram vibrations. The owners provide ear plugs but should consider installing sound proof windows.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2024Everything was amazing with Le Cocon studio. Great location, easy access, all the furniture and items were brand new. I loved the high ceiling, which creates a lot of space. The kitchen and bathroom were well equipped and very spacious. Fast and reliable internet and the unit has a dedicated space to work, which was very helpful. The sofa cama is very confortable and easy put together. Great communication from the staff and very attentive to the guest requests, specially Nawar, she was very helpful.
The loft faces the street, so it might be a bit noisy for light sleepers, however the surroundings are normally quiet, the main cause of noise could be the tram and any ambulance or police car passing through. Fortunately, I’m a heavy sleeper so it wasn’t that much issue for me. In general, there’s nothing to complaint about this loft.
