The room and bathroom were a good size especially for it being a 3 person bedroom.

A dog had eaten part of our headboard. The hotel had used what looked like felt-tip pen to touch it up, but some of it hadn't been repaired and it was off putting to lean against.

The cleaners took my personal towel (as I don’t use hotels towel).. I asked the staff for brand new towel as a replacement.. but they only gave me some washed already used towels There was no running water for more than half a day bc of some plumbing issues… the communication from the staff was poor regarding how long the fixing might take The hotel rooms were not at all sound proof, during night time we could easily hear our neighbours conversations, their TV, and music.

It was clean. Reasonable price. The fresh water offered in the lobby!

Me encanto el concepto del hotel muy original y todos encantadores. La habitación muy grande. Estas en el centro en nada, La cama muy cómoda y el desayuno internacional.

La zona que hay hacia la izquierda del hotel es una zona que no me gusto me daba la sensación de inseguridad. Aunque la verdad es que esta vez en Bruselas en general me dio una sensación de inseguridad.

Ich war zwei Tage im Hotel. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, die in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen sind, direkt am Botanischen Garten, bis zum Zentrum und zum Grand-Place sind es 25 bis 30 min zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war groß und geräumig, klimatisiert und gut ausgestattet, mit Pfiff eingerichtet und trotz Straßenausrichtung leise. Es gibt ein Parkhaus im UG (Durchfahrtshöhe 1,80 m), welches gegen Gebühr genutzt werden kann und von der Rückseite des Hotels zu befahren ist. Aufgrund der Einbahnstraßen muss man eine Schleife fahren bis man das Parkhaus erreicht. Check-in und Check-out verliefen reibungslos und schnell. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Mit Englisch oder Französisch kommt man gut zurecht. Das Frühstück ist überdurchschnittlich reichhaltig und bietet eine sehr große Auswahl (auch mit veganen, vegetarischen Speisen). Ich würde es jederzeit wieder buchen und freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Já na entrada recebemos uma calosa recepção do time que estava trabalhando, além de uma cerveja grátis no bar! No quarto tinha uma carta muito bonita, escrita de próprio punho, nos desejando boa estadia (pequenos detalhes que fazem toda a diferença). O quarto era amplo, cama ótima e chuveiro maravilho..... a decoração do quarto é bem diferente, criativa, uma experiência muito interessante..... bem confortável e amplo.

Ruime kamers met airco, leuk weggewerkte televisiewand. ruime badkamer met de benodigde faciliteiten. Erg ruim verzorgd goed ontbijt met alles wat je maar kan bedenken! dus een fijne start van de dag. Parkeergelegenheid voor handen mét oplaadmogelijkheid. Centrum en bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand, echter er stopt ook een bus of tram voor het hotel! Zeker een aanrader.

Eigenlijk alles oké, wellicht een klein puntje was de druk (hoeveelheid toevoer) op de douche. Wel voldoende, maar mocht iets meer zijn. Wellicht had dit te maken met het tijdsstip in de ochtend. Maar hé, de rest was echt top!

Schwierige Verkehrsführung zum Parkhaus aufgrund der zahlreichen Einbahnstraßen. Suspektes Viertel insbesondere am Abend mit zahlreichen Warnschildern vor Diebstählen/Kriminalität.

This hotel has the potential to be an excellent place to stay. It is beautiful, very clean, and has a unique design that could make for a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, we had two very disappointing experiences that I feel should be mentioned. During our cycling trip to Brussels, we discovered that our reservation, which had been made more than two months in advance, had been cancelled. Since we were travelling by bicycle, every part of our three-week journey had been carefully planned, and all our hotels had been booked well in advance. Our reservation was supposed to be paid at the hotel, not in advance. However, it appears that an attempt was made to charge our credit card before our arrival. Because the card did not have sufficient funds, our reservation was cancelled. I am not sure whether this was an issue with the hotel or Booking.com, but it was a very unpleasant surprise. We tried to contact both the hotel and Booking.com while we were on the train, but we couldn't resolve the issue. When we finally arrived at the hotel, we had no choice but to make a new reservation through Booking.com at a higher price. Ironically, the payment for the new reservation was accepted immediately. Even now, it is still unclear why our original booking was cancelled. The hotel staff told us that the issue was beyond their control. Our second disappointment was related to our luggage. We arrived before check-in, so the hotel kindly stored our bags until 3:00 p.m. As bicycle travellers, our luggage included our cycling helmets. The receptionist took our bags and gave us a claim ticket. However, when we returned, our bags were lying on the floor underneath other guests' luggage instead of being stored properly. After leaving the hotel and cycling quite a long distance, I discovered that my cycling helmet had been damaged and the helmet visor was missing. I now have to replace my helmet. The way our belongings were handled was simply not acceptable.

Loved the rooms, different from the normal white walled rooms. This one had multiple splashes of colour. It was such a fun room. Also came with a speaker, although wish it was abit louder

Nous avons essayé la chambre familiale avec 4 grands lits, tout à fait confortable et adaptée. La chambre était bien décorée. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et l'accueil également.

Ottima posizione accanto all'Orto Botanico, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Bruxelles Nord, dalla quale è facilmente raggiungibile qualunque meta. Ad esempio si arriva ad Anversa o Gand in circa mezz'ora, all'aeroporto in circa 15 minuti. Purtroppo la stazione di sera è mal frequentata, bisogna prestare molta attenzione. A meno di 200 mt c'è anche la fermata metro. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata di circa mezz'ora. L'arredamento dell'albergo è originale e molto curato. Ci è stato offerto un drink al bar dell'albergo, il personale è gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo particolarmente gradito la cartolina e il cioccolato di benvenuto, la playlist ninna-nanna da ascoltare tramite cellulare con qr code, la possibilità di un drink offerto in caso di rinuncia alla pulizia giornaliera, il caffè e le tisane. Di fronte all'ingresso c'è un Carrefour dove si può fare la spesa da conservare in frigo in camera.

L'unico aspetto negativo è l'impossibilità di aprire le finestre, quindi l'aria condizionata H24. Ad ogni modo, abbiamo risolto tenendo la temperatura al massimo consentito e la ventola al minimo.

Tutto fantastico, dallo Staff alla struttura. Nota di merito che per ogni volta che non fai pulire la stanza ti lasciano una consumazioe a persona per il bar dell'hotel da utilizzare in giornata. Camere pulite ed accoglienti con un stile particolare.

La posizione non è super comoda ma neanche così scomoda. Per la metro/tram sono 10/12 minuti a piedi che però possono passare in fretta attraversando un bel giardino botanico.

One of the room air conditioners' switches is broken.

Location is great, just a 5-minute walk from Botanique metro station. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and the hotel has modern, attractive architecture.

Le petit déjeuner, le restaurant de l’hôtel.

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet établissement et avons dû changer de chambre à trois reprises en raison d’un problème de climatisation qui n’a jamais été réellement résolu. Nous avons finalement passé notre séjour dans une chambre insuffisamment climatisée, avec des ventilateurs pour rendre les nuits supportables. Le plus regrettable reste toutefois la façon dont notre réclamation a été traitée après notre départ. L’hôtel affirme que nous aurions « décliné » une proposition de relogement. Une présentation assez arrangeante de la situation : la chambre proposée était elle-même chaude, la climatisation en partie bloquée par du mobilier (donc rafraîchissait à peine la chambre) et surtout, il nous avait été indiqué que nous ne pouvions pas y rester pour toute la durée du séjour puisqu’elle était réservée une autre nuit. Après trois changements de chambre, nous avons donc refusé un changement supplémentaire qui ne réglait pas réellement le problème. Malgré cela, aucun remboursement partiel n’a été accepté. À la place, l’hôtel nous propose une nuit gratuite lors d’un prochain séjour: une proposition assez peu pertinente puisque nous n’avons évidemment aucune raison d’y retourner après cette expérience. Nous ne nous sommes par ailleurs pas senties particulièrement en sécurité dans le quartier, notamment en raison de personnes consommant des substances devant l’hôtel. Un problème technique peut arriver dans un établissement. Ce qui compte, c’est la façon dont il est pris en charge et la manière dont l’hôtel assume ensuite ses responsabilités…

I liked the design of the room and the concept art of the hotel. We were a group of friends and we had connecting rooms which was amazing.

The bathroom was not so clean. But the main drawback was the location, even if it was close to the botanical garden, metro and tram, the neighborhood is unsafe. We prefered to take the uber from the city center to the hotel to avoid incidents.

air-conditioning can be improved with proper ventilation. The rooms need to be ventilated more especially with climate control settings.

L'habitació era molt àmplia i els llits immensos!!! El personal de l'hotel ha estat molt amable en tot moment. La ubicació és adequada, ubicat a 15-20 minuts del centre i amb una estació de tren i de metro molt properes. La zona es veu tranquila i molt propera a la zona comercial i de finances.

Just al voltant de l'hotel no hi ha cafeteries ni restaurants, i has de caminar una mica per poder trobar algun lloc on esmorzar o sopar. El fet que l'hotel estigui al costat d'una via amplia on circula el tranvia, fa que a la nit es senti una mica, però el soroll no arriba a molestar.

Enjoyed our stay! It was very close to a venue which was the reason for my visit.

The ACs were toooooo hot. We struggled during our stay at this summer’s heatwave. The hotel offered to clean the AC filters and fans which helped and was appreciated - the rooms were still hot though.

La camera era veramente molto ampia, il letto gigantesco e comodo così come il bagno. Altra cosa utile l’asse da stiro con ferro. Nell’insieme l’hotel è accogliente, anche la zona colazione aveva grandi spazi tanto che al suo interno c’era un’auto adibito a punto self service di Waffle. La colazione offre di tutto e anche scelte dolci io mi sono trovata bene. Il parcheggio sotto l’hotel è molto comodo. C’è la fermata della metropolitana a due passi dall’hotel.

El cafe de la habitacion...muy bueno.

Nadie nos aviso de que la calle lateral del hotel era zona azul y por mas que busque no habia señalizacion vertical o en el pavimento. Se llevo el coche la grua ...y horror..nos informaron mal y nos mandaron a una comisaria que estaba cerrada... Cuanfo encontramos otra abierta eran las 21.00h...mas de una hora nos tubo el policia con su ordensdor fuera de servicio...luego este policia nos mando a un deposito de vehiculos a varios km...nos aseguro 24h abierto...pero NO, estaba cerrado...en fin un desproposito ...por falta de pequeños detalles con el viajero...

J'aime bien par tous.La réceptionniste était très aimable et accueillante, et elle a tout expliqué clairement. À côté de métro , tramways et bus . Épicerie tout près. C'est très bon Idéal pour les coupons de réduction sur les boissons au bar. La bière pression est excellente.Je recommande cet hôtel et j'y retournerai sans hésiter. Si je voyage à l'étranger, je privilégierai les hôtels de la chaîne NHOW.

Il n'y a pas assez de place pour suspendre les vêtements.

La chambre et le lit étaient bien. Le prix du parking pour le séjour très correct. Les bonus pour conserver les serviettes.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel était à la limite de la zone intéressante. La salle de bain n'était pas à la hauteur : pression d'eau faible, odeur de canalisations, porte papier bancal, eau qui coule de la douche toute seule au milieu de la nuit.

The vibe was great, and the breakfast was delicious, with a huge selection. The fitness center was quite well equipped.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy, and the water pressure was too low. Overall, the quality didn’t quite reach the standard I’ve experienced at other nhow hotels, such as those in Amsterdam and Milan.

Struttura ben posizionata a circa 1km dal centro, camera pulita e molto spaziosa, palestra all’ottavo piano con vista su Bruxelles e colazione toooppp.

The hotel is clean, and the rooms are very clean. The location of the hotel is not bad it's not really in the center area but if you take the tram it's not far. The train station is very close to the hotel. The hotel design and the room interior design is actually interesting. It is a small supermarket one minute from the hotel which is good for getting some water and basic stuff.

The hotel is expensive. It is usually used by the airlines staff and some tourist groups. In my booking I wanted a twin bed and when I got to the hotel they said oh it's not available. I tried to explain to them that this is not my mistake but they wouldn't cooperate to resolve this issue. Value for money is not great at all with this location.

Everything was great. Room has great view on town. There was personal welcome post with handwriting. Design of hotel is unique and we very like it

Douche had weinig waterdruk en ging van koud naar warm. Douchen in een badkuip vind ik niet bij dit hotel passen. Ook jammer dat men niet aan mijn verzoek tot 2 aparte bedden kon voldoen

Schönes, außergewöhnlich designtes Hotel, freundliche Personal, gute Lage, tolles Frühstück. Klare Empfehlung!

The staff gave the same key card to two different guests, so I was shocked when an unknown man unlocked and came into the room out of the blue! He was equally shocked. We went to the reception desk and he was given another room but then my key card was deactivated in the process and I only found out when I tried re-entering the room where my belongings had been unpacked just 15 earlier. I had to go back to the reception desk to re activate my access. Maybe it was bad luck, but in any case there was no apology or attempt at compensation for this unpleasant experience.

Camere mari, paturi confortabile. Curat, cafea la dispozitiie, personal amabil. Foarte aproape de parc, de statie transport public si de magazin.

L'hotel è molto bello e curato nei minimi dettagli. Le stanze sono spaziose, accoglienti, comode e dotate di tutto il necessario. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. La posizione non è centralissima ma con una passeggiata di 20 minuti si raggiunge comodamente il centro e vicino si trovano una fermata della metro e una del tram.

Ik verblijf hier al jaren wanneer ik in Brussel moet werken. Hotel is een aanrader en de omgeving is erg gezellig, wat mij betreft één van de leukste plekken van Brussel. Inchecken en uitchecken gaat altijd super snel en de (bad) kamer is wat je van een sterren hotel mag verwachten. Kamer aan de koningstraat is altijd wel wat gehorig maar dat mag de pret niet drukken.
