Sehr netter Zwischenstopp zwischen zwei langen Autobahnen Etappen. Hier konnte man richtig auftanken und sich verwöhnen lassen.

( non i soliti mignon congelati orrendi che ormai ti propinano in ogni hotel) Io avevo una camera senza colazione ma volentieri ho pagato 13,5€ per la mia colazione A mio parere meglio poche cose ma di qualità che i mega buffet di prodotti congelati e scadenti - La posizione centrale ma tranquilla, avevamo una camera con affaccio interno - Personale gentilissimo - Arredamento magnifico e curato delle sale comuni
Non hanno l’ascensore ma questo è molto comune in Francia negli hotel e chambre d’hotes, basta saperlo Fanno eccezione solo le catene internazionali che sono al contrario asettici a mio parere.

This Hotel offered me the best moments I could live in France. All the staff and the hospitality make the Hotel a precious jewel. The breakfast is the best I ‘ve had in all my travels in France. I recommend to take a time in Tours and staying at L’Adresse.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Restaurants, Cafés und Pubs in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir empfehlen wärmstens diese Unterkunft und kommen gerne wieder.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026We usually stay at the Hilton but a good friend recommended Hotel l'Addrese. Wow! It's an absolute gem. The most comfortable beds ever. Right in the centre of town. Silent in the rooms due to double glazing. Breakfast perfect. Hosts amazing. This is our No1 from now. Love it !!

L'emplacement ne pouvait pas être mieux, à quelques pas de la place Plumereau et ses restos. La chambre est cosy, propre. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la clim et la literie très confortable. Nous reviendrons pour apprécier les soirées dans le vieux Tours!

La chambre où nous étions au premier étage gagnerait à subir un léger rafraîchissement (peinture) même si elle reste propre et au calme.
Si vous voyagez pendant une canicule, attention au réglage de la clim la nuit pour éviter les mauvaises surprises au lever (dos bloqué), sinon rien à signaler !

À la suggestion des hôtes, nous avons stationné la voiture dans le stationnement des Halles. Tout est très propre et décoré avec goût. Le petit-déjeuner a été copieux, avec des produits de qualité et de super bons croissants. Les hôtes sont gentils et très accueillants.

Ok, it was a 3rd floor room and there was no lift, but I needed the exercise. It was 5 mins walk from a public underground car park.

Wow, I don't think I've ever dealt with staff this rude. I messaged them on bookings on January 15th to tell them I was coming with my bike for the Ironman in Tours. I never got a response from them and just assumed it was going to be fine as I've traveled a lot with my bike and never had any issues. When i arrived the lady at reception wasnt mega happy about the bike but I reassured her I didn't need it in my room as I would leave it at the Ironman over night. They closed the reception from 11am until 3pm for some reason which meant I had to come back with my bike to grab my bagpack to drop it all off at the Ironman. When I returned there was a very angry man at reception telling me I cant have the bike here. I explained my situation and told him if they're so against bikes, they should have firstly responded to my message and secondly, have it on their website. I then dropped my bike over night but felt very unwelcome. The next day I asked if I could leave my bike overnight once I've finished the race but got told that reception closes again at 8pm which I tried to be back for but missed by a couple of minutes so ended up having to take my bike into my room. There was nowhere to store it downstairs as they lock all the doors so left me with no option but to take it to the room. This morning I ended up having an argument with the same rude man again at reception about the fact that I had to take it upstairs due to there being no other options. As soon as an other customer walked in, he pretended to be all nice to me. Firstly, maybe read your bookings.com messages to avoid a situation like this ?!(he claimed he never saw them, even though he messaged me on Friday about my check in time) Secondly, put information like this on your website and on bookings. I would have never booked this hotel otherwise.

There was not a proper shower and bathtub difficult for older people to get out of as it is deep and no handrail, lighting is very poor in bedroom area, and the step down from room into staircase is dangerous when the stair light is off. The bathroom was very nice other than the bath situation.

Reviewed May 25, 2026En nuestro quinto viaje para visitar los Castillos del Loira, elegimos el Hôtel L'Adresse por estar situado en pleno corazón del Vieux Tours, a una calle de la emblematica Plaza Plumereau. Eramos dos parejas, dos habitaciones, seis noches. Reservsnos a traves de Booking.Ha resultado todo un acierto, muy por encima de nuestras expectativas y de los alojamientos de otros viajes. La habitación es sencilla, pero tiene todo lo necesario: baño privado, agua caliente abundante, varias almohadas, wifi y aire acondicionado. El desayuno, magnífico. Probamos el primer día y decidimos desayunar allí todos los días. El matrimonio que lo regenta fue excepcionalmente amable, interesados por nosotros y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Muy recomendable. En nuestro sexto viaje ya sabemos qué hotel elegir.
Aunque para nosotros no fue un inconveniente, el hotel no tiene ascensor.

Unser Deluxe-Zimmer im Dachgeschoss im 3. OG ohne Aufzug war mit Gepäck eine Herausforderung. Separates aber winziges WC. Bad war auch sehr klein. Kaum Abstellfläche. Die Dusche, aus der kaum Wasser kam, war in Badewanne. Das Frühstück war sehr überschaubar, nur ein kleines Buffett.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2026Sijainti erinomainen, isäntäväki todella ystävällinen ja sympaattinen. Oikein hyvä buffet aamiainen. Huone oli pieni, mutta siinä oli kaikki tarvittava mm oma wc ja suihku. Yö oli aivan hiljainen. Vaikka kadulla oli ravintoloita, ei huoneeseen kuulunut mitään ääniä. Viihdyin todella hyvin ja nukuin erinomaisesti.

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel. What made the biggest difference was the personnel, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive.

Chambre très spartiate donnant sur une cours intérieure des plus austères. Éclairage de la chambre insuffisant. Pas de sèche cheveux. Déco inexistante.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026The location of the hotel in the heart of the old town is perfect. Staff are super nice, friendly and helpful. Exactly what you need for a short stay at Tours.
Isolation of the rooms was a bit poor. You can hear your neighbours above and near you when they walk, open the door, flush the toilet,etc...

J'étais déjà venue il y a une quinzaine d'années dans cet établissement, dont le standing a beaucoup baissé. La chambre était ridiculement petite, avec un lit une place coincé dans un coin...et des rideaux qui n'occultaient que très mal la luminosité des lampadaires sur la rue. Nuit très courte donc. Propre, oui, mais c'est le service minimum. Un accueil jusqu'à la fin de l'après-midi uniquement. Et le petit déjeuner, sans grand intérêt. Globalement ce n'était pas à la hauteur de mes souvenirs. A ce prix, c'est très décevant.
