Two good sized bedrooms, good kitchen and nice cosy TV area.

De aankomst was lastig, telefonisch contact liep moeizaam, telefoniste beheerst de Nederlandse taal slecht. Ik dacht dat alles geregeld was via Booking.com maar toen bleek dat de toeristenbelasting nog betaald moest worden (€54,00 voor 5 personen)

Make sure you fully complete the online check-in, I missed the small city tax charge which resulted in a short delay before I got the access codes, but all worked out.

The place was compact and neat and close enough to stores and restaurants and the train station. So it was a convenient location for everything.

We ran out of toilet paper and soap...we were four adults so maybe we used more?

Quiet location. Lots of room. Clean.

I had trouble with the door key. Opening the gate to the premises was difficult. The door to the apartment had to be reset by an employee who by chance was there the moment I arrived. Arriving early is not an option, the door has a clock. Alternative is to pay for early arrival> 25 euro. That I did not find very vriendly.

A great location just outside the city center. Good facilities - everything you need for a comfy stay. The bed was super comfortable - had a very good sleep

Was struggling to open the gate when I went back late in the night. It was pouring outside and somehow the gate wasn't opening with the correct code for 7-10 minutes, then it magically resolved 😅

Nice spacious apartment very close to the city centre and in a quiet off the road location. Accessing the apartment was very easy and it was great to have the extra space to relax in. I have highlighted some negatives below but they really were not that bad and I'd be happy to stay here again when I'm back in Eindhoven.

The apartment was surprisingly warm given the green credentials of the host company and the thermostats seemed to only have a minimum setting of 23'c (could not find a manual to see if this could be overridden). Also, whilst the apartment was clean the cleaners missed the previous guests' towels that were hanging up behind a bedroom door and unfortunately the previous guests had added dirty dishes and cutlery to the dishwasher without switching it on (and presumably the cleaners had not checked). Not a big issue but a little annoying to have to set the dishwasher going before using stuff. Also, the mattresses in these apartments are not the most comfortable and the bottom sheets are bobbly - not so much that you can't get a decent night's sleep but ...

O apartamento é ótimo para 4 pessoas, se for para seis é mais adequado para estadias curtas. É muito agradável e com acesso fácil através de códigos fornecidos. Existem no apartamento algumas cápsulas e chás, o que é muito simpático. Fica a uma caminhada de 20 minutos a pé da Estação Central, onde existem imensos transportes. Ao pé há supermercados e restaurantes. O apartamento corresponde ao que aparece nas fotografias.

Não conseguimos perceber como mudar a temperatura ou desligar o ar condicionado, mas como a estadia foi curta nem sequer pedimos ajuda ao alojamento. Talvez fosse bom terem essa informação no dossier onde existem imensas informações úteis.

De inrichting was super handig en slim. Alles aanwezig. Best compacte ruimte, maar heel slim ingericht. Echt top!

DE STANK!!! Geen idee wat er aan de hand was: mijn dochter dacht dat er wiet gerookt was. Ikzelf had het idee dat iemand net een emmer uien had geschild. NIET TE HARDEN!! We kwam na middernacht aan, dus konden ook niet meer iemand bellen. En moesten vroeg weg voor een afspraak. Bijna heel flesje parfum leeggespoten. Ging niet weg :-(

We were 3 adult women and they prepared only the double beds. There were no bed sheets for the couch, the “decorative” blankets covering the beds were stained. On the French version of the website I was asked to pay 3,5€ of tourist tax/person and no deposit was mentioned. Then I had to pay more for the tourist tax to finalize the reservation. No service at all… Next time I’ll book a hotel…!

The size and amenities were perfect for our group. We felt comfortable and safe. In house temperatures were perfect.

We had asked in advance, and it appeared in the app to be approved, for an early check in. However, when we arrived the hostess would not honor that early check in. We had to walk around the city towing several pieces of luggage. All the while, one member of our party was quite ill so trekking around the city this way was that much more difficult.

The temperature was 18 degrees Celsius and we couldn't raise it even though we tried.

The location is excellent. The flat is comfortable and quiet. It offered excellent space for us as well as a well appointed kitchen and a washing machine.

Better directions including a map and picture of the gate would be helpful. Warmer hot water would be appreciated. One mattress was too soft for comfort.

Location, Well equipped

-Host didn't send the apartment number corecltly. The address is 23, but there are like 7 or 8 apartments, each one with a different letter like 23K, 23L etc. We arrive late with a lot of luggage and had to wait more tan 20 mins outside. Called the number and no answer, then finally reached out using whatsaspp. -WiFi coverage was terrible in the second floor where the "working space" is located. My wife and I needed to work remotely and in separate rooms bc we have a lot of meetings, I noticed on Thursday and let the host know I needed for next Monday. He said someone will call me, but this NEVER happened. Then I wrote again asking for an honest feedback on the issue and NEVER hear from the host again. I value honesty. If you tell me: "I'm sorry but I can't do anything", then I would understand and find a solution myself (as I did), but silence is UNACCEPTABLE -It was dirty (under the fridge door, the couch, the floor on none visible areas)

Excellent apartment, excellent location.

The apartment was as shown in the pictures. There are two separate bedrooms with comfortable beds. Our host was very responsive and answered all my questions in a very short time.

It was not so clean as expected - there was hair on the the stairs and on the beds. In the kitchen there is dishwasher but it’s not usable, because there is no detergent for it.

Well furnished and clean and well supplied kitchen. Beds very comfy. Lots of takeaways close by and parking reasonably easy.

The bathroom was downstairs so in the night had to creep downstairs so as not to wake others.

Clean place that offers all you need at a convenient location!

The apartment was well presented and perfect for our needs while we visited Eindhoven. The apartment could have been an IKEA show home, but that's not said in a bad way - it's fresh, modern, and well presented.

Everything was perfect. The location is great. Everything is very close by. It is also a quiet neighborhood, so we had a nice sleep. We loved the beds. These are the most comfortable beds I have ever seen. Everything was fluffy and clean and smelled amazing. I would definitely come back to this apartment.

It would be nice to have a hairdryer 😀
