Die Größe der Räume war sehr gut. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet.

Die beiden Sofas waren kaputt.

Bij aankomst dinsdag was het appartement nog vies. Het kleed in de woonkamer was nog erg vies en lag half opgerold, veel stof rondom de bedden, het broodrooster was echt super smerig, de vaatwasser was niet uitgepakt en in de badkamer stond de tandenborstelmok nog vol met tandpasta resten. En een vaatdoekje bij de keuken doeken zou ook handig zijn. Toch echt wel onsmakelijk en zonde van zo'n mooi appartement op zo'n mooie locatie.

Kein ruhiges Appartement, sehr laut. Eher für junge Leute die Party machen möchten. In den Betten waren noch Haare und die Küche, Kühlschrank sehr dreckig!!! Probleme beim Einchecken, Personal war nicht vor Ort. Kommunikation nur auf Englisch, war stressig!!! Würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Molt còmode i amb molt bona ubicació

Lage, Einrichtung und Geräumigkeit waren top.

Es war nicht sauber, schon eher sehr schmutzig und extrem hellhörig

Opzet appartement. Licht en ruim.

Zou niet met 6 mensen daar gaan zitten. Daar is de ruimte (met slaapbank) toch te klein voor.

Había de todo y esta super bien ubicado del centro y la parada del bus.

Todo estuvo genial.

Super! Traumhaft schöne Wohnung. Wir waren 5 Freunde und es war sehr viel Platz, die Küche hat alles zur Verfügung. Das Bad war auch groß, Schlafzimmer sehr dunkel, kein Lärm rundum. Wir kommen wieder

Für 5 Personen war reserviert, leider war nur für 3 Personen Schlafzeug und Handtücher vorbereitet. Das Personal war sehr bemüht und hat sich um uns gekümmert- sehr nett!

As soon as we arrived at the apartment in Eindhoven, we were met with an absolutely unacceptable level of cleanliness. The accommodation was filthy. The large rug in the living area was so disgustingly dirty that all of us felt physically sick just looking at it. We had no choice but to roll it up ourselves and remove it from the room completely. It only got worse from there. When we opened the drawers, we found crumbs and what appeared to be mouse droppings. Thick, dark hairs were scattered throughout the apartment — none of which belonged to any of us. It was obvious that the property had not been cleaned properly, if at all, before our arrival. On top of the hygiene issues, the apartment was freezing cold. I contacted the host, and after a wait, he eventually replied to say that he controlled the heating remotely and would increase the temperature. If he did, it made no difference. The place remained absolutely freezing. We spent our entire stay walking around in thick socks, cardigans, and even hats indoors because the cold was unbearable. The communication from the host was extremely poor throughout. I raised a formal complaint with both the host and the company separately, and both have completely ignored me. I made it clear that I expect a full refund due to the distress and discomfort we experienced, yet they have failed to respond to a single message. I have now had to escalate the matter to customer service, simply because I have been ignored for two weeks. I would strongly advise avoiding this property. The hygiene is appalling, the temperature is not fit for guests, the communication is terrible, and when problems arise, they do absolutely nothing to resolve them. In fact, they ignore you entirely — which is disgraceful.

Property was clean, spacious and well looked after. Host responded quickly to any queries and we had a very pleasant stay. It was in a good location, close to the centre but not so close it was noisy.

It’s not much of a problem but the stairs to get to it are quite steep which may cause problems for anyone with mobility problems. It was fine for us though.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and quiet.

Appartamento bello e con tutto il necessario. Sala molto comoda per cenare con gli amici. Si trova parcheggio nelle vicinanze con costi bassi rispetto alla via dove è ubicata la casa. Il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Siamo stati molto bene.

We had an amazing stay at the apartment. It is very comfortable, clean, well equipped and decorated! The location is also perfect. We will be happy to visit it again!

The apartment is super nice and includes everything you might need for your stay (except maybe for the shampoo), but detergent to wash your clothes, for the dishwasher, basic ingredients for cooking, etc. It is also super nice and well located.

Living area was beautiful. Lovely size. Well equipped. Loads of restaurants in walking distance

Bedrooms very small but bed very comfortable

Great apartment to stay in, spacious and clean. No wifi was working unfortunately.

A cozy and very well equipped apartment, situated in a quiet neighborhood, near to the city center.

The inside temperature was way too low. I know that people in Holland live at 18-19 degrees Celcius, but there was no more than 15 degrees during our stay.

Wonderful and very comfortable apartment ! Located in a very quiet place but just 2 minutes walking to the main nightlife area. Cleaning of the room was excellent ! Beds were soooo comfortable ! We got all that we need ! Hosts are always available in case you need additional stuff or simply info. I will book again whenever I'll be back to Eindhoven !

Nothing to complain at all ! I would like just to leave some ideas of improvement to the owner. To make it even better (even if it's already perfect) I would add some mirrors in the bedrooms and a door to the shower cabin. It would also be great if you had a place for guests to leave their bags (in case of early arrival or departure after check out). Lastly, the icing on the cake would have been if there had been some espresso capsules for the coffee machine (this is more for Italians like me maybe :-D)

Easy and fast communication with the owners, in the town's center, in a quiet neighborhood, very nice and bright apartment, well equipped, with convenient parking place, if needed. Near restaurants, supermarket, walking distance to the rail station. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

There was nothing to complain about.
