Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The location was great, very near the main train station and the metro. Easy to get grom/to Airport. Also very close to the most of the attractions, we walked everywhere. The man who greeted me was very nice and explaind EVERYTHING. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The apartment was nice and clean.
It was a little bit noisy at night (but we slept well). The bed could be more comfortable. We were 2 girls and we got just 1 towel each which is little. However, we didn't ask for more towels as we didn't want to be an inconvenience and it isn't that of a big deal, so it's kind of out fault. Also, we were informed that there is a possibility of water being cut down between hours 01 and 6 in the morning and it's important to know if you check out early. We left the apartment at 06.15 and there still wasn't any water.

Отвратительный запах, который не выветривался никак. Все 4 дня стояла вонь не понятно от чего. Очень маленькая комната, мы бронировали номер на троих. По факту в комнате стояла двухспальная кровать и односпальная, больше места ни для чего нет. Не было свободного уголка, чтоб разложить и открыть чемодан, шкаф открытый маленький предназначен только для 1-2 рубашек, нет ни комода ни тумбочек. Ванна и туалет очень маленькие. Окна выходят во двор - стены во дворе грязные на окнах решетки, ощущение что ты в тюрьме. Ощущение, что вокруг какая-то грязь, противно было наступать на голый пол.

The water was turned off during certain hours and in the heat I prefer to have more than one shower. However the water was turned off which was frustrating. Very noisy at night from other guests.

Був неприємний запах в кімнаті 1 день, і погано працював кондиціонер, був включений на 16° але таке відчуття що на 22°, ліжка скрипіли і коли хтось перевертався то дуже сильно було чути, тим самим будив інших.

The big bed and comfortable mattress,however creaked whenever I moved. I think the internet problem needs to be solved, you can't function in 2026 with an internet that moves in slow motion. I don't know if the water problem was just this summer or is permanent and although you might think it's not very important that the water is cut off from midnight to 4 am, for us it was an impediment because we left very early in the morning and of course the water was non-existent…

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026La ubicación era excelente, estaba todo muy limpio y aunque la habitación no era tan grande estaba súper bien para dos personas, tiene el metro línea A a la vuelta de la esquina, lo que facilita mucho moverse a los puntos históricos, además de poder llegar al coliseo en 15 a 20 min a pie
Se cortaba el agua a cierta hora de la noche, considerando que muchas veces se recorre Roma hasta tarde es un punto que deberían avisar con anticipación ya que nos pasó dos veces y dos días que llegamos en la noche la habitación tenía olor a cigarro, se devuelve el olor por el ducto de ventilación. Aún así tiene más ventajas que desventajas

Se si viaggia da soli o in coppia e l'intento è di stare tutto il giorno a girare Roma usando la struttura solo per farsi una doccia e dormire la notte, allora va benissimo. Bottigliette d'acqua gratuite ogni giorno.
Non molto pulita. Letto e servizi un poco vecchi che avrebbero bisogno di maggiore manutenzione. Andrebbero dati un paio di asciugamani in piu così da poter fare il cambio per chi alloggia per più notti.

Airco deed het prima en we kregen ter beschikking flessen met drinkwater van de eigenaar. Kamer was een beetje klein voor 3 personen, maar we vonden het niet per se erg, gezien we de hele dag Rome verkende.😊
Koud water had een lage drum. Laatste nocht, midden in de nacht was er geen water in de toiletreservoir. Mogelijk was het water voor even uitgevallen.

Dos noches no hubo agua. Llegábamos tarde a la pieza y nada de agua. La última mañana nos levantams tipo 5 porque teníamos tren temprano y no pudimos ni lavarnos los dientes. Cero agua. Una verguenza. No puede ser casualidad. Seguro la cortan de noche

Rooms were clean and we were provided water, towels and even candy! The atmosphere inside was quiet and clean. Also the owner was very kind and helpful.
I wish the bathrooms had a mat because it got very slippery. The street at night was a little sketchy. Sometimes the doors were hard to unlock. The Wi-Fi was a bit iffy at times.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026El lugar en si es agradable y te dan las llaves lo que te da mucha autonomía. Es un lugar limpio y cómodo. Yo iba solo a dormir y cumplía su función. El baño estaba bien. Pude caminar a todos lados y la estación de trenes está a 6 cuadras.
Me preocupó que tanto el taxista como un amigo me dijeron que no anduviera muy tarde de la noche y sobre todo que no pasará por una plaza que está muy cerca. No tuve problemas pero tuve cuidado con ello.

Il y a plusieurs points : - Ce n’est pas un hôtel, il n’y a pas de réception. Ça fait beaucoup pensé à un airbnb. - C’est un hall avec 3 chambres côte à côte, mal isolé. - Le lit vraiment pas confortable - La personne souhaitait que l’on paye les taxes de séjours en espèces - Le shampoing et le gel douche ne sont pas comme dans un hôtel dans des contenants mais dans leur packaging original.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Super mega bem localizado, na calçada da estação Vitório Emanuelle e muito perto de termini e do coliseu . Há uma ótima patisseria a frente , cantinas super bem avaliadas na rua e mercados. Oferecem água, chaleira elétrica e ferro de passar.
O funcionário que nos recebeu era muito simpático. Mas o quarto deixa muito a desejar. O ar estava muito fraco, no último dia pedimos um ventilador pois nao havia condições de ficar… insuportável o calor. Elevador para descer as malas estava trancado , em nenhum dia tiraram sequer o lixo e ficamos 5 dias !! Hoje quando saímos não havia água para escovar dentes e tomar banho !!! E saímos mais de 5 horas antes do checkout. O funcionário me perguntou algumas vezes quando foi levar o ventilador que horas sairíamos. Então não sei se desligaram ou se a água acabou. Mas a impressão é que desligaram, pq na descarga havia água.

The host was super friendly and also allowed us to store our luggage after check out. He gave us free water, candies and umbrellas to use. The room was super clean with an attached bathroom.

When we arrived, we were asked to pay an extra €60, even though nothing about this additional fee was mentioned on Booking. The bathroom was extremely small, and we had to use water very carefully because otherwise we would run out of hot water. For these conditions, the price was definitely too high. Very disappointing experience.

Na pocetku su nam rekli da je tu samo cekiranje i da odemo u drugi smestaj. To je bilo ako prodje-prodje. Ja sam rekla da takav smestaj nisam bukirala,tih slika nema na bulingu i onda su nas odveli na tu prvu adresu koja ne i ovde navedena. Kao u redu je sve,ovde ste. Ta je soba mala i skroz ok. Znaci pokusali su pa ako prodje proslo je. Sad za 4 dana nisu nijednom zamenili peskire ,niti ulazili u sobu. Ovo vam je tipa stan,koji je odvojen po sobama,imate mali wc i to je to. Sve se cuje,kad neko pusti vodu bukvalno.

C’est un appartement divisé en chambre … L’isolation est très mauvaise on entend tout les rentrées tardives / le voisin qui se lave les dents / la chasse d’eau…. La lumière du couloir reste allumée tte la nuit / le personnel qui rentre 5h du matin qui fait du bruit dans le couloir Le sèche serviette est tout rouillé …. Bref je ne pensais pas réserver ce logement et encore moins sur un site de pro booking

W łazience niestety unosił się intensywnie zapach grzyba, to w sumie jedyny minus. Mogę dodać jeszcze, że poduszki ciężko nazwać poduszkami bo były bardzo twarde, ale to już kwestia gustu kto na czym woli spać. Reszta jak najbardziej na plus.
