Reviewed Sep 17, 2026Schnell vom Bahnhof zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Kolluseum sind nur 15 min entfernt und es gibt gemütliche Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war so laut das man sie nachts nicht laufen lassen konnte, das Frühstücksbufett war das dürftigste was ich je in einem Urlaub erlebt habe, meiner Meinung nach ist da in jeder Hinsicht Verbesserung notwendig. In der Hotel Beschreibung steht tägliche Reinigung, das einzige was täglich gemacht wurde war das Bett, es wurde kein Müll mit aus dem Zimmer genommen, der Spiegel wurde genau so wie das WC wurden in 5 Tagen nicht einmal gereinigt. Nach dem Bett beziehen wurde sogar einmal der alte Bezug liegen gelassen.

Reviewed Sep 17, 2026The location is excellent, opposite to Santa Maria Maggiore. Few minutes walk to Termini central station. Few minutes walk to Metro. You can also walk to Colosseum and surrounding monuments. Staffs are helpful. Good breakfast.

room was very noisy from street, when my son saw room, he didn't want to stay in,we almost booked other hotel, breakfast we went just once,had one croissant as rest we didn't like, even breakfast were included, we rather ate out breakfast. very slow elevator and only for 2 people

The rooms were a bit tired and the beds not the most comfortable, but for the price it wasn't bad.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Todo estuvo bien, el personal muy amable. Me dejaron dejar las valijas antes y después del check in/out y siempre estuvieron atentos a ofrecerme café, agua, etc. El desayuno es bueno. La ubicación también muy comoda, a 2 cuadras de Termini.
Lo unico es que me pareció caro, pero todos los hospedaje de Roma son absurdamente caros.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Klimatyzacja, spory metraż pokoju. Czysto. Blisko dworca Termini oraz stacji metra. Znakomity punkt wypadowy. Po skończonej dobie hotelowej można zostawić walizki do czasu odjazdu.
Brak bocznych świateł w pokoju, wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience, chociażby szklanek czy kubkòw. Nie mówiąc o wodzie czy czajniku..

Reviewed Sep 9, 2026Το ξενοδοχείο που μείναμε ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή που θα μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε. Στα 6 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το σταθμό ή μια στάση με το μετρό που βρίσκεται στο ιδιο δρόμο του ξενοδοχείου πολύ κοντά.Βολικό για από και προς αεροδρόμιο και άλλες πόλεις ,όπως η φλωρεντια 1.5 ωρα με το τρενο express.Τα σημαντικότερα αξιοθέατα προσβάσιμα με εύκολο περπάτημα στα 15 με 20 λεπτά ή με το μετρό πολύ εύκολα. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή με σούπερ εμπορικό ,καφέ ,εστιατόρια ,φαρμακεία και ολα τα απαραίτητα. Μας έβαλαν κ ευχαριστούμε ιδιαίτερα, σε δωματιο με μπαλκόνι κ ωραια θέα την εκκλησία Santa Maria Maggore.Το δωματιο ευρύχωρο ,καθαρό με όλες τις παροχές κ καθημερινή καθαριότητα και αλλαγή πετσετών και σεντονιών.Το πρωινό ικανοποιητικό με ολα τα απαραίτητα.Μας κράτησαν αποσκευές πριν το check in και μετα το check out .Η καθημερινή προσφορά νερού σε μπουκαλάκι μολις επιστρέφαμε μας ευχαριστούσε ιδιαίτερα. Αυτό όμως που μας κέρδισε απίστευτα ηταν το προσωπικό που με ευγενεια κ χαμόγελο ήταν καθημερινά δίπλα μας σε ότι χρειαζόμασταν όλο το 24 ωρο .Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα για διαμονή στη Ρώμη Ευχαριστούμε κ πάλι για όλα !

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026L'hotel si trova in un palazzo di prestigio molto vicino alla stazione Termini e lo staff è sempre molto disponibile e propositivo nel mettersi a disposizione dei clienti.
La mia camera singola era molto piccola (facevo fatica a sedermi alla scrivania) ed il bagno oltre ad essere senza bidet aveva una doccia in un angolo con una piattaforma in legno a dir poco fatiscente (vedi foto). La colazione sembra quella degli hotel romagnoli degli anni '80 (fette di formaggio e di prosciutto, un tipo di cereali, marmellate in piccole confezioni,...), gestita da persone che non si relazionano con gli ospiti dell'hotel.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Unfortunately very dated we had two rooms my room was small but ok my son's room was also small but his shower / bathroom was awful he showered in my room . We were on the third floor unfortunately the lift was broken. The first morning I went to the breakfast room only to realise it was a total waste of time I would not touch or eat a thing off the so called buffet. Overhaul never again needs ripping out and a updating

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Breakfast is served on the 2nd floor, which is pleasant and convenient for morning setting to start the day. the standout feature is easily the staff- they're attentive, warm and provide excellent service. However, the food itself could use some improvement. The selection is identical every single day which becomes monotonous after a while.
Hotel is centrally located within easy walking distance to Roma termini, dining, shops and Basillicas. Getting around without a car was seamless. Front dest staff were prompt, welcoming and handled early check-in without a hassle even though i arrived early. Wifi was great, sufficient for basic browsing.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Keďže išlo o hotel, určite by sa našli drobnosti, ktoré by sa dali zlepšiť, napríklad pestrejší výber na raňajkách. Nešlo však o nič, čo by nám pokazilo pobyt. Veľmi milý a ochotný personál, ktorý bol vždy nápomocný. Ubytovanie bolo čisté a v poriadku a veľmi sa nám páčila aj lokalita. Celkovo sme boli spokojní a pobyt sme si užili.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue, sin duda, la atención del personal. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar y fueron muy cordiales y atentos durante toda la estadía. Como hacía mucho calor, incluso nos ofrecían botellas de agua para mantenernos hidratados, un detalle que valoramos muchísimo. También nos guardaron los bolsos cuando llegamos antes del horario de check-in, lo que fue muy práctico. La habitación estaba bien, era cómoda y contaba con un escritorio, algo muy útil si necesitás trabajar durante el viaje. Hay que tener en cuenta que se trata de un hotel antiguo, por lo que las instalaciones tienen ese estilo y algunas cosas se notan un poco antiguas. Como detalle positivo, nos calentaban agua para el mate sin ningún coste adicional y se esforzaron en hablar en español. En general, destacaría especialmente la amabilidad y predisposición del personal, que realmente hicieron que la estancia fuera agradable.
El punto más flojo fue el desayuno. Si bien tiene varias opciones, en comparación con otros alojamientos en los que estuvimos durante nuestro viaje por Italia, fue el que menos nos gustó. La calidad de los productos podría mejorar bastante.

La habitacion entrarn a ordenarla a diario, hacen las camas y cambian las toallas. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, por lo que no pasamos calor. Tambien me atendieron para hacer el check-in casi a las 2 de la mañana que llegamos ya que el vuelo aterrizaba a la 1 y pico de la madrugada.
Por decir algo... Las habitaciones estaban un poco anticuadas y es verdad que hace que se vea peor. Pero no afecta a la comodidad.

The staff was VERY welcoming, accommodating and friendly. They gave us water multiple times. The a/c in the room was ICE COLD. It was hands down the best a/c out of any hotels we have stayed in throughout Europe. The room was very clean and comfortable. Having an elevator was a great perk as well!

Немного скудноватый завтрак,можно добавить разнообразия. Вместо пакетиков с мылом и шампунем можно уже установить дозатор с гелем для душа и жидким мылом.

Sin duda lo mejor el personal, la atención, recomendaciones sobre lugares que visitar, restaurantes, su amabilidad son dignas de resaltar. Destacar a Simone, el trato fue exquisito, pendiente en todo momento de sus huéspedes, con gran profesionalidad. Lo recomiendo cien por cien. la amplitud y servicios de la habitación muy buenos y la limpieza también.
Estuvo todo perfecto, pero quizá algo más de variedad en el desayuno.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026The location was very convenient, situated close to buses, trains, supermarkets, and restaurants. It provided easy access to major attractions, such as the Colosseum, St. Peter's Basilica, the museum, and the Trevi Fountain. The staff was very attentive, greeting me warmly every time I entered or left the premises and usually offering a bottle of water or a cup of coffee. They always responded quickly to any room requests. Additionally, breakfast was included.

Lime e-scooters and bikes, along with other transport options, are readily available nearby, making it easy to reach almost any part of the city within a 12–15 minute ride. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, which is invaluable during the Roman summer. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially Fabrizio, Roberto, and Simone, who welcomed us with genuine Italian hospitality and were always happy to help with anything we needed. The property was spotless, and the breakfast offered everything needed to fuel the day before wandering through the timeless streets of Rome.
