The location is excellent
Fixtures and fittings not up to the pricing.
The view and the restaurant! 😇
Spa could have been better! But I'm sure they'll improve upon it.
Good location
Bath room is poor. No shower fence. Breakfast valuation is poor.
Personál velmi vstřícný a ochotný.
Everything. Thanks to Ms. Neelam from reception, Mr. Amit at the dubkee café, Ms. Shakshi from the wellness. Also, would like to thank the hotel security who helped us in the last min with transportation to the airport during the bad weather. All the staff who helped with luggage and all their assistance and great hospitality.
We reached very late at night to checkin, still staffs were awake to welcome us. View from the hotel is so beautiful that you will not feel yo come back. Very clean and calm atmosphere.
The staff and food is very good. One side of the property is on a busy road which is dusty and noisy, but the other side is an extremely peaceful riverfront walking path. The contrast between them is remarkable. The location is slightly far from the core areas (Parmarth Niketan, Ram Jhula, Laxman Jhula) but not too far. The riverfront peace makes up for it. This place is good for a peaceful stay in a family-oriented kind of property. Tapovan type areas are more for the hippie vibe. Both have their place.
The staff was extremely cooperative. I was travelling with my mother and they were sensitive to the needs of an elderly guest..
Peaceful & Adjacent to GangaJi

The spa manager scolded a spa staff infront of me and said he will cut 1000 rs from her salary.i feel employee should be reprimanded in private space not in front of client

Excellent stay and facilities the night staff was very very good
Fijne rustige plek!
Beetje ver van alles af.
Food was decent.
The rooms given to us were not at all as per what we had seen and booked. We had booked "premium rooms" with Ganga view. Upon entering we realized one side of the room opened into a tin shed roof (picture attached) and had no view, with curtains having to be kept close for privacy. The other side had a common corridor with public bypassing which again meant public footfall and yet again had to remain closed (picture attached with strangers in photo). The ghat where the hotel did their Ganga Aarti was absolutely filthy - covered in doog poop, trash, cigarette stubs, empty matchboxes etc - and shamelessly no one wanted to take any responsibility to at least clean the area around where prayers were being offered. When he escorted us to the room, the bell boy switched the Ac on to 31°C, and left without explaining anything. We stumbled around and had to repeatedly call them to figure out basics. We paid a steep amount (approx upto ₹12k per night) for 2 nights expecting premium view, facilities and service - a price which not only did not reflect in what we received (see pic of room attached), but was clearly a HUGELY inflated price which we realized upon arriving at the property. When questioned about it, some vague explanation was provided to us which did not make much sense. Upon asking for extra water, we were told they supply only two waters and would charge us for more. The most ridiculous thing is the pictures shown of the property on the booking platform shows a swimming pool, which turned out to be of another sister property and not of this one, which to us seemed utterly misleading. This one was a mid level property with misleading information and prices that charged us high level property rates. We cut short out trip within the first day and returned home. Thankfully booking.com helped out with the refund for the second day's stay understanding our situation.
The room was bit suffocating
The room
Proximity to river. A young waiter took great care to understand my daughters dietary needs as she is a coeliac and she remained well during our stay.
Bathroom could do with an update...all very tired looking. Was clean but grouting very stained so difficult to tell.
The location of property is good
Rooms are not good and facilities are not up to mark
The location was beautiful, opening up to a lovely promenade that took you to lovely ghats and to Triveni Ghat. The Hotel was away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower needed attention and having a bucket bath, though nostalgic gets tiresome after a few days. There was no Safe in my room. The Hotel also doesn't accept international card payments, though it accepted the reservation on an international card. The plunge pool was drained and empty.
The restaurant staff was very welcoming, accommodating, friendly and polite
Staff were fantastic and facilities were good. Nice and quiet.
Breakfast was ordinary
Location was good Jyothi the massage therapist was good!
Room on 1st floor no privacy, close to patio was noisy and we had to close the curtains all the time which defeated the purpose of a room with a view of the Ganges!
On the banks of Ganga
Location , Breakfast
Not much
The bathroom The shower is a little shower head next to the toilet, they give you a bucket to bath
Fabulous staff, so friendly and accommodating. Room overlooking the Ganges. Had the most amazing wellness treatment lasting 2.5 hours. Would highly recommend 👌
View
Lack of facilities. Small range of breakfast and bean coffee was not included in breakfast and was chargeable
Spacious rooms, clean, fantastic views of the Ganga and good quality food.
Beakfast was ok. Chai was excellent. Service is good.
The bathroom is not separate.
Location
The staffs were wonderful and helpful as specially with our special needs son. The location was good. The views were great from our room. The river and the greenery was breathtaking. Worth the money.
I liked the staff who were friendly and very helpful. The view to the Ganga river was a highlight. Yoga was included in the stay.
The property is in a state of disrepair. It smells and feels old. The breakfast is a total flop and what is served is poorly made and has zero flavour. The best was fresh papaya and watermelon. The espresso and cappuccino was sold at an additional charge. Yoga was included in the stay however the teacher arrived late and one hour turned into 40 minutes tops. Furthermore, the walls are paper thin and I could hear my neighbour breathe next door. Also, the room was dirty with black hair in the bathroom and on the bed. The location is terrible as tuk tuk drivers have a hard time finding it and it's long way from Tapovan if that's what you intend to explore. I do not understand why the reviews are so good as that's the only reason I booked it. I felt like I stayed in the hotel of the Shining. It was old, empty and cold.
The hospitality is exceptional, spl mention to reception staff, Anoop and Sumi, for their services. They help to arrange all activites and travel locally. The location, facilities, cleanliness and food are all very good in this hotel. Staff are very polite and helpful.
Location, Supportive Staff, Cleanliness
A bit noisy
Everything!
All good
The yoga teacher, Nilam is fantastic , spiritual and gentle. All the staff is amazing and caring. The restaurant can provide sattvic meals on demand. The facilities used to be am Hashram and it still keeps the nostalgic atmosphere. It is an enchanting piece of Heritage and it lays on the bank of Ganga. In summer you can even see elephants from the other side of the Ganga coming down from the jungle to refresh themselves along the river. I will defenitely come back!
Everything ok
Comfortable stay. Humble and helpful staff
Everything was nice
Stay with Neeraj NatureCare was Excellent, Good Location with Ganga River view, Polite staff, Clean room, Good food. I enjoyed my stay for 2 days. I recommend this property to my friends and relatives, if they visit Rishikesh
Yoga session was great Food was decent Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Very clean and nice location
Location is fantastic. Food is extraordinary. The Spa is superb.
Nothing in particular.
Good
Location and staff behaviour is very good
The food at the hotel was superb. The location is also very good. The staff is very polite and a very clean place to stay.
The staff was very friendly and kind The view over the Ganga is lovely
A perfect place, friendly staff; yoga lessons....
A room with a window facing the Ganga would have been a bonus.
Very comfortable hotel with great views on the Ganga river Welcoming staff Possibility to book massages at the hotel and to participate in a private Ganga Aarti ceremony
Pay attention to the terrace as it may be slippery
Very silent and calm surrounding.
Beautiful views, lovely room and staff. Quite a walk to the main ghat and the bridges but nice along the Ganges river. I would stay there again. Very comfortable beds and facilities.
The yoga classes were not always on time and one morning the teacher didn't show up.
Big room with view of Ganga river
A bit pricey even without bfast and dinner
Prachtige locatie aan de Ganges. Mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer. Mooi terras met uitzicht bij rooftop hotel. Grote schone kamer, heerlijke douche.
Niets
El personal y las vistas al ganges
The property was perfectly situated along the Ganges. They had a restaurant at the hotel, spa and yoga. The concierge were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests; arranging a aarti for us; and going through the process with us until we were comfortable at the location. Staff were great and patient.
Restaurant cleanliness was not the best.
On the Ganges. Location
Bathroom were outdated
Nice property. Ambiance was very soothing. Staff behaviour was excellent
The property is right on Ganga and there is nicely developed walking track along Ma Ganga
Location was great, got a paid upgrade to the Ganga river front room, very clean and good clean healthy food. Great service, super value for money. Staff very courteous. A special thanks to Shobhit Joshi at reception for clearly understanding our requirements and helping us out. Breakfast was good and had many options, including Jain options -

Excellent hotel, staff very attentive, rooms are clean and big, the restaurant is amazing. Walkable to the city centre along beautiful Ganges walkway.
Can be noisy in the room at night and in the (early) morning from other guests and people passing by.
The view was very calming and the staff was very polite, warm and helpful.
The pictures on the website are not true, bathrooms need partition in bathing area and improve the taste of food.
Excellent Location, next to Ganga Ghat. Staff were really great. Food was delicious. Overall this is the best experience we had in recent times. Keep it up guys 👍
Nothing
We stayed only 1 night, the staff were really helpful and attentive, the restaurant also provided great food and the view to the river were super great.
It was a bit price, for what we got I think, the restaurant was just above us, so it was noisy at times, the hot water finished quite quickly.
breakfast is excellent but should have more better choice
super excellent reception Mrs. Gupta dealing with client
The property is just beside River Ganges. It was very peaceful. You can have wonderful walk just beside Ganges. Experience has left us with wonderful and soothing experience. Triveni ghat is nearby and there was another ghat too where you can bath freely as there is not much crowd and water is also clean. Staff are also very cordial and helpful.
Little far from Tapovan where action happens like enrolling yourself for adventure sports or visiting ashrams. But this property is more about peaceful stay.
Excellent property with the peaceful view of Ganga river.
Approch to level 1 can be improved by adding two stairs
We spent one night here and the hotel staff were absolutely fantastic. We asked many questions ahead of arrival and was given lots of recommendations for things to do. They helped us arrange a taxi transfer to the airport and to take us out for the day. The staff in the restaurant were very helpful with my friend who has food allergies.
Since I was on a family trip, I had booked their family room located on first floor. Room was very spacious and also had two full bathrooms and two king size beds. Checkin and checkout were quick and staff was friendly and supportive. Breakfast was okay and only negative part was that we had requested them to include some (at least one) and fast item since we were travelling during Navratri and although staff promised us, next day there were no such arrangements made. Property is located on the banks of River Ganga so there is easy option to take bath towel from the room to take a holy dip in Ganges. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience.
It was a wonderful stay at The Neeraj Naturecure on Ganga. Very child friendly. You can see pretty view of ganga river as you step out of your room. The staff is friendly and eager to help. The food was also delicious and light. I had a very comfortable stay with my friends.
Excellent location, good food, fine service - overall we had a great stay.
Simple bathroom improvement - add a partition between bathing and toilet/sink, current open setup gets too messy.
Breakfast was resonably good
