Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Kahvaltı yok. Temizlik çok zayıf. 419 nolu odaya aşağıdaki restoranın bütün kokusu geliyordu. Banyo dışındaki anahtarın fanı da çalıştırdığını geç farkettik halbuki bilgi verilmeliydi. Oda da havlu peçete yoktu. Her gün istemeniz ve bir adet alma halkınız var bunu beğenmedim. Tuvelet kapıdını bile her gün istemeniz hoş değildi. Sadece Kabe’ye yakın olması avantajdı. Onun dışında tavsiye edermisin derseniz etmem.
Odada sürekli restoran kokusunu sevmedim. Klima eskiydi çok gürültülü çalışıyordu. Girdiğimize klimanın soğutmadığın farkedecince odamızı değiştirmek istedik otel yanaşmadı. Gaz basarak kullanmaya çalıştık. Herhalde bu kokulu odayı bize kitlemeye çalıştılar. Hergün bir şey istemek hiç hoşuma gitmedi. En basit tuvalet kâğıdı istiyorsunuz hangi odadasın nerde kalıyorsun bir sürü soru yani sanki vermek istemiyorlar. İnternet var ama çekmiyor

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The Bangladeshi receptionist was good. The room was perfect for us two. And it takes 10 minutes to go to haram.
There was no light in the toilet. We called to reception , an arabic received the call and said to send someone to repair. But repair service never shown. That’s why we changed the hotel just after one day.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Location is not good not bad but if you take taxi then it is perfect just 3min drive and 10mim walk. Due to motion hight it takes some effort to walk back. But recommend for younger ones.
They don’t change bedding everyday. They need to ask staff to respond quickly and keep clean .

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026**Bewertung (Deutsch):** Leider war mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, extrem klein und roch unangenehm. Die Klimaanlage war defekt und tropfte ständig Wasser direkt auf das Bett, sodass ein erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Der Kühlschrank war schmutzig und der Kleiderschrank war beschädigt. Außerdem fehlten im Schrank Regalböden, sodass man seine Kleidung kaum ordentlich verstauen konnte. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war unzureichend. Es gab weder ausreichend Shampoo noch Trinkwasser oder Seife. Für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt fehlten viele grundlegende Dinge. Auch das Personal war leider nicht freundlich und wirkte wenig hilfsbereit. Insgesamt entsprach das Zimmer nicht meinen Erwartungen. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen.
