We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Overall, it was a good experience and room is clean and nice. The location is good, close to the city center which made getting around very easy.

I had a very pleasant stay at Haven Hut Hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the facilities were well-kept, and everything was managed with care. What really stood out was the service at the front desk. The receptionist, Han Ny, was incredibly helpful throughout my stay — from the smooth check-in to patiently assisting me with all my questions. She was attentive, professional, and always had a warm smile, which made me feel truly taken care of. Great service like this makes a big difference, and thanks to Han Ny, my experience at Haven Hut Hotel was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

La camera non era ben pulita, il bagno odorava di fogna, lo staff molto freddo e poco accogliente.

Nice and spacious rooms. Would be nice if there was a screen of some sort between the toilet and the shower.

Prices of extra services are not listed correctly in the rooms (was charged 50 percent above stated price), which is not very customer friendly.

Mi estancia en este hotel de Ho Chi Minh fue perfecta. Desde el primer momento me sentí como en casa: todo impecablemente limpio y cuidado al detalle cada día. La cama, sin duda, la más cómoda que he encontrado en todo Vietnam, ideal para descansar después de recorrer la ciudad. El personal se esfuerza en que no falte nada y en que cada pequeño detalle esté pensado para tu comodidad. Sin duda, lo recomiendo y repetiría sin pensarlo.

Clean, modern, great location, attentive staff. Vivienne on the reception desk was great, gave me some really good recommendations and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible! I was upgraded for free! Would recommend this hotel!

Hotel bien situé acces à pieds à pleins d'endroits de la ville. Vraiment pratique même avec deux ados ça s'est super bien passé. Pour une personne, un couple ou une famille, l'hotel est super pratique, bon emplacement personnel à l'ecoute et serviable.

Excellent location for me, rooms are quite spacious, good value for money. I have stayed here for several times and will stay here again.

Quartier central et si chaleureux, tout se fait à pieds (milles cafés, street food, restaurants en tout genre) et très safe ! Et la nuit on dort paisiblement il n'y a aucun bruit. Toute la famille s'est sentie tout de suite senti comme à la maison ! Fidele aux photos, ce qui a l'air très rare au Vietnam (au vu des commentaires que l'on a pu voir sur d'autres hôtels). L'hôtel est neuf, les chambres et le mobilier aussi. Les salles de bain sont modernes et propres - point important pour nous, car en Asie il peut y avoir des surprises. L'équipe est jeune et absolument adorable, le personnel a égayé les petits moments lorsque l'on passait dans le lobby. Merci à Vivienne et sa collègue :) Ils ont également gardé nos valises au sous sol dans une salle fermée à la clef l'après-midi avant notre vol de départ. Conseil : pensez à choisir les chambres supérieures "avec fenêtres" si comme nous c'est important pour vous. Les chambres au RDC sont moins lumineuses (celle au 8e était top!).

Ce sont des détails, mais à améliorer : blancheur des draps et du linge. Dommage que les finitions de l'hôtel soient bâclées (tout a été pourtant rénové récemment).

Room provided plenty of space for a solo traveller and i think it would be big enough for two people. There is so much to do in Vietnam you want to be outside with a clean and quiet place to sleep and shower. Bathroom was small but really functional without being cramped.

A small amount of leakage under the shower door made the floor a bit wet but at lesst the shower was enclosed by glass.

Sạch sẽ, nhân viên đa số nhiệt tình thân thiện, địa điểm khá gần chỉ cách Dinh độc lập và các điểm tham quan 2 đến 3 km. cách phố đi bộ bùi viện mấy trăm mét nên có thể đi bộ ra được. Về cơ bản là hài lòng và sẽ giới thiệu cho bạn bè.

có một nhân viên nam khi tiếp đón nhận gửi đồ không được không được thân thiện. Đó là điểm trừ duy nhất trong quá trình ở khách sạn. Còn lại các nhân viên khác hỗ trợ rất niềm nở và nhiệt tình.

Clean and comfortable bed.

As of 8am every morning there were builders in in a room next door so we could not sleep as they were using hammers, drilling etc Receptionist was not very helpful and we felt ignored. We were very tired everyday which put a down on our trip. They could have put us in a different room or say after booking about the situation happening next door.

Great location near main tourist attractions, it was mostly quiet (during the evening there was some karaoke noise from neighbors, but it would not go late into the night) and easy to sleep, nearby lots of great food stalls down the street and the russian market, otherwise no complaints it's clean, a quiet place to sleep that is in a good location

It's a little odd staying in a room without any windows so that surprised me, but the room was described as not having a window when I booked so the hotel was transparent about this.

Not much to like about this place.

The linen was almost brown with lots of stains on it. We had to go to the supermarket to buy towels as the ones provided were full of stains. The room was not very clean with lots of hair and dust. The staff were not friendly at all, with the security too busy smoking and the receptionist listening to music. The lobby area really needed a good clean and was not inviting. Location was not really near anything and had to get a Grab everywhere.

Everything about this property was fantastic but what made it was Vi the receptionist! She was a ray of sunshine to see when coming in and out of the hotel and we got to get to know her really well and now have made a friendship! We bonded over being massive Taylor Swift fans and exchanged bracelets as us Swifties do! Thank you so much again Vi and Haven Hut for having us it really is a delight of a hotel in a beautiful city!!!

We needed a hotel for one night and this was adequate. The toilet had an awful smell and became blocked. There was a shared toilet in the corridor that we were able to use though. Staff were friendly and the location is good.

The staff were very professional from the beginning. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location was very good. Overall, an excellent option in Ho Chi Minh City.

I paid for a more expensive room because it said that early check in from 12 was available with that room. However, when I arrived early check in was not available. I was also unable to pay with card and had to pay ATM fees to get cash out, even though it was the last day of my trip

I stayed at this hotel at the same time last year and it was perfect, but this year there was one big disappointment which was you could not see out of your widows. Green building mesh covered the whole of the building, I asked the staff was there building work going on to which the reply was no the mesh was to keep the sun out of the rooms, now obviously the staff had been told to say this so I can’t blame them. I was in touch with the hotel before arriving and nothing was mentioned in our conversations, as from the last photo of the top floor you can see that building work is going on.. In summary it’s a nice but basic hotel in a good area now if your not bothered about looking out of the window onto what is just an ordinary street have a chat with the hotel and I’m sure you will get a discount off them, I did upon leaving but probably only because I complained strongly and threatened the with probably the worst review they’ve ever had.

The room was classified as deluxe suite - it was neither deluxe, nor a suite (was very small and didnt even contain an additional chair or table). There was a building tarpaulin down the whole front of the building obscuring any view or even the opening of a window. This room contrary to the advertised photos, had no decoration and was very bland. The building entrance was under repair ( & dangerous). The whole area around the hotel was under going construction and very difficult to travel. The advertised photos are very misleading. Recommend - avoid, avoid, avoid.

It is a nice room but toilet is quite small.

Cute little hotel in district one close to some main attractions But what I have to praise the most is a wonderful receptionist Vi. The second day at the hotel our room card didn't work and the system went down and our door started beeping and wouldn't open. She was really caring and comforted us that she will find another room for us even if we can't get in In the end she was able to fix everything like a mechanic, which is not her job. A really nice person, Thank you

Check In war 14 Uhr, was bekannt war. Dennoch sollte man den Anreisenden bei vorzeitigem Bezug des Zimmer keine Gebühr verlangen, da das Zimmer eh schon fertig war..Nach einer langen Anreise unnötig

Zimmer nach dem Upgrad sehr geräumig (unbedingt nicht das günstigste wählen! Das war eine Besenkammer). Am Abend/Morgen verhältnismässig ruhig. Schnell bei vielen Attraktionen.

Hotel in the centre. We were able to go to the majority of places on foot, which was very convenient. Not so much of a view in the room so if u re spending most of your time outside it is good. Cleaning done everyday. So we came back to a clean room everyday. Loved the city

Neues Hotel mit schön eingerichteten Zimmern mit Holz & einem schönen Bad. Das Personal ist sehr nett und kümmert sich. Die Lage war zentral.

Wir waren im 8. Stock, oberstes Stockwerk und hörten das Welldach tagsüber sehr stark klappern, vermutlich wird später noch einmal das Hotel aufgestockt und es ist noch kein richtiges Dach drauf. Die Dachterasse scheint derzeit noch gebaut zu werden, wir hatten allerdings keine Bauarbeiten mitbekommen. Leider hatten wir nachts extrem unangenehmen Geruch aus den Abwasserrohren im Bad, das Personal kümmerte sich besorgt darum, allerdings konnte man es nicht reparieren und wir bekamen 20% des Preises erstattet.

I slept well, good AC, great location, and the receptionicts, Ha and the other were very welcoming.

Mancanza di vere finestre. Rumore a volte di aspiratore insopportabile posizionato vicino alla stanza ma ero all'ottavo piano e stanno ancora ristrutturando. Magari in futuro migliorerà.

Das Hotel ist noch recht neu. Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig.

Im Zimmer gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten für Gepäck und auch keinen Safe. Die Betten waren sauber, aber die Bettwäsche schon etwas älter (Gebrauchsspuren). Der Boden in unserem Zimmer war schmutzig und auch auf Nachfrage wurde nicht merklich nachgebessert. Bei unserer Abreise hat man versucht, uns für die Reinigung eines schmutzigen Handtuchs eine Extragebühr zu berechnen.

It is quite central

There were building at night with hammer and other machine and when I went down to ask they said the government allow them. We had the room 804 and the elevator motor was just there, every time looks like an Helicopter land on our head. Opposite on our room was a toilette were the workers take shower late at night and they were very loud.

Room was very clean, comfortabel to be in and looked good overall.

Great location in District One but away from some of the hustle and bustle. Room was so large and the balcony had lovely views. Bed was really big and comfortable too.

The room was not as pictured in the photos when we booked - there was no additional furniture in the suite which meant we had a lot of empty space in a big room. There were also ants in the room which were manageable but a bit gross. The most disappointing part of our stay was that we asked on the day we arrived if we could have a late check out, we were told to ask again the day before we checked out to see if it was available - we did this and it was all confirmed. The next day we essentially got kicked out of our room and were told that this was never confirmed. We had a 24 hour travel day ahead of us which we explained to the staff and asked for an hour to properly pack up our bags to which they said no, or we could pay 300,000 VND for one hour (which was more than they’d quoted us for 3 hours late check out fee the day before). It made the checkout experience quite stressful and didn’t feel like the staff were willing to be accomodating even if there had been a miscommunication.
