Breakfast everyday is same items, no changes but is nice.

La ubicación es muy buena si quieres estar en el centro y cerca de las calles principales. El chico de recepción fue muy amable y atento. Por el precio esta bien.

Desde nuestra habitación se escuchaba bastante ruido, especialmente por la noche. El desayuno nos pareció bastante regular y el acceso al hotel es a través de un restaurante, algo que conviene tener en cuenta.

Nagyon jó a szálloda. Jó helyen van a központban. Kedves személyzet. Finom reggeli.

Éjszaka alig lehet aludni. Éjszakai szórakozó helyek közelében. Túl hangos zene.

The location is at the center of the busy districts and can easily access the nearby tourist destination. Some are walking distance only.

It is a very good place for a budget conscious traveler though not as good as the five star hotel.

During our 5 nights stay at the hotel, the air-con behave erratically. Working for a while and then not working. It's pretty tough during the summer season. And it was Saturday/Sunday, which we understood to be very difficult to get technician to come down. Anyway, Tony promised to get it replaced. The next morning we had the Aircon fixed. Thank you so much for his prompt response.

Lack of space to hang clothes. As there is no wardrobe installed in the triple due to space constraint I guess.

Vị trí rất thuận tiện. Nhân viên thân thiện nhiệt tình. Ở KS nhưng có cảm giác như đang ở nhà. Cần gì có đó. Với giá tiền như vậy thì phòng khá ok, gọn gàng sạch sẽ, còn được bao gồm ăn sáng. Lần sau mình sẽ quay lại.

Đầu tiên mình có cảm giác ngôi nhà nhỏ quá. Nhưng sau khi xem phòng thì phòng ở khá ổn. Wifi hơi yếu chút.

if your looking for a good place to simply take a bath sleep and keep your belongings without breaking the bank... this is the best option but dont expect it to be a 5star hotel

The location was right in the city center. The only downside was not having a window, but that didn't bother us; we sleep in the room rather than looking out the window :). The food at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I recommend trying all the dishes—especially the fried fish with french fries; it was a real treat. Although the reception wasn't open 24/7, we arrived late, and they were willing to wait for us so we could check in. We really appreciated that.

The hotel is in a great location for a real Vietnamese experience. This family run business gives you a feeling of being part of that family. We ate at the restaurant each night as it is wonderful value for money and has a large, tasty range of food. There was not a large choice for breakfast but included omelette, pancakes and rice as well as fruit. The bed was comfortable and towels some of fluffiest on our trip. We loved the character of this place. Tony was very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel building is old, so don't expect a sleek, modern look with everything pristine. Some areas could do with a good scrub, especially the restaurant walls.

The hotel is located at the best location you could wish for, it's at center of everything. There is a restaurant at ground floor with many yummy food. Staff are super lovely. We will definitely come back here again if we go to HCM city. Highly recommend

Petit déjeuner correct, quoique les plats sont froids le plus souvent Personnel et patron très sympathiques, une fois qu'on est connu. Le patron m'a proposé des voyages organisés et s'est occupé des réservations.

Грязно, рваная простыня, постельное белье в пятнах. В 8-30 на завтраке уже ничего нет, приходилось просить приготовить и ждать. Арбуз помыт плохо. Грязные корки лежали на чистой мякоти.

Place is great and bed are comfortable. Love how the staffs are approachable and helpful. Will recommend as its near to everything. If you are a light sleeper, we wont recommend this. But overall everything is good

The hotel is fantastic value for money right in the heart of the main nightlife. It's clean, easy to find and the food is fantastic. If you're staying definitely try the beef and mushroom stir-fry! Tony and all the staff are lovely and do everything to ensure your stay is brilliant!

It's not a real dislike because you are really not going to find a nicer place for your more and I would hand on heart recommend it to anyone. So 2 small gripes are no safe box in the rooms and the balcony is small and you can't sit out on it. But that's it! The team keeps the hotel safe and secure so it doesn't take anything away from my 10/10 score

Great location, good value for money, friendly staff, and the convenience of an elevator; however, the "balcony" is actually just a large window rather than a real balcony as advertised.

I had a wonderful 4 - day stay at this hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. The service was truly excellent from the moment I arrived until check-out. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect — right in the prime area and very close to the main tourist attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment spots. Transportation was very convenient, with easy access to taxis, buses, and other services nearby. The food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. A special thanks to Tony and the entire team for their outstanding hospitality and care throughout my stay. They made me feel very welcome and looked after me so well. I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely love to visit again and stay at the same place in the future. Highly recommended!

Barely functional AC, very hot room with AC to max on turbo, concave mattress, loud noise until 3 am on streets next door. Breakfast included was a joke, poor taste and quality so I bought mine from the menu wich was not great either. No balcony just a window opening on a guard rail.

Petit déjeuner sommaire, sauf si on aime le riz dès le matin, pas autant de choix ou de jus de fruit comme sur la présentation. Chambre tout à fait correcte, bons matelas, douche ok, personnel sympathique. Mais quartier très bruyant, musique très forte à une centaine de mètres, alors même que la petite rue où l'hôtel se situe est calme.

Tony was great he helped with getting my daughter's phone back which she left at the airport. Location is great 5 mins to both shopping markets and right off walking street so can be noisy so pack ear plugs. Food is great to eat out so much choice

Our room we booked on line got a water leak in it and they had to shuffle us around to fit us in.

Overall, our stay was okay, with both positive and negative aspects. On the positive side, the staff were responsive and helpful. Whenever we messaged them, they replied quickly and tried to assist us. However, the main issue was with the breakfast, which did not match the photos on Booking.com. Several items shown were missing, such as corn on the cob, soup, and juice. The pancakes in the photos are shown filled with banana and topped with chocolate syrup, but in reality, they were simple pancakes with only a small amount of chocolate or strawberry jam rolled inside—no banana filling and no topping as shown in the photos. During our stay, we saw a guest taking chocolate syrup from the fridge and adding it on top of their pancake, so we assumed it was part of the buffet and did the same. One day, this was not an issue, but on another occasion we were told that the chocolate syrup was not included. This was confusing, and when we pointed out that the photos clearly show pancakes with chocolate topping, we were told those were “old pictures.” This makes the listing feel misleading, and the photos should be updated to reflect what is actually provided. Additionally, we were told that the breakfast menu changes daily, but during our 4-night stay, it remained exactly the same: plain omelette, one type of fruit (watermelon or banana), toast, tea/coffee, boiled eggs, plain pancakes, and rice with vegetables. Another downside was the noise—music could be heard in the room until around 2 a.m., which made it difficult to rest. Because of these issues, we had to cancel another booking with the same hotel. In summary, while the staff service was good, the breakfast experience and misleading photos were disappointing, and the noise level may be a concern for light sleepers.
