Location Location location. Parking, local amenities in walking distance. Everything you needed in a home away from home environment. Cleanliness 100%.

The lock on front door, to open door from inside the lock is temperamental. At one stage I was locked inside & couldn't get out as I was unable to open door. Keys were in lock box outside for remainder of party coming. Front door really needs to be looked at.

Unfortunately, our stay was really let down by a number of issues with the property. The biggest issue was the shower, which was not properly functioning for the entirety of our four-day stay. There were five of us staying at the property, and it got to the point where we actually had to travel to a local leisure centre just to shower and get washed. Considering we paid approximately £1,300 for the stay, we found this completely unacceptable. There were also other maintenance issues. A light switch in one of the bedrooms was broken when we arrived, which we also took a video of. We also had significant problems with the key and lock on the front door, to the point that we couldn’t use the front entrance and had to use another way in and out of the property instead. We raised the shower issue and provided video evidence clearly showing the problem. After our stay, we asked for some form of compensation or partial refund. We weren’t expecting a full refund, but felt that some compensation was more than reasonable considering five guests were left without a usable shower for four days. Despite the evidence provided and the significant inconvenience caused, we were told that no compensation or partial refund would be offered and that this was their final decision. It’s disappointing because there were aspects of the stay we enjoyed, but the number of maintenance issues and the way our complaint was handled afterwards completely overshadowed them. For the amount we paid, we expected basic facilities such as a working shower, a functioning light switch and a front door that could actually be accessed with the key provided. Unfortunately, based on our experience and the response we received when we raised these issues, we will not be returning and could not recommend the property.

Unable to communicate with anyone for our check in problem, nobody responded to calls and the email was sent back as undeliverable. The address for the property is wrong. There are two houses listed as the address given. We figured out on our own that the code at the end led to the house, not the house number and street. Very frustrating that nobody responded to our calls and the email wasn’t working.

Location was perfect and quiet.

It was very cold while we were there. We had no heat for the entire week and we had to wear coats and blankets inside. Cabinets were broken, it was dirty and it looked like a construction zone in the back yard. I won't stay there ever again. As far as I'm concerned they stole my money!

Great location, walking distance to Galway centre. Very comfortable, clean accommodation that has everything you need for a great stay.

The location was great and parking was simple. We had no problems getting into the home. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice.

The bathroom and shower were fussy. We had an issue with the toilet not flushing entirely. We were told to let the tank fill up. The shower is weird - I've never experienced anything like it. After fussing with it, we got it to work.

Arrived at wrong house as we were initially given incomplete address. Only given 1 safe lock code; important key was in the second key safe for which the code wasn't given. Couldn't open the door due to a known faulty lock. Worse was when inside, we were locked in and had to wait for assistance to get out as we had no access to the back door key. Very stressful and ruined our planned day in Galway. Toilet seat still broken as reported by previous customers. Toilet sink is cracked. We will be expecting to be compensated.

Major leak upstairs flooded the kitchen. My clothes were on bathroon floor got soaked. Was only in shower a few mins. The shower should have been installed correctly was dangerous. Major health and safety risk needs to be sorted

We struggle to get in because there was no postcode to locate the address early.we were roaming around for about two hours looking for the house.Please always remember to put the postcode not just the street name and house number only.For this it will be easy to locate and when any facility is broken it should be fix,the toilet seat was broken 😞 and it was not fixed that is sad apart from that the house is ok.

Fantastic location for us. Walking distance 20-30 mins everywhere including Salt Hill. I guess if you weren’t into walking a bit it could be a bit far out, but we thought it was perfect. Easy key box. Note sat nav takes you about 150 m up the rd on the right. Use the pin in the booking.com map. Heating was good. Beds reasonably comfortable and well appointed kitchen.friendly host.

The house itself is in need of a bit of TLC the bathroom cabinets are starting to fall apart. The back door wouldn’t lock so essentially we had an unsecured house for the stay. The insinkerator was full of food from the last guests ( I’m not sure if it works ) we couldn’t find the on switch so had to pour several kettles of boiling water down to unclog it so we couldn’t find use the sink.

Wir waren als fünfköpfige Familie da und es war schon recht eng. Die Doppelbetten sind sehr schmal, sodass eine von uns auf dem harten Ikea- Sofa ohne Bettdecke geschlafen hat. Es sind auch nur vier Stühle am kleinen Küchentisch. Also maximal für 3 bis 4 Personen, wenn man es etwas bequem haben will

Excellent location, central to everything, quiet street. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for parking.

Each radiator had been turned off so we didn't have heat for the first 2 days of our visit. Then it was pointed out by the hosts of the house via text, to check the radiators. Once each one was turned on, the heating was amazing. There was a terrible smell downstairs in the morning, as the cleaners put the previous guests leftover food into the trash, and had forgotten to throw it out. Then the shower basin kept backing up, so we had to turn off the water while showering and wait for the water to drain. This increased everyone's showering time. Maintenance were supposed to come, but didn't. We cleared the blockage ourselves.

It was very clean. Facilities were exactly what was needed. Location was perfect. 10 min walk to city Centre. 10 min walk to seafront. And quiet. Perfect for a family break.

Could have done with a coat hook downstairs.

The bathroom is problematic. The door handle is like opening a rusted gate- loud and awful. No bathroom hand soap provided. No toilet paper roll holder. Thin shower curtain and no towel or clothing hooks provided so the floors were wet post shower. Not one hook provided in the bathroom or in the bedrooms for all the towels. So many cupboards, but no hangers in the smaller double room. Would be great to provide coat rack when you enter. It is rainy in Galway, but no place to hang wet coats.

Location and having parking included were wonderful. Close enough to the city center but also close to grocery stores and quiet for evening.

It’s a good location in walking distance to Galway City Center. Unfortunately, the accommodations could use some updating. The coffee table was broken. The toilet seat was broken, the soap dispenser for the washer was moldy and the lights didn’t work when we first got there, although the management company fixed it the next day. The worst part was the bedding. While clean, they provided the most uncomfortable pillows and mattresses I’ve ever slept on. The pillows were more like thin slices of foam. The pictures of the accommodations are nicer than the reality. If you’re looking for a good location with parking and don’t care about comfort, this will do.

Nothing it was perfect

Hosts were quick to respond, location is excellent, hosts provided more than the average AirBnB with Kitchen and Bathrooms necessities, beds were comfortable.

Check-in booklet was vauge, front door was hard to open, no Live TV - only streaming services, House wasn't cleaned properly for us.

Location was fantastic. Quiet but easy walking distance to everything we wanted. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and responsive to questions in a timely manner.

Location to the Latin Quarter was excellent and a quiet street. House was as per photos on bookings.com
