Hotel is very focused on guest satisfaction - from the initial welcome to the departure. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Services were top class. Breakfast was very good -many options from Asian to Western. In addition the Night Free Buffet was appreciated. The hotel is close to the Metro. Honestly - cannot find anything negative to say.

지하철역에서 4~50m 옆이어서, 이동하기에 정말 용이 했음, 아쉬운점은 침대와 이불이 불편했음(특히 이불)

Прекрасное доброжелательное обслуживание, чистота в номерах. Попросили высокий этаж, девушка выполнила наши пожелания. Вкусные завтраки, удобно добираться на метро до центра. Рядом торговые центры с обилием брэндов и различными кафе и ресторанами. Бесплатная прачечная очень выручила. Большое спасибо. В следующий раз остановимся в этом отеле снова.

Habitaciones amplias. Desayuno bastante completo pero bastante chino. Igualmente hay opciones para occidentales. Te permiten llevarte tu vianda. Tienen lavandería gratis. El personal muy predispuesto pero no hablan inglés. Está al lado del metro

This a well-located, value for money hotel. It was clean with comfortable beds Our room had two big double beds, plus a small living room space. We had a view of the musical fountain show from our room which was a fun bonus. Breakfast was decent with a reasonable amount of choice. Will definitely stay here again.

At breakfast, the pancakes had been left out for a while so were a bit hard, maybe covering them would be good. Also, only Chinese tea leaves were available with only a Chinese description. Access to plain black tea, clearly labelled would be more convenient.

Likes: .Location is great, line 10 is just right outside the hotel. There is a huge mall right on the hotel property and surrounding. Full of Korean food as it’s close to Korean street. .House-maids are fantastic at cleaning and do not throw anything that we left on counters, unless we throw them into the bins ourselves. This prevents us from thinking we don’t need something and found out we do, like new bottle seal. .Free laundry done for you as often as you wish, no payment needed. They even deliver them to your room. . The room is clean and is always clean. .Staff were all friendly.

Wish they can do better: .A clear visual posted on booking.com to show where to alight and how to get to the hotel entrance. We landed late at night and by the time we got to the hotel everything at the mall was closed and nearby was dark. We walked around inside and outside the mall for a little more than an hour before we found the entrance. We were so so so tired by the time we got to the room. . Delivery culture is big here in this country. However, there are only a limited number of robots that sends delivery to the room. We ordered for delivery but ended up having to go to reception to collect as we waited for half an hour and our food was still at the counter.

Not Easy to Take Pick Up Taxi, Car can not pick up or drop you in front of hotel so you have to walk to closest road to be picked up and dropped.

Taxi can not drop you or pick you up in front of a hotel. You have to walk to the closest street. It is difficult for children and people with heavy luggage, specifically if they are picking you up. Some staff don't speak English very well.
