المكان كان شرح وجميييل جدااا ،، وتشعر بالدفء والراحة فيه .. انا كنت حاجز المكان على انه شقة متكاملة لي لحالي وتفاجأت قبل الوصول بيوم انه راح يكون المالك ساكن فيها ايضا للامانه ترددت بتغيير المكان ،، لكن بعد ما وصلت ولقيت الترحيب منه والاحترام وفوق هذا كله فعليا ما حسيت بوجوه بالشقة اغلب الوقت وهذا شي جداا اقدره فيه (له غرفته المستقلة) ولو تصادفتوا بغرفة المعيشة تحس انه هو الضيف مش انت من ذوقه واحترامه وهالشي خلاني اقدره بشكل جداا كبير واحترمه

كل الاشياء جميلة ، بس الشي الوحيد البسيط للي راح يستخدمون المواصلات (اوبر/ان درايف) فالوصول لها من خارج المعادي شوي صعب اول مرتين ، بعدها تصير تعرف المدخل بشكل كويس

I chose Maadi because of its quiet atmosphere, and it turned out to be a great decision. Mr. Ali was very kind and generous. He is a bit shy, but he is extremely helpful whenever you need anything. Although I didn't see him very often, anytime I needed help getting around or had a question, I would text him and he would respond right away. The apartment was very clean, stylish, and comfortable. I slept incredibly well there.. just putting my head on the pillow was enough to fall asleep almost immediately. That's not something you would typically experience staying in downtown Cairo. Overall, I highly recommend this place. I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again.

Ali is a kind and generous host, and the apartment and room are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The area nearby is nice, with restaurants and cafes close by. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this room for other travelers.

Everything pleased me — the cleanliness, the organization, and the hospitality.

The room is very nice and clean in very nice flat. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. Its nice area with many cafeshops and restaurants. Hartly reccomende.

Great location with a lot of nice stores and restaurants nearby - and 5 minute walk from the metro to go further downtown. AC was great and the room was very comfortable even during a heatwave. I appreciated the little touches like the slippers, power strip, and towels that were provided. The apartment beautiful and has two levels so you have privacy in the room and there’s everything you could need. The building has a lift for easy luggage transport. The doorman is also very friendly and can get you small things from the grocery store or bring food deliveries right to the door.

Host Ali is amazing - always willing to help and very sensitive and respectful of the guest's privacy. Often he stayed at another location and he was super quiet when he was at home. Location: SUPERB. On Road 9 at the best end of the street. Little markets, cafes and restaurants nearby. Metro access: So close! A 4 minute walk! The room: Bed very comfortable and the little balcony was perfect for meditation and sunlight. Thank you Ali! You're the BEST!

First of all, this has nothing to do with the accommodation or the host. Like many neighborhoods and areas of Cairo there are many stray dogs and stray cats. At night, kind people feed them. Be aware that the dogs will bark during the night and if you are a light sleeper, you may want to use a noise cancellation device or white noise machine (I had one of these and it worked).

It was a large beautiful sunny room with a screened balcony so no flies or mosquitos to irritate. The location was great near cafes, restaurants and the Metro Ali the host was very kind and helpful and his apartment is full of lovely things

It is a great value for money, Ali the owner is very helpful and ready to give advice. The place is clean and comfortable. Ali was out all weekend so I had the full duplex apartment for myself. The place is great especially if you do not mind barking dogs in the neighborhood at night.

It's well located with many restaurants nearby, just in walking distance. Also close to CSA and many Egyptian designer brand stores where I found many nice and unique presents for my friends. Living here brought me an extremely different impression of Cairo. The apartment is clean and beautifully decorated, with everything I need, like kettle, clothes hanger. Bedroom is cozy, large in size and with green plants to bring liveliness. Ali is easygoing and wiling to help. He helped me communicated with an Egyptian taxi driver when we cannot find the way. The doorman and his family are nice and always smile to me. Highly recommend!

This is the most cozy guesthouse, located in a wealthy area of Cairo with excellent security, making it very safe for a woman traveling alone. The doorman and cleaning lady downstairs are both very friendly and responsible. The decor of the house is artistic, and the mattress is very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Everything was good!

Large beautifully decorated flat in Maadi ! Very large bedroom with large balcony ! Clean ; plenty of coat hangers ; clean bathroom and full kitchen! Host very friendly and helpful! I will definitely return here ! For solo traveller it's very safe !!
