We cancelled our booking as the room provided was completely different than what we originally booked

There was no communication about there being construction and reallocation of our room.

Habitación muy amplia muy bien decorada y cama. Muy cómoda. También baño muy grande en la habitación. Nos encantó la piscina y el desayuno en el que puedes escoger varias cosas y muy abundante.

The accommodation was in a perfect location. The apartment was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach were all within a five-minute drive, making it easy to explore the area.

Os funcionarios eram simpaticos, a localização boa fora da confusão.

Asuua pontunacao muito sobrevalorizado e que faz com que uma pessoa va ao engano... Achei demasiado caro.

Obiekt położony blisko morza, wystarczyło przejść przez ulicę. Pokój duży i przestronny, pięknie urządzony. Lokalizacja cicha i spokojna, bardzo bezpieczna. Pyszne śniadania.

Na śniadanie trzeba było długo czekać, i wszystko nosili partiami, długi proces ale za to były bardzo pyszne!

Очень рады были побывать в этом отеле! Есть парковка. Комната была просторная, роскошная, чистая! Персонал помог настроить воду, душ шикарный! Завтрак очень большой, разный каждый день, тосты, омлет, блины, фрукты, кофе сваренный, сок. Рассказали все о местных достопримечательностях, все пляжи, змеиная ферма, все близко, от 5-15 минут на тук-тук. Пляж через дорогу дикий, красивый очень, волны большие и волнорезы. Фото супер получились. Купаться там нельзя! Нужно либо пешком идти 5 мин, либо ехать до Мерисы 5 минут. Пешком по пляжу до Мерисы не дойти, строится огромный отель, только ехать.

The staff were amazing and so accommodating to our big group, also helped us plan a very sweet birthday surprise. There were motorbikes you could hire to take a short drive into town.

Bra pris på boendet och nära till stranden frukosten var riktigt bra

The location is superb and the view from our 3 bedroom apartment was excellent. But please note that the common areas do not have a/c and neither does the sitting area in the apartment. There is a climb of almost 2 stories to reach the apartment and there is no bathrooms by the pool. However the staff and service was excellent. the b/f was basic but very well made.

The sitting area could have had an a/c. Over all value for money.

Alles! Geen insecten op de kamer en geen kieren waar ze doorheen konden. Heerlijk bed, balkon en fijne douche

Nós Adoramos este alojamento, é uma Villa muito bonita e confortável. O espaço exterior e muito bonito e cuidado. O quarto é muito confortável e Limpo. O pequeno almoço que nos puseram é muito saboroso com coisas tipicas do Sri Lanka. Os Funcionários são Top ( un deles até m emprestou dinheiro para pagar o Tuk Tuk ) , adorei a confiança pois só tinhamos notas de valor elevado e o motorista não tinha troco . Obrigado

O unico ponto menos positivo é a distância para o centro de Mirissa e a Mirissa Beach , mas em contrapartida tivemos muita tranquilidade na nossa estadia.

Nice room, Pool and friendly staff, breakfast was fine and modern room. Lack of power due to government regulation and quite a bit from center so you need transport.

Every time we showered there was a short power cut. One evening no water for around 2hours.

Das Personal war sehr nett, Frühstück wurde täglich frisch gemacht und auch das Pool ist nett hergerichtet.

Leider hatten wir im Zimmer keine Kästen oder Tisch wo wir Gewand ablegen konnten. Regelmäßige Stromausfälle (sind in allen Restaurants auch passiert) Wasser war kurz einmal weg wurde aber schnell behoben

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad bij ThiThi’s Palace. Het ontbijt was perfect en elke ochtend vers bereid. De bedden lagen heerlijk en we hebben echt fantastisch geslapen. De kamer was schoon en mooi verzorgd. De douche had heerlijk warm water, wat het extra comfortabel maakte. Absoluut een aanrader

Bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody w prysznicu. Zupełny brak ciepłej wody. W opisie obiektu - plaża 50 m. Niestety w prostej linii, dostęp do niej oddalony, a dojście nieprzyjemne. Brak sejfu w pokoju, choć jest podany w opisie.

Ganz tolles und freundliches Personal, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Uns wurde auch der schnellste Weg zum Strand gezeigt, welcher fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ist.

Lage etwas abseits von Mirissa, aber mit dem Cracy Bus für wenig Geld einfach zu erreichen!

Мой номер располагался на 1 этаже .Номер просторный , ремонт хороший .Персонал приветлив и помогает с любой просьбой.Уютный маленький бассейн , обычно там никого не было и я плавала там в одиночестве .

Расположение удаленное от курорта Мирисса .Пешком 30-40 минут по дороге с хаотичным движением.Не знаю как я так выбрала это место, не посмотрев расположение .Я люблю ходить пешком , но даже для меня это было не очень удобно.Не хватало места для хранения вещей в номере.Кто эти люди что пишут о шикарных завтраках?!Завтраки не вкусные, хорошо что всегда мне ,по запросу,варили яица.Уборка номера только после просьбы .

Hôtel très Propre, personnel très accueillant et à l'écoute pour répondre à toute vos questions. Chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée. Petit déjeuner remarquable et très bon. Dommage qu'il ne propose rien a grignoter ou boire. Très proche de toute commodité et possibilité de louer des scooters (50cm3 Parfait). J'y retournerai les yeux fermés.

L’accueil chaleureux , réactif et l gentillesse de tout le staff ! le calme et la propreté des chambres , leur confort , qualité / prix imbattable 👍

Das Zimmer war schön groß, ebenso das Bad.

Der Service der Angestellten, nur muffelig. Desweiteren haben wir ein tuk tuk gebucht, dabei wurden wir abgezockt.Bucht lieber über uber selbst :) Desweiteren an der Hauptstr. Pool/ Fenster offen nicht möglich. Frühstück: ist ok, aber man wartet sehr sehr lange, egal ob man sagt am Tag vorher wann man Frühstück (Zeit)

L équipe est adorable et travaille sans relâche ! Coin piscine agréable, petit déj copieux, loin du tumulte de Mirissa beach mais près de tout en tuktuk! La plage en face est fabuleuse Merci pour se séjour 🌝

Connection wifi moyenne et la TV n a jamais eu le réseau...pas si grave en soi..

Далеко от пляжа

Персонал выше всяких похвал! Прекрасное отношение к гостям виллы. Идеальная уборка и шикарные разнообразные завтраки приготовленные с любовью! Ребята помогали нам во всем на протяжении всего отдыха: с тук туками, такси, рекомендовали лучшие места поблизости и пляжи. Даже когда у нашего ребёнка случилась аллергия на солнце, Нилантэ отреагировал сразу же и помог нам, вызвал такси до лучшего госпиталя рядом. Огромная благодарность всем ребятам! Отдых был прекрасным!

Все прошло прекрасно! Чистый и уютный отель. Приветливый персонал. Удобное месторасположение

В объекте размещения нам понравилась территория виллы, все было чисто и не было мусора. Современный дизайн, а по ночам все освещалось гирляндами. Понравился номер и вид с балкона.

Check inn was niet oke omdat een kamer ons tegenviel met schimmel / vocht op de muur. Na commentaar een andere kamer gekregen.

Персонал дружелюбный, как и принято в этой стране, стараются помочь в любом вопросе. Спасибо большое, что отменили бронь на вторую ночь не взяв денег. Есть парковка с закрывающимися на ночь воротами. На этом плюсы этого места заканчиваются.

Произошел overbooking, и нас поселили в номер категорией ниже, взяли плату меньше, но даже эта цена (100$) была высока для этой комнаты. Грязно, неприятно находиться и до чего-либо дотрагиваться - липкий пульт, пыльные шторы, коврики, которые Бог знает когда стирали, постель с уже не отстирывающимися пятнами. Про диваны в пятнах на ресепшене… да это просто слезы, извините. За эти деньги мы не ожидаем ничего особо красивого или стильного, но в любом случае ожидаем чистоты, и это возможно, если убираться! Отель находится в отделении от Мирисы. Чтобы дойти до пляжи и города придется преодолеть путь по дороге, которая вся в мусоре.

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Waren stets hilfsbereit und haben jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas hart aber muss nicht für jeden zutreffen. Das Personal hat mir gezeigt, dass die Betten bereits mit einem Topper ausgestattet sind und sehr hochwertige Matratzen sind. Einen zusätzlichen Topper konnten Sie leider nicht organisieren was aber nicht schlimm war.

I stayed at this hotel with my daughter and we had a very pleasant experience. The service was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel was very well maintained and spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. We would gladly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The only inconvenience was the lack of a wardrobe in our room, which meant we had to keep our clothes in the suitcases throughout our stay. We would kindly recommend considering the installation of a wardrobe or at least providing hangers, so guests have a more convenient place to store their clothes.

Nous avons 4-5 cafards énormes dans la chambre dont un qui est même venu sur le lit. Il a fallu faire venir le personnel pour les enlever. Ils nous on proposé de nous changer de chambre afin que nous nous sentions mieux. Sinon les chambre étaient extrêmement propre, ce sont des choses qui peuvent arriver dans les pays tropicaux.

Nos gustó la habitación, la atención con el chico de la recepción y la piscina.

Al principio nos pusieron en una habitación que no era la nuestra, luego solicitamos el cambio y sin problema. Y no me gustó nada que hubo obras… 🚧 de lunes a domingo… bff

Видно что в отеле недавно сделан ремонт, завтраки 10 из 10. Персонал великолепный всегда поможет по любому вопросу. Сделали апгрейд номера, на последнем этаже большая терраса с видом на океан. В номере все необходимое. Рядом есть магазин со всем необходимым.

Awesome breakfast. ~3km from Mirissa, but you can go there and comeback by TukTuk. On other side of the street is very lovely and calm beach, just need to go couple of hundred meters to find the patch to beach.

Sanju and the boys were very helpful and cooperative..property is huge and very clean..there breakfast is top notch 😘

The staff were excellent. They were very very helpful.

The location, no eating option nearby. No bed tea and coffee option. No water kettle for warm water in room.

Property was very dirty :( Manager gave a strong sense that anything you asked him to do was hassle for him - not engaging or hospitable which is surprising for Sri-Lankan people who are generally amazingly hospitable. Lastly, totally overpriced - stay away.

A definite highlight of our trip! Beautiful property, very clean room, friendly staff members. One of the best breakfasts we’ve experienced in Sri Lanka! It was sad to leave the property after 4 really nice days! Would recommend and definitely stay here again :)
