The microfiber towel, the toilet has a smell. The carpet and the tablecloth looks 80% clean. We cant use the dining table because its beside the sofa and can only sit 1 person.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025It was a good location with much around to walk to, food, mall, recreation areas, even downstairs from hotel is a massive pool, (although you must pay for entry). It was very hot but the AC in the room was perfect and kept its comfortable.
there was no breakfast or any food, you can order grab food but one thing that was a bit annoying was that no one at all was allowed to enter the building so even if your busy , you must go down to pick up every delivery.

It would have been much better if there is more space for dining on the table to eat Good thing we always went out to eat The sliding door of the toilet need replacement - too old and hard to slide in

I left my pouch with my money in it, and it was already hrs after I check-out. When I told the Ate Marilou and the owner about the incident they immediately assisted me, and help me get my pouch. Sobrang thankful ako sa kanila. 🥹❤️

Reviewed May 24, 2024We loved the decoration and the design of the space. Very neat. The host was so kind as to leave some food and drinks for us. The most impressive was the huge mirror on the wall. We were in awe.
The balcony looked towards a busy street and sometimes it was noisy but it didn't really bother us.

Maybe it is better to put floor towels in the bathroom just like in hotels rather than floor mat. It couldnt absorb the water completely and more prone for slipping. There is also no knife available for cutting but all together the unit is so nice and almost complete

From the complimentary coffee (my first time to rent a unit that offered coffee grounds and french press so I was happy I did not have to worry about my morning black coffee fix), tea, bottled water and cup noodles to toiletries and room slippers. The host obviously thought of the small things and it mattered. Even when the digital lock's battery almost discharged, she made sure it was changed before I went out. The unit is clean and comfortable. Property staff were helpful and polite. Malls, restos, supermarkets, banks are nearby.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2024Very accommodating owner. Located just few mins walk to Mall of Asia and Double Dragon. Room has fast WiFi, complimentary water, coffee, tea and cup noodles which other places don’t have. There’s mini mart downstairs, bdo bank, laundry shop, salon and few restaurants. 👌🏻
There’s some little cockroaches but I expected it coz I have seen worst in other condo apartment, it didn’t bother me anyway 😅 this place was way better than the other places I’ve stayed before. Not so quiet coz I can hear the cars and people talking outside the corridor but was still able to sleep well. You can’t leave baggage in the front desk. Manage your expectations (this is not a hotel)
