Sands Beach Villa Flic en Flac

La situation au calme à 50m de la plage, superbe. L’accueil et la disponibilité de Michael et Anil. Le logement est assez bien équipé et confortable.

Wszystko nam się podobało! Przede wszystkim to, że choć to najbardziej turystyczna miejscowość, domek jest z dala od wszelkich hałasów, na zamkniętym osiedlu. Druga wielka zaleta: plaża jest 100 metrów od tarasu, tuż za bramą obiektu (nie trzeba przechodzić przez żadne ulice, po prostu otwierasz bramę i jesteś na plaży. Wyposażenie najwyższej klasy: nowe klimatyzatory, lodówka, zamrażarka, piekarnik. Ciepła woda w odpowiedniej ilości. Wygodne łóżka. Miły, konkretny gospodarz. "Na wyposażeniu" trzy przemiłe koty :) Rodzinom z dziećmi bardzo polecam sąsiednią plażę (za bramą w lewo i 10 minut spaceru przez las), jedną z niewielu na Mauritiusie, na której są fale.

Pompa nieco hałasuje, włączając się często nawet jak nikt nie korzysta z wody. Ale wystarczy wyłączać na noc.

La vaisselle dépareillée et pas très propre. Les fenêtres sans rideaux ni volets des chambres.

Mike ist ein zuvorkommender und liebevoller Vermieter, der sich kümmert und immer ansprechbar ist, einfach toll. Die Villa liegt wenige Meter vom Strand entfernt, der Strand ist über einen gesicherten Weg erreichbar. Der angrenzende Strand gehört zu einem exklusiven Resort. Die Nutzung des Strandes ist eingeschränkt. Die Villa liegt "abgelegen" von Gastronomie und dem eigentlichen Pubilc Beach von Flic en Flac. Kein Verkehrslärm, kein Partylärm oder sonstige Lärmeinflüsse, sehr ruhig. Die 3 Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit vernünftigen Matratzen, auf denen man gut liegen/schlafen kann. Ein separates WC und eine separate Dusche im Erdgeschoss. Im OG steht zusätzlich ein Dusch/WC zur Verfügung.

Das Ergeschoss könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Auch das Mobiliar (Stoffbezug Sofa, Kissen und Stühle) hat schon einige Gäste hinter sich und könnte eine Auffrischung gut vertragen. Die Duschzelle im EG ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Fliesenboden in der Dusche im OG benötigt eine rauhere Oberfläche, da bei Nutzung sehr rutschig/glitschig. Die Terrasse zum Garten könnte etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit ab, ist aber Geschmacksache. Sie ist ruhig gelegen!! Die Villa liegt abgelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Gastronomie und Restaurants sind zu Fuß eine Herausforderung.

The host michael met us at property and personalised our arrival with friendly welcoming chat and info. Property was clean and comfortably equipped. Location is superb. Magnificent beach only metres from back terrace. Highly recommend

Spacious house situated about a 100 meters from a beautiful beach. Michael was a fine host. Informative, helpful and quick to respond.

The house is situated next to a forest and the proximity means that there are many mosquitoes. Except for expensive restaurants in 4 and 5 star resorts you have to drive 3-4 kilometers to find restaurants.

We absolutely LOVED our time in Sands Beach Villa. The villa itself is spacious and cosy, and all the rooms are equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Our favourite thing was probably the location of the villa, as it's in a safe, quiet area, surrounded by nature and right next to a gorgeous beach (which can be accessed from the garden, through a private gate entrance!). Michael (the owner) is a great man who really made us feel taken care of and welcome. 10/10 stay!

Amazing villa with direct access to the beach. It is situated at the end of a road, so the direct neighbour of the villa is nature. It is quite and calm, ideal place to relax and enjoy the ocean and a nice walk in the nature. The villa is fully equipped there is really everything that you might need during your stay (e.g. Vape against the mosquitos, AC adapter for European plugs, snorkelling equipment, etc.) And the host, Michael is a nice person and helps you during the stay anytime you need.

Vila se zahradou je v klidném místě jen pár kroků od krásné pláže na konci Flic en Flac. Prostorná s vybavením včetně pračky. Čistá písečná pláž s možností šnorchlování na blízkém korálovém útesu. Možnost procházky lesní stezkou do Tamarinu. Bezpečný uzavřený areál. Majitel Michael a správce Anil jsou největším bonusem tohoto ubytování. Velice milí a ochotní pomoci i na úkor svého volného času. Děkujeme Anilovi za zajištění výletů a jeho rychlou pomoc, když mi nebylo dobře. Bylo nám potěšením vás poznat.

Možná jen trochu lepší matrace a lůžkoviny.

Die Unterkunft Sands Beach liegt am Ende der Staße von Flic en Flac ... ist also ohne Auto eher schlecht zu erreichen...für uns war es aber genau das was wir wollten ! Ein perfekter Ort für Ruhe und Entspannung. Durch den kleinen Garten ist man direkt am Meer und kann dort den Strand des benachbarten Nobelhotels benutzen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist perfekt - alles da was man braucht. Michael ist ein super netter Gastgeber und jederzeit erreichbar.... Lieber Michael -wir kommen gerne wieder !

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit einer tollen Lage und wenigen Metern zum Strand. Top ausgestattet.

Großes Ferienhaus für günstigen Preis.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist super, nur durch den Garten und man gelangt an einen sehr schönen Strand. Gleich nebenan ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, dort einen Drink an der Bar zu nehmen ist auch durchaus erschwinglich. Das Haus ist großzügig gestaltet, in einem abgeschlossenen, sicheren Bereich. Michael der Hausbesitzer ist super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

Manche Ausstattung (Bettdecken, Geschirr) könnte erneuert werden

Proximité de la plage très propre sans déchets "partagée avec les complexes hôteliers , directement à la sortie de l' appartement . La possibilité d' aller à pied à tamarin avec plusieurs plages pendant le parcours . Avoir un jardin et manger dehors petit dej et ou autre repas . Les équipements à disposition.( Essentiel pour cuisiner, petite attention de la part de notre hôte à l' arrivée boissons , collations, ...matériel de sport, de snorkeling, ..) Un comme à la maison ! La superficie de l'appartement Le lotissement fermé et sécurisé. La présence du gardien, très sociable, aidant et serviable, organisateur d'excursions . Le calme .

Nous avons été très bien accueillies et la maison était placée dans un superbe endroit juste en bord de plage. La maison était très bien équipée et notre hôte très sympa ! Nous recommandons ce petit paradis perdu !

Tolle Lage am wunderschönen Strand, sehr unkomplizierter Check in/out

Toll ausgestattete Villa mit Zugang zu einem wunderschönem Strand. Michael ist ein sehr professioneller, hilfsbereiter und sympathischer Gastgeber. Was soll ich sagen? Besser geht es nicht.

Friendly and helpful host, who fixed a couple issues when we reported them, large and comfortable house, great location on the beach.

The house has a lot of potential but it felt like a bachelor pad. There was a roll and a half of toilet paper for 4 people for 4 days when we arrived, no top sheets or duvet covers on the beds, and the dishes in the kitchen were very random and incomplete and rather dusty/dirty. There was only one pot for cooking, although there were multiple cheese graters in a drawer, which we had to dig through to find a mixing spoon. In general the house wasn’t clean - we even found a lizard tail stuck to the floor of the bathroom, which we had to scrape off. I think the host could spend a little money and time reorganizing and cleaning the house and it could be a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay, spacious villa, nice garden in a quiet location. Michael, our host, was really friendly and helpful 🙂 He could not be there at our arrival so he arranged for us to get the keys and tour of the property from someone else. He later checked on us, making sure everything was ok and offering info and advises about the area. The house is well equipped, there was also snorkelling equipment and paddle board available. The beach is 2’ on foot, just need to cross the garden and follow a short path to get to it. Parking right in front of the house and the villas are in a gated property at the end of Flic-en-Flac. We also enjoyed the company of 4 cats from the neighbouring villas.

Property is 2 minutes walk away from beautiful beach with direct access! Host was great and the place was well equipped including some welcome treats which makes it rather special!

getting around needs some planning and organising without a car. You can't really walk to shops or restaurants, but that wasn't a problem for us

We stayed in this apartment for one week with our children (3 and 6 years old). It is a fully equipped two-story apartment. The host Michael took good care of us the whole time - he was our friend on the phone wcp. We also had a free boat and paddleboard from him, which we appreciated when snorkeling. The building is in a deserted place, far from the hustle and bustle of the city - which has its value. The beach can be reached through a narrow private alley (about 50 m). Since we had a rented car, it was not a problem to go shopping and drive a few places - parking is available right in front of the apartment door.

This is great stay, where you have everything you would have if you owned a beach house. Somebidy really took a deep thought to provide whatever your mind can come across. Just buy your groceries and you have all what you need no matter if you want to go snorkling, surfing, reading book, washing cloth, binge watching or exercising in gym. You have your own terrace/garden and beach is literally behind your garden. This is one of the best value for money I have seen for years.

It is at the end of the bay, which rewards with quite place. So if you want to have I-laydown-on-beach vacation, you are right here. However. if you want to make trips to surrounding parts of island, you might find a bit unpractical that it is about 8+ km to nearest main road. Also this location is only suitable if you have car, the nearest bus stop or food store is too far away for walk.

The house is wonderful, equipped with everything you need (and even more) and has direct access to one of the most wonderful beaches in Mauritius directly next to the luxury resorts. At night you hear the waves, at day you hear the birds in the wonderful garden. Michael is a great host, super kind and I feel blessed & thankful that I had the opportunity to stay at this Paradies-Place!

The location is beautiful, very quiet and peaceful area. No traffic noise and very private.

It’s not a bad thing, but it is not walking distance from grocery shops and restaurants. Just need to plan ahead a bit to avoid extra trips to the shops.
