Chambre très spacieuse avec bain et douche, vue sur la mer. Service de nettoyage le matin et attention le soir avec bouteille d'eau déposée dans la chambre. Beaucoup d'activités proposées gratuitement comme ski nautique, snorkeling, kayak. 2 restaurants possibles en plus du buffet sans supplément "dine around".

Eau payante pendant les repas. Pour un 5 étoiles en demi-pension, il est incompréhensible de devoir payer l'eau plate. Ils poussent un peu trop à la consommation en venant nous voir toutes les 10 minutes autour de la piscine afin de savoir si l'on souhaite consommer quelque chose. Spa avec très peu de disponibilité, hammam hors service et jacuzzi avec de l'eau froide et sale

Personal war super freundlich. Abendessen sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker mit sehr viel Auswahl (jeden Abend ein anderes Thema). Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch super. Alles in alles sehr toll und wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passé un séjour tout simplement fabuleux au Sands Suites Resort & Spa. Tout a été pensé pour offrir une expérience irréprochable du début à la fin. Parmi les moments forts retenus : - Les chambres : Spacieuses, extrêmement confortables et d'une propreté impeccable. Un véritable havre de paix avec une vue magnifique. - La restauration : Une grande variété au niveau des buffets chaque jour, avec des produits frais et de qualité. Impossible de s'en lasser. - Le Spa : Les massages prodigués au spa sont d'un niveau exceptionnel, parfaits pour se détendre pleinement. - L'ambiance du soir : La présence d'un groupe de musique local au bar chaque soir apporte une touche chaleureuse et authentique très appréciable. Un mention toute particulière et un grand merci au barman Abhishek ! Ses conseils avisés pour le choix des cocktails du soir et sa connaissance des rhums ont grandement enrichi nos fin de journées. Son accueil et son professionnalisme font toute la différence. Un établissement que nous recommandons les yeux fermés et où nous reviendrons avec immense plaisir !

Incredible stay at Sands! Had a small feel to it after staying at Lux Grande Gaube, which we loved. The restaurants were great and good options for half board. We did the Pink Peppercorn one night which offers a 3 course set menu for those doing half board, or à la carte. The beach and pool are stunning and we loved that we could do water sports/boat trips included. They got me a cake for my birthday which was so lovely. Also used the gym and spa which was basic but good. Room was comfy and nice, less modern than the Lux, but very nice. We did the 7 waterfalls hike which is half an hour drive. We also loved the bar which did food and drink to your sunbed and had a pool table. We didn’t want to leave!

Minor but the bed was pretty hard. We thought Flic en Flac might have a bit more going on but after a visit to the town, there’s not a lot.

Le lieu est très beau, la piscine superbe. Le buffet est exceptionnel. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

La musique très souvent dans la journée et tous les soirs. Impossible de se reposer et se détendre dans le calme. Le personnel, très aimable, vient cependant nous déranger toutes les 5min afin de savoir si nous désirons consommer quelque chose.

Personnel aux petits soins qui peuvent vous aider à réaliser tout ce que vous voulez. Chambre très confortable et bien équipée. Belle plage devant l hôtel que l on peut longer à pieds dans problème jusqu'à Flic en Flac. Très belle piscine. Activités nautiques gratuites. Massage au spa très bien. Très bon repas

Sands Suites Resort & Spa was an excellent stay from start to finish. The property is beautifully kept, the suites are spacious and comfortable, and the setting on the lagoon at the end of Flic-en-Flac, with west-coast sunsets towards Tamarin and Le Morne, is outstanding. What really makes it exceptional, though, is how well it is run. Management deserves real credit. Everything feels organised, calm and consistent: grounds, rooms, restaurants and the overall guest experience. That exceptional level of hospitality does not happen by accident. The staff were exceptional throughout. Warm, professional and attentive without ever being intrusive. In particular: - Vinay at Pink Peppercorn was extremely friendly and professional. Service at dinner was smooth and considered, and he made every evening feel special rather than routine. - Kushal was wonderfully warm and funny. He is the kind of person who makes you happy with a simple chat. - Vick, the bar manager, was incredibly good: knowledgeable, welcoming and on top of everything. Pink Peppercorn itself is a highlight — intimate, right on the sand, and a memorable place to eat. Evenings at the Dolphin Bar were a pleasure. There was a different (and classy) act every night (a DJ one evening, live singing the next, etc.) so the atmosphere never felt the same. We would return without hesitation and would recommend Sands Suites to anyone looking for a well-run, high-quality stay on the west coast of Mauritius. Thank you to the whole team!

Prices, especially for the wines, are perhaps a little too pricey, but probably justified by the incredible setting and ambiance where they are served!

Schöne gediegene Anlage in ruhiger aussichtsreicher Lage. Sehr gepflegter Außenbereich mit vielen schönen Sitzmöglichkeiten und Liegen. Man ist bemüht den Gästen Abwechslung und einige Sport- und Unterhaltungsangebote in dieser etwas abseits gelegenen Unterkunft zu bieten. Besonders ist das gratis Wassersportangebot von Schnorchelausflug bis Wasserski hervorzuheben. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und um den Gast bemüht. Die Vielzahl der Mitarbeiter bringt aber auch eine gewisse Unruhe gerade bei den Mahlzeiten mit sich.

Extrem störend empfand ich die täglichen mehrstündigen Gartenarbeiten mit Motorsense und Laubbläser. Dem 5 Sterne Anspruch wird dieses Ressort nur bedingt gerecht. Es kommt langsam in die Jahre. Dies zeigt sich an Details wie unschönen Badfugen, nicht funktionierender Elektrik im Zimmer. Im Spa ist das Dampfbad außer Betrieb (u.a. fällt der Putz dort von der Decke), Holzdielen sind gebrochen mit entsprechender Verletzungsgefahr, Jacuzzi mit vergilbter Wanne. Außerdem kam es mir so vor, als wolle man kosteneffizient zu Lasten des Urlaubers Profit machen. Die Buffets am Morgen und Abend sind sehr vielfältig und auch in ausreichender Menge gestaltet worden, die Qualität ist ok, aber nicht annähernd Sterneküche. Last but Not least, die Gerränkepreise: Die Weinkarte ist üppig und teuer, der gewünschte Wein war dann doch nicht verfügbar und es wurde dann ein angeblich besserer Zum gleichen Preis angeboten . Auf der Cocktailkarte stehen zwar auch günstigere Getränke, diese sind letztlich nur Säfte mit einem Schuss Rum. Echte Cocktails sind preislich auf 5 Sterne Niveau, allein dass kleine hohle Eismaschinenwürfel verwendet werden, spricht Bände.

Attention à savoir, l'hôtel est le plus éloigné de Flic en Flac beach et restaurants, prévoir 15 minutes de marche pour trouver bus local sinon taxis disponibles devant hotel.

Fantastyczny hotel będący oazą spokoju i harmonii. Hotel oferuje gościom opcję śniadań i obiadokolacji. Dania serwowane w hotelu są świeże, wyśmienite i różnorodne. Jeśli chodzi o obiadokolację można skorzystać z restauracji bufetowej (każdego dnia inny bufet tematyczny z bardzo dużą ilością dań). Oprócz tego warto skorzystać z dwóch restauracji, gdzie można spróbować dań z karty, w cenie menu skrócone do wyboru. Napoje do kolacji dodatkowo płatne. Obiad można zjeść w barze lub restauracji z karty - polecam pyszne ryby i pizzę. Drinki w barze z wysokiej jakości alkoholi. Przy pobycie w hotelu i skorzystaniu z kawy, drinków w barze oraz kieliszka wina do obiadu i kolacji koszt dodatkowy wyniósł około 60-70 euro na dzień na osobę, ale jest to kwestia subiektywna. Biorąc pod uwagę jakość serwowanych posiłków i napoi dodatkowo płatnych nigdy nie zamieniłbym tego na opcję all inclusive. Hotel położony na końcu bardzo długiej plaży. Spokojne wybrzeże i piękny widok na góry. W hotelu panuje spokojna, cicha i relaksująca atmosfera, sprawiająca, że natychmiast odpoczywasz. Pokój sprzątany dwa razy dziennie. Cztery litrowe butelki wody na dzień w cenie pobytu. Polecam parom młodszym i starszym - hotel bardzo romantyczny. Polecam osobom chcącym odpocząć w wyśmienitej atmosferze. Bajeczny hotel! Dziękuję!

Von Beginn an haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang und die Begrüßung waren herzlich und aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns willkommen. Das setzte sich an den folgenden Tagen fort. Das gesamte Personal (vom Zimmerservice, an der Bar, dem Pool, den Restaurants) war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ein rundum toller Urlaub. Wir können das Resort uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder in der Zukunft wieder. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das Spa und das Pink Peppercorn Restaurant.

Hier gibt es nichts, was zu erwähnen Wert ist.

wir waren für zwei Wochen in dem Hotel und waren rund um begeistert. Der Service war herausragend, zu jederzeit parat, es wurde sich immer um einen gekümmert, sogar auf Kleinigkeiten wie dass vor und hinziehen der Stühle beim Essen wurde geachtet. Das Essen hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und war außergewöhnlich lecker. Das Hotel liegt mit einer sehr schönen Aussicht direkt am Strand.

El hotel es muy tranquilo y está muy bien cuidado. Nos gustaron especialmente la zona de la piscina y la playa, las vistas y la amplitud de la habitación. La comida del buffet nos pareció bastante variada. En general, las instalaciones son buenas

La primera habitación asignada estaba situada junto a las máquinas del aire acondicionado y el ruido era bastante molesto, aunque nos la cambiaron rápidamente por otra mejor. En la segunda habitación encontramos arena entre las sábanas y tuvimos que pedir que las cambiaran. Además, la ducha dejaba salir bastante agua al suelo. También nos resultó algo incómoda la insistencia de algunos camareros preguntando continuamente si queríamos pedir algo más. El spa nos decepcionó un poco: el jacuzzi se ve bastante antiguo y el hammam no estaba operativo durante nuestra estancia. Además, al preguntar por los masajes sentimos bastante presión e insistencia para que reserváramos. La actividad del glass bottom boat también nos pareció algo decepcionante y esperábamos más de la experiencia. Por último, preguntamos con antelación por la posibilidad de hacer late check-out y nos dijeron que había disponibilidad, pero que volviéramos a consultarlo el día de salida. En ningún momento nos indicaron que tuviera un coste adicional y, cuando volvimos a preguntar, nos informaron de que eran 5.000 MUR (unos 90 €). Creemos que deberían haber informado del precio desde el principio.

El resort está bien situado y cuenta con unas instalaciones cuidadas. Además todo el personal del complejo es de10: siempre atentos a los huéspedes en todo momento.

Las camas para nuestro gusto son un pelín duras, pero eso como digo, va a gustos. Podrían mejorar el tema de la restauración (calidad de la comida). Nosotros tuvimos un percance con esto y no pudimos disfrutarlo todo lo que nos hubiera gustado, aunque he de decir que fueron muy atentos con nosotros cuando se lo comentamos.

Die Lage ist wunderbar, wenn auch mit dem Auto nicht ganz einfach zu erreichen. Die Atmosphäre ist sehr angenehm und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Die Anlage ist super gepflegt.

Die Getränke sind relativ teuer. Bei einem zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt ist die Verpflegung wenig abwechslungsreich.

Es war wirklich alles perfekt. Man musste nie um eine Liege kämpfen oder Ähnliches. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Sands Suites punktet vor allem durch die Atmosphäre, die die Mitarbeiter kreieren. Alle sind unglaublich freundlich und sorgen dafür, dass man egal wo man sich befindet, gut versorgt ist und es einem an nichts fehlt. Die Anlage ist vielleicht nicht die neueste, aber da man eh am Liebsten Zeit draußen verbringt, kann man darüber gut hinwegsehen. Was uns mit am meisten gefallen hat ist, dass die Preise für zusätzliche Speisen und Getränke absolut fair sind. In den a la carte Restaurants könnten die ein- oder andere Speise noch im HB inkludiert sein, aber dafür ist es wie gesagt von den restlichen Preisen super fair.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit aussergewöhnlich freundlichem und aufmerksamem Hotelpersonal, wirklich ungewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich! Tolle Sicht auf den Le Morne! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Am Badezimmer merkt man, dass das Hotel schon einige Jahre alt ist. Etwas veraltetes Design und etwas unsaubere Fugen. Sonst alles top!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist fantatisch am Ende des langen Strands von Flic-en-Flac. Hier kann man kilometerlange Spaziergänge am Meer machen oder morgens eine Runde am Strand laufen gehen. Das gebuchte Zimmer war in einem guten Zustand, die Betten waren bequem, man hatte einen schönen Blick aufs Merr (wir waren im obersten Stock, also 2 OG. Das Badezimmer ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Essen haben wir nur in Buffett-Form genutzt. Man könnte auch in den den a-la-carte Restaurants speisen zum Abendessen und es wird ein Betrag entgegengerechnet. Den genauen Betrag weiß ich nicht mehr. Das Essen am Buffet war täglich wechselnd, wobei sich die Themenabende wöchentlich wiederholt haben. Es gab immer eine mehr als ausreichende Auswahl und das Essen war von guter Qualität und Geschmack. Wir waren im östlichen "Flügel" des Hotels und würden diesen auch empfehlen, da vor dem westlichen Teil eine etwas größere Ausseneinheit einer Klimaanlage oder Heizung des Pools steht, welchem man beim Vorbeilaufen doch gut hören konnte. Hier kann ich mir vorstellen, dass man diese Abends auf dem Balkon doch hören könnte. Aber das ist auch nur eine Vermutung, da sie doch bestimmt 10 Meter entfernt der Balkone steht. Allgemein vermute ich, dass man von jedem Balkon einen guten Blick aufs Meer hat. Die Baumkronen der Palmen sind doch hoch genug, dass man noch gut unterdurch schauen kann. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig allgemein. Da es auch kein All-inclusive gibt, gab es bei uns zumindest auch keine unangenehm betrunkenen Gäste. Liegen am Meer waren bei uns auch immer welche frei (Waren Ende Mai vor Ort). Personal ist auch mehr als genug vorhanden, falls man mal etwas braucht.

Keine wirkliche Kritik, aber für uns war das mit der "Freundlichkeit" schon etwas zu viel. Jedes zweite Wort des Personals war gefühlt Danke. Also, danke dass ich den Teller abräumen darf, danke dass ich nachschenken durfte etc. Abends sich selbst Wasser nachschenken aus der bestellten Flasche am Tisch war auch schwer, da sofort jemand da war der einem die Flasche gefühlt aus der Hand gerissenn hat, um das Einschenken zu Übernehmen. Aber das ist Geschmackssache und "meckern" auf ganz hohem Niveau. Wir würden auf jeden Fall immer wieder dieses Hotel buchen, falls wir wieder nach Mauritius kommen.

Très belles prestations, accueil formidable et effIcace, nourriture variée et rrès bien préparée, chambres spacieuses et bien agencées, propreté irréprochable, très belle piscine, animations quotidiennes avec un bar très sympa. L'équipe a été merveilleuse avec nous tout au long du séjour. On a apprécié particulièrement les omelettes du petit-déjeuner et le contact privilégié avec notre serveur préféré Adrien. On reviendra avec grand plaisir. Encore un grand merci à vous pour ce merveilleux séjour ! On a eu du mal à vous quitter.

Es gab eine grosse Auswahl am Buffet und die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns das Abendprogramm, das für eine tolle und amüsante Atmosphäre gesorgt hat. Vor allem der DJ Jean Paul hat uns mit seiner Musik begeistert. Auch die im Aufenthalt inkludierten Wasseraktivitäten haben uns sehr gut gefallen und für zusätzliche Abwechslung gesorgt.

Ottimo cibo nel ristorante a buffet, colazione e cena, con serate a tema. Camere ampie e super fornite con vista mozza fiato sull’oceano. Pulizia miticolosa di tutti gli spazi. Piscina a sfioro sulla spiaggia/oceano emozionante con acqua riscaldata. Spa piccola e funzionale, anche dedicata. Cortesia e gentilezza di tutto il personale, cura e attenzione. Assenza di bambini.

Punto Mare rovinato dalle scogliere centrali, a 500 metri spiaggia infinita e mare stupendo. Forse troppa e continua richiesta del personale se tutto andasse bene, e il voler gestire con estrema attenzione ogni tuo movimento (sistemare teli mare, pulire occhiali, versare acqua, spostare lettini, ecc). Forse siamo noi che non siamo abituati a troppa apprensione e attenzione, a volte stremante se si vuole riposare o si è presi a leggere o nei propri pensieri. Troppa clientela italiana di figli di papà e pervenuti. Sarebbe meglio fosse internazionale.

Struttura più piccola delle altre e più intima. Il personale è eccezionale e la camera estremamente pulita.

Solamente la cena indiana purtroppo non era di mio gusto. Per il resto tutto cucinato molto bene.

Le calme, le personnel, l’ambiance général et intimiste malgré la taille de l’hôtel (ce n’est pas une resort non plus). Le placement de hôtel : il se situe tout au jour de flic en flac, l’avantage aucun voisin (=resort) vous êtes seul au monde sur la plage.

On était chambre 115. Vu presque direct sur l’ensemble du bar. Niveau intimité dans la chambre c’était moyen. Aussi un groupe de musique ou dj vient jouer tous les soirs de 20h30 à 22h30 c’est sympa mais quand on a une chambre en face de la scène et du bar, cela donne un concert (trop privé) dans la chambre. Je vous conseil de demander d’être de l’autre côté de l’hôtel surtout si comme nous vous aimez partir tôt le matin vous baladez

Il servizio era eccellente, tutti molto gentili. La posizione fantastica, tranquilla e con una vista meravigliosa. Anche le attività proposte nel pacchetto sono state molto apprezzate (sup, kayak).

I camerieri a volte erano troppo insistenti nel chiedere se desideravi altro. Attenzione alla strada per arrivare: Google maps ne propone una di default che passa per una strada privata, prendete invece quella che costeggia la costa!

Nuestra estancia ha sido fantástica. Es un hotel muy tranquilo, con playa privada y acceso a otras playas preciosas. Tras visitar diferentes zonas de Mauricio, puedo decir que su ubicación es muy buena y, si lo que buscas es disfrutar del mar, está en una de las mejores zonas de la isla, con algunas de las playas más bonitas. Lo que realmente hace especial a este hotel es su personal. La atención fue simplemente excepcional. Todo el equipo, especialmente Namarat, Karisma, Saanvi y Adrien, fue increíblemente amable, cercano, respetuoso y profesional. Siempre estaban pendientes de que no nos faltara absolutamente nada, cuidando cada detalle y haciéndonos sentir como en casa. Da gusto encontrarse con personas que disfrutan tanto de su trabajo y transmiten tan buena energía. La comida también merece una mención especial. El buffet de desayuno es espectacular, con muchísima variedad y de gran calidad. Con media pensión, cada noche había un buffet temático diferente, todos riquísimos. Además, se podía elegir restaurante a la carta o menú del día, todo preparado con mucho cariño. Incluye además actividades acuáticas como kayak, hidropedal y un paseo en barco con fondo de cristal para contemplar el coral, un detalle que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. Sin duda, repetiríamos y lo recomendaríamos."

La zona de la piscina está muy cuidada; la playa que tienen delante es súper tranquila con vistas a Le Morne. Un gimnasio pequeño pero bien cuidado con su zona de fitness y de cardio. El servicio excepcional.

El buffet podría ser mejorable, y los dos restaurantes que tienen a "La Carte" es cada día lo mismo; podrían hacer una carta más extensa o ir cambiando para no comer lo mismo todos los días. Las bebidas no estaban incluidas y eran caras.

Merci Laurent directeur adjoint et son équipe pour cet excellent séjour dans votre établissement Tout le personnel est au petit soin, toujours une petite attention soucieux du moindre détail et ils le font avec beaucoup de délicatesse et de naturel afin qu’on se sente bien dans ce cocon Tout était parfait, notre chambre, les espaces communs, les repas et les prestations. Nous avons eu le droit à une belle célébration pour nos 35 ans, nous avions vraiment l’impression d’être des VIP Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de ce séjour et cela c’est grâce à vous. What really stands out is the staff. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Nous avons tout aimé ! La beauté du site et de l’hôtel , l’extrême gentillesse du personnel et la variété des plats proposés au restaurant. C’est un hôtel à dimension humaine, calme qui a comblé et dépassé nos attentes ! Nous y avons passé un séjour idyllique, Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

-Aucune attention pour notre lune de miel (contrairement à 5 autres hôtels que nous avons faits à Maurice) -service très forcé, on est régulièrement poussé à la consommation -Buffet moyen -Chambre mal insonorisée -Mauvais rapport qualité/prix !!!!!!!! Beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation proposée, nous avons testé 2 hôtels 4 étoiles moins chers et largement au dessus, et nous avons également testé le dinarobin (un vrai 5 étoiles) qui est strictement incomparable

Notre hôtel coup de cœur à l’Ile Maurice. Le personnel est aux petits soins, les activités nautiques sont super (snorkeling, ski nautique….), animation pendant la journée et le soir (aquagym, DJ…), buffets excellents et variés et surtout hôtel à taille humaine qui donne l’impression qu’il y a peu de monde. Baptême de plongée au centre de plonge à 5 minutes de l’hôtel. Vraiment super avec des ados

Супер отель, супер персонал, супер локация, супер питание. Особенно порадовала цена в период межсезонья! Каждый вечер новая кухня, у нас была итальянская, индийская и морская (маврикийская наверное). Завтрак тоже очень вкусный и разнообразный. Порадовало, что включены водные виды и не нужно дополнительно за них платить (водные лыжи, снорклинг и т.д.). Есть хороший фитнес, корты для большого тенниса, маленький теннис, волейбол и многое другое. Номера просторные, даже с гардеробной, ванной и душем. Убираются по несколько раз в день и постоянно обновляют воду! Персонал просто великолепен.

Обратите внимание, что заезд с Флик а Флак, а не через лес, по которому ведёт навигатор.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Resort. Der Service der Mitarbeiter war großartig. Auch das Buffetessen war immer sehr lecker. Strand sauber & viele Aktivitäten wie (Kajak, Glasbodenboot, Schnorcheln usw..) gratis dabei. Pool war auch sehr schön. Also wir waren sehr sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel kann stolz sein solch tolle Mitarbeiter zu haben. 😊

Sehr schönes, modernes und hochwertiges Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Man bekommt jeden Tag bis zu 4 Flaschen Wasser auf das Zimmer und auch die Strandtücher bekommt man doppelt. Abwechslungsreiches Essen mit „Themenabenden“ (Indisch, italienisch, asiatisch etc.) mit Live Musik. Preis-Leistung ist absolut überragend. Da das Hotel etwas abgelegen liegt, ist der Strand sehr ruhig. Man kann jederzeit Kajaks, SUPs oder Schnorchelausrüstung kostenlos ausleihen. Der Spa Bereich ist super (ein eigenes Gebäude) und Sauna kann man zum Beispiel kostenlos in Anspruch nehmen. Insgesamt ein kleines, mehr exklusiveres Hotel, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat.

Getränkepreise für unser Ermessen teilweise etwas teuer (besonders alkoholfreie Getränke).
