Me encantó este hotel Está muy bien situado, es un hotel nuevo, la cama comodísima y también sus almohadas. Está cerca de varios puntos visitables de la ciudad. El mejor hotel de nuestro viaje a china

Nada Todo perfecto

La struttura ha sicuramente del potenziale, siamo capitati in un momento scomodo poiché l’albergo è in ristrutturazione per cui molti servizi non erano disponibili, tuttavia, superati i fraintendimenti iniziali, il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Colazione ottima!

È stato molto difficile convincere lo staff che nella nostra prenotazione la colazione fosse inclusa e alle difficoltà di comunicazione dovute alle barriere linguistiche ci è stato risposto che non sono tenuti a parlare l’inglese ne a fornirci spiegazioni. Insomma assolutamente poco accoglienti per un hotel di un certo livello..

Room was really nice and amenities were great. The hotel is close to a lot of the shops and restaurants so location was also great. I really liked the availability and user friendliness of the washing machines and dryers.

I felt very welcome, the bed was gorgeous and the room, though a little old was squeaky clean. I gather they are upgrading and if the same team of staff are there it will be a word of mouth recommendation for a hidden gem.

Just a little thing, the carpet while it was plush and clean in the hallway was a little hard to push my luggage on but that could be the weight of my bags.

Location! Two coffee places nearby! One massage place at the other entry of the same building (ask the staff how to get there). Short stroll to the museums and people's park. Short stroll to the Chunxi Shopping areas, directly opposite the intersection, across the sky bridge! Extremely friendly staff. Secure and safe access to your room.

Офигенная большая удобная кровать. Кофе, чай и все принадлежности, очень хороший напор воды в душе. Приятные и очень отзывчивые сотрудники, которые помогали со всему вопросами. Расположение очень удобное, рядом большая пешеходная улица, на которой можно отлично пошопиться.

Estaban haciendo algunas reparaciones y había algo de ruido. Sin embargo no afecto mucho

The location is perfect, next to Tifanu square and just across the street from one of the busiest pedestrian shopping streets. A metro station is close by as well. The hotel and room was modern and everything was clean and comfortable.

No English speaking staff

De locatie is vlakbij Tianfu Square. Hotel zelf gewoon netjes. Let wel op met het adres, er zijn meer van deze hotels.

Westers ontbijt stelt niet heel veel voor, maar als je van Chinees ontbijt houdt, zit je helemaal goed.

The property was well appointed but staff were quite rude and impatient. Property itself was under renovation so there were people in and out all day. It was packed with customers as well so using the washing machines and dryers were a regular late night feature which makes it hard to go to bed early

Not a great place to stay in. If you are willing to pay a little more, it is worthwhile going to a nicer hotel

Location is very convenient, close to the subway and within walking distance to dining places and areas. Room is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The hotel building looks a bit dated from the outside - don't let it fool you, everything is perfect inside. The staff doesn't speak English well enough, but they are pros in using translation apps and all are very helpful and nice.

Noisy neighbours?

We had an extra suitcase which the hotel happily kept for us whilst we went to Jiuzhaigou for 9 days.

Nothing comes to mind.

The hotel was like 10 mins walk to Tianfu Square & metro station. The bed & pillows were awesome. This hotel chain is well managed, the room that i had was big too. So was convenient for me and the kids.

We like the location of this property, it is easy to access metro. A lot of places are walkable if you like. We requested a quiet room and the staff updated it, which was nice. The room was not very big but big enough for two of us. The property provided unlimited bottled water and soda. We have stayed for 5 nights and we had nice stay.

Great location. Staffs meet my needs and help to problem solve. Spacious and clean room. Has free laundry service but did not use because did not have time and too tired after travelling during the day. I am thankful for the staff who helped me to solve the payment amount issue during check-in. I think there was a difference in the room rates between booking.com and the hotel, and almost ended up paying more than what was priced on Booking.com where I booked. But the staffs managed to help verify with Booking.com and gave us the rate booked with Booking.com

They did not clean the bathroom and floor as I could see my hair on the floor. They do not provide universal adapter, nor is the power socket compatible for international travelers

Great location with plenty of eateries nearby, near to the train station. Rooms and bathroom are spacious and clean. The staff are helpful. Walking distance to Chunxi and taikoo shopping area.

There was no opportunity to pay by a foreign card (not Chinese one)

I must say the staff is the nicest people they are willing to go extra miles to accomodate the guests. They helped us requesting Uber and in exchange we paid them my cash (because the fee is directly deducted from their account). They also gave us early check in!

Our room was a bit too far haha but it's okay we got the 3 person room.

Location is good. Breakfast is great.

Room doesn’t have good air circulation. Too warm even when open the window.
