L’espace dans le living room et l’incroyable vue sur la mer depuis le salon la salle à manger et la terrasse. La proximité du village via les petits chemins qui descendent de la maison,

Globalement, la maison et les services ne justifient pas le prix de la location. On paye surtout la vue. La chambre du bas est exiguë et la salle de douche peu avenante. Il n’y avait ni tapis de bain, ni savon dans les sanitaires. Les consigne d’arrivée et de départ sont contraignantes (besoin de faire un check in, de renseigner des formalités) et les contacts avec l’hôte très impersonnels.

Tolle Lage mit schöner Aussicht und ruhig.. Kurzer Spaziergang ins Zentrum Fjällbacka. Viel Platz im Haus für 6 Personen, gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine Tumbler vorhanden. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und empfehlen das Haus.

Alles war gut.

The views are amazing and the property takes full advantage of them with superb picture windows. Location is perfect either for walks over the hill or down to the beach. We liked the option of cleaning the place ourselves and keeping the cost down - it was no problem there was good instructions!

The app to use on arrival was a bit confusing and over complicated, but did work OK once we'd worked it out. The facilities in the house were fine but lacked some 'homely' extras - for example there were no scissors in the kitchen and no throws or cushions on the sofas to be extra comfortable! It was hot in the house when returning at the end of the day, there was air conditioning which was nice although we did manage to trip the electrical breaker by using the air conditioning, the dish washer and a kettle at the same time! But these are minor issues, on the whole we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if in the area.

A few issues with the property: A leaking shower in one bathroom A leaking kettle Dirty floors Blinds in the bedroom that didn’t work One of the bathrooms continually had a ‘drains’ smell which was unpleasant

Der Hauptgrund für die Buchung war die Aussicht und sie ist tatsächlich grandios! Die Matratzen sind sehr gut, wir haben wirklich gut geschlafen.

Es war nicht sehr sauber gereinigt, man muss sich die Betten selbst beziehen und auch wieder abziehen(auch wenn man dafür bezahlt), einige Einrichtungsstücke sind recht abgewohnt(Badezimmerspiegel ist wackelig und abgeschlagen, die Toilettensitze wackeln) Fenster waren leider nicht geputzt

La plateforme Connect pour obtenir le Boarding pass de la Location. Ne fonctionne pas avec le téléphone, il faut se connecter avec son ordinateur. Sans payer un supplément, on reçoit le code d‘ouverture de la porte quelques heures avant seulement. Et comme l‘application ne fonctionne pas avec le téléphone, et qu‘on ne prend pas forcément son ordinateur en vacances ,….. Je ne trouve pas normal de devoir payer un supplément pour obtenir ce code en avance. Le prix des linges de lit est cher, tout comme les frais de ménage. Le seul supermarché du village n‘est pas bien achalandé si on veut se faire à manger dans l‘appartement. Il faut faire ses achats plus loin. Nous n‘avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le sauna.

This was clearly me and familys all time favourite.

Theres not much to complain about, almost everything was perfect but my feedback would still be to not charge the hell out of every little thing.. Dont get me wrong here, this stay actually has great value for what you get but additional fees for a later checkout, fees 1500 sek in case of damage - or pay a fee and / or all the other small fees just removes a tiny bit of you feeling welcome. As the starting price is already in the upper segment I think some goodwill would just give you that extra experience in an already amazing stay. The other option would be to simply include those fees in the starting price which would also give you a complete overview from the start for how much it actually costs.

Location. I love the sunset here, super comfortable stays.

Everything needs extra payments. You need to pay for the towels, quilt covers, etc. Before that, we also payed extra for the repairing. The app also confused us a lot. The kitchen is quite basic.

Location is just outstanding. Good property.

tremendous view, big windows to the west side letting the sunshine in. The house is built on the typical stone at the west coast of Sweden.

Kitchen equipment is basic.
