Charming Sea-view Haven by AJF Dream Living

Un peu décentré par rapport au centre de Fjällbacka, mais la vue en vaut absolument la peine. Petit chemin d'accès, dans la verdure et les petites maisons suédoises, pour accéder au centre. Idyllique. Maison confortable et agréable à vivre. A l'intérieur, tout est pratique et fonctionnel. On a beaucoup apprécié y séjourner. On y retournera :)

Petite remarque : la maison n'est pas faite pour les enfants en bas âge (ou personne à mobilité réduite) , car l'escalier qui monte aux deux lits jumeaux est très pentu !

Super emplacement Propre. Cuisine équipée. Confortable.

Seul bémol - coût pour ajout drap et serviettes et chambre trop petite pour les valises

Helles, luftiges Häuschen für 3-4 Personen, mit allem was man für erholsame Ferien braucht. Aussicht ist hübsch und sehr ruhige Lage, trotzdem in 10min im Zentrum und 5-10min zum Meer. Parkplatz mit Ladestation gleich am Haus.

Für unsere Gewohnheit zu weiches Boxspring Bett. Türcode funktionierte initial nicht, konnte innert minuten aber gelöst werden. Steile Leiter ins Obergeschoss für kleine Kinder nicht geeignet.

Køkkenet var fint udstyret.

Sengene var meget bløde. Rengøring ikke helt i top. Meget dokumentation omkring ophold - bøvlet onboarding med forskellige forsikringer mv. vi havde bestilt sengetøj og håndklæder, men det var der ikke. De kom dog hurtigt med det.

Die Lage und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Obwohl man anhand der Bilder eine andere Aussicht erwartet hatte. Das Haus ist sehr einladend und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles da was man braucht. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Die Ankunft hat uns gar nicht gefallen. Es gab Verständigungsschwierigkeiten mit dem Vermieter. Sollten den Türcode erst bekommen, wenn wir eine Kaution bezahlt haben. Fand ich seltsam, musste ich bei booking.com auch noch nie. Als ich dann zahlen wollte, hat es nicht funktioniert. Fazit wir standen zwei Stunden verzweifelt vor der Tür. Nachdem ich mich an booking.com gewandt hatte, konnten wir zwar rein, aber sie stornierten die Buchung trotzdem. Musste dann direkt beim Vermieter neu buchen und bezahlen. War alles sehr kompliziert und nervig. Buchungen die mit AJF Dream Living zu tun haben, sollte man besser meiden. Die obere Etage ist auch nur schwer zu nutzen. Die Leiter ist sehr steil, Gepäck beispielsweise könnte man nicht nach oben bringen. Den Backofen musste ich vor Gebrauch komplett reinigen, inklusive Blech und Rost.

Location and cleanliness

Too much personal information required for entry and exit system. As well as photo of passport details a selfie and date of birth also required. I received a message to warn me not to submit my passport details to an unknown source. Also date of birth required for Wi-Fi. This should not be needed when all information about occupants have already been submitted. Password should be enough. Privacy was compromised as guests of other properties had to walk straight past the property we stayed in.

Mulighed for en fleksibel indtjekning. Lader til elbil. Stort set var der alt man skulle bruge.

Sengen var for høj og for blød.

Fjällbacka ist sehr schön.

Es gibt versteckte Kosten, auf die man nicht von vornherein hinweist: Kaution/Versicherung, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Endreinigung. Die Endreinigung muss bar bezahlt werden, das ist seltsam. Die Benützungsvorschriften sind nicht gastfreundlich, sondern abschreckend. Hier kommen immerhin Gäste auf Urlaub.

Perfekte Ausstattung, schöne Lage am Berg mit toller Aussicht.

Ligging

Alles was prima, ik miste alleen een fysiek boek over de locatie met handleidingen. De zithoek was bijzonder krap en nodigde niet uit om er gezellig te zitten

sea view was a very narrow stripe of water in distance limited by wall and neighbour's car park. Flat was untidy and cutlery partly broken. Airconditioning was malfunctioning and tv had no power connection. Hosts were rude and slow in answering queries. This house-stay ruined my holidays and left med sad and disappointed. 1st truly negative experience through Booking com, which I hope will not be encountered again.

The holiday home Vetteberget Anexet really comes with a lot of features: A comfortable living room, a well equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, microwave oven, really big fridge,...) and a spacious bathroom with a washing machine are only surpassed by the great view over the sea - even more enjoyable from the bedroom on the upper floor. A parking lot in direct proximity makes the house even more convenient.

Check-In and Check-Out are completely carried out by smartphone which is comfortable, but a little impersonal. The place is amazing, but the experience could be improved by adding a human touch to the booking process :)

very good location, stunning views, nice kitchen, good water pressure in the shower. would have been nice to have some extra towel, but we managed. 11/10 we will definitely repeat if we ever come near Fjallbacka.

there was a potato chip on the floor,, our baby almost take it. babies can choke with that stuff. also i didnt like the mattress, but my wife loved it, so I guess we can leave that even

Beautiful view and a lovely walk down into the town with lots of restaurants and a supermarket. Very well equipped apartment, a kettle would be a welcome addition to save boiling water on the stove.

Bedding had to be paid extra, which we were aware of, however the money was collected in cash, which we had not been made aware of and didn’t have and was the only time in 16 days we needed it.
