Niente Aqua calda niente colazione e tante code.e sono scapato cia anche prima con la famiglia perché fatto solo una notte ma inrialta ho prenotato per due giorne e pagato tutto. Ma la fina ho lasciato tutto sanza chiedere anche il rimborso

L'établissement est très isolé dans les montagnes, ce qui n'était pas précisé lors de la réservation (non annulable et non remboursable). De plus, pour se rendre à Taghazout ou Tamraght, le personnel propose des taxis à des tarifs excessifs. On se sent piégé à la fois par la localisation et par les prix des transports proposées sur place.

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Pokój był duży, łóżko wygodne, w pokoju było czysto, host bardzo miły i pomocny. Jak chcieliśmy wyjechać wcześnie rano to zrobił nam wcześniej śniadanie, co bardzo doceniamy. Na miejscu jest dostępna suszarka do włosów.
W kuchni było bardzo brudno i w łazienkach poza pokojem było brudno. Nie było innych gości poza nami, bo skończył się sezon surfurski, więc host mógł się przyłożyć i posprzątać, bo naprawdę nie wyglądało to apetycznie.

Leider war die Küche und das Badezimmer sehr schmutzig & auch das Gemeinschaftsbad hat sehr unangenehm gerochen, was sich im ganzen Hostel ausgebreitet hat.

El hostal esta genial, es amplio y limpio e Ismael y Abdullah son realmente encantadores, el desayuno es abundante y esta rico. La verdad no tenemos ninguna pega hacia el hostal y mucho menos hacia la gente que lo gestiona

La chambre cozy et élégante (avec salle d'eau privative), l'accueil des hôtes (avec traditionnel thé à la menthe à notre arrivée sur le toit terrasse), le tajine tomates kefta oeuf (une tuerie!) et le petit dej hyper copieux ! Je recommande vivement !
allez, petit souci sur le poussoir de la douche mais on a su s'en accommoder ! et peut-être la position un peu excentrée (mais cela ne nous a pas posé de pb vu que nous avions une voiture)

Reviewed Aug 19, 2025Tuve una experiencia realmente mala y no lo recomiendo a nadie. Desde el primer momento la atención fue pésima: al llegar nos pasaron directamente a las habitaciones sin explicarnos absolutamente nada. Las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, no tienen aire acondicionado y la calidad en general es muy baja para el precio. Además, para llegar al apartamento hay que recorrer un camino de tierra en muy mal estado. Nos quedamos dos noches (ya pagadas por la página web), pero al regresar después de visitar la zona nos encontramos con la sorpresa de que nuestras habitaciones habían sido entregadas a otras personas. Una falta total de respeto y profesionalidad. La “solución” que nos ofrecieron fue darnos otra habitación que no tenía nada que ver con lo que habíamos reservado: sin ventilación, sin ventanas y compartida, lo cual es inaceptable. Por si fuera poco, la limpieza brilla por su ausencia: la parte de arriba de la azotea estaba sucia y llena de colillas de cigarro, la cocina estaba totalmente sucia y las neveras en un estado asqueroso. En definitiva, una experiencia pésima, con una gestión nefasta y cero consideración hacia el cliente. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

He does everything to make you feel welcome. He makes delicious tajines too. The rooftop has a great view on mountain and sea and amazing when clear sky to watch stars. If you guys have a car then its perfect otherwise Abdollah can always fix a berber taxi to/from taghazout Thank you

Abdullah and Yazid did everything to make our stay incredibly special, breakfast of our choice every morning regardless of time .We had fabulous home cooked dinner,including lamb tagine and special grilled chicken which were our favourite meals in Morocco. We will 💯 be back. Also the place was spotless.

Reviewed Feb 20, 2024Great value and a fun guest house. We were welcomed into Morocco by our hosts Abdul and Mustafa who looked after us and provided delicious food. We had one of the nicest Tagines in our entire trip made by Mustafa (1 x fish, 1 x chicken - both delicious). We were able to drink our own wine (bought in Agadir) with our meal - a small luxury in Morocco! We enjoyed a music session on the roof - the rare torrential rain not stopping the moroccan sense of fun and adventure. Breakfast was good and filling; It included eggs and the usual moroccan fare of delicious bread, jam, delicious honey and amlou with coffee and tea. The terrace was the perfect location, with views across the mountains and the ocean. A hire car is recommended to stay here as it is a long way from town, but it was perfect for us as we wanted to be more in nature. Although, you can always hitch a ride into town with friendly locals who frequent the main road into Tagazhout. We also reommend enjoying a morning stroll with the local friendly dogs as you explore the local villages.

Poor lighting in the room. No sink in the bathroom. The shower is not separated from the toilet (added photo), so the toilet and the whole bathroom would get wet after showering. The hot water supply was not stable. The cutlery wasn't completely clean.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2024I liked everything about my stay in Orca Surf House, especially the owner and his staff, they were extremely nice people and made me feel at home as soon as I entered the house. A special thanks to Mustafa, who cooked for me , and I will be going back there soon, to enjoy Orca House Hospitality. I have made new friends at Orca House, which I will never forget. Akhmed was great fun, and made me feel comfortable immediately. Mustafa took me to the beach one day, and I played football with his friends, it was a memorable day. Mohammed ( Mo ) came to the house on my last day, and was Mustafa s friend, he was a great soul.

His help was invaluable, both he and Mustafa are to be highly commended for their hard work, kindness and attention. I have already recommended this location to friends and family 😁. If you're looking for peace and tranquility - the Orca is perfect.
It would be great if some arrangement could be made to facilitate the journey between the town and the hostel...If you haven't got transport, it's not ideal.
