Super clean and comfortable

While I appreciated how clean the property was and loved the cozy atmosphere on the rooftop, I am writing to share some concerning feedback regarding customer service. A few staff members showed clear favoritism toward foreign guests while treating local guests with an air of superiority and rudeness. The location and facilities are wonderful, but the staff needs to treat all guests with equal respect, regardless of whether they are locals or foreigners.

The terrace was beautiful and clean, the rooms and beds were very comfortable as well, the staff was EXCELLENT to say the least, specially Karim he went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met and even gave us a lot of great recommendations when it came to places to visit/ transportation methods, our stay was amazing thanks to him

La ducha no es muy cómoda pero al menos el baño es amplio.

The breakfast was served barely hot and there were a lot of bees.

The stuff was super nice. Karim and Ismail managed to make out stay even more comfortable. Everything was clean and tidy and really close to the beach and the center. Would really recommend it.

Great stay at Dar Surf! Amazing vibe, friendly staff, and a special thanks to Karim at reception for being so helpful and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to keep the terrace open later than midnight so guests can relax and chill a bit longer.

C’est calme, propre, avec une super vue sur Taghazout. L établissement est très bien équipé, il y a tout pour passer un bon séjour. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Et l’équipe est aux petits soins. Merci à Kareem pour sa bonne humeur !

Nous étions dans la chambre 8 très propre est confortable, par contre les nuits son un enfer les bruit de l’extérieur et monstre et nous avons dû fermer les fenêtres car un odeur horrible remonter de la rue… Sinon l’accueil au rdv

Charmantes Hostel mit gemütlichem Zimmer und toller Aussicht. Sehr gutes Frühstück auf der tollen Terasse. Sehr angenehmes Badezimmer mit Dusche.

J’ai apprécié la propreté, le personnel super sympathique, la vue magnifique depuis la terrasse, les lits confortables ainsi que la propreté de la salle de bain commune. Seul petit point d’amélioration : j’aurais apprécié que la douche soit équipée d’un pommeau de douche mobile et des sandales en plastique à disposition pour simplifier la douche.

Dar surf was inviting from the start with Youseff’s welcome and Kareem’s check in on our stay. The hostel was cleaned on a daily basis to a great standard. There were three main social spaces including a communal eating area, outdoor covered seating area and the rooftop (amazing sea views) - all were great for meeting others in the accommodation. Highly recommend on your visit to Taghazout.

L’emplacement est idéal, la chambre était très propre comme toute l’auberge. Les espaces communs étaient très confortables et très jolis ! Le petit déjeuner est en supplément mais le rapport qualité prix était exceptionnel ! Des cours de surf sont proposés par l’auberge comme des transferts en taxi ce qui nous a beaucoup facilité la tâche. Une mention honorable pour le staff qui était très accueillant et disponible, et aux femmes de ménage qui font un travail exceptionnel dans l’établissement !! Nous reviendrons à coup sûr ;)

L’un des meilleurs hostels que j’ai pu faire. Le personnel a été exceptionnel, merci à Ismail, Kareem et Mohammed pour la session de surf. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, le roof top très sympa. Nous avons eu la chance de rencontrer beaucoup de monde avec qui nous avons pu partager la session de surf, coucher de soleil au skatepark et dîner dans le centre ville. La localisation est parfaite, à quelques pas du centre ville, un peu moins agité. les chambres en dortoir très spacieuses avec de grands casiers et cadenas à disposition. Rien à dire sur le confort et la propreté. L’hostel peut arranger un transfert en taxi pour rejoindre Agadir ou des bus sont disponibles au départ Surf Maroc Shop. Prévoir du cash car très peu d’endroit voir aucun ne prend la carte et les frais de change sont d’environ 13%. Je reviendrais !

Personnel sympa, rooftop très joli, situation idéale

Chambre remplie de tâches de moisissures, les lits sont poussés contre le mur moisi, tâches ressemblant à des punaises de lit sur les draps, chambre même pas balayée donc pleine de sable, chambre au -1 avec une toute petite fenêtre donnant sur la rue donc nous avons eu du bruit toute la nuit avec le passage des gens.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Propreté des chambres et des espaces communs: 10/10 Le petit déjeuner est complet avec une spécialité marocaine différente chaque jour. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter le village à pied mais également pour déposer sa voiture facilement (parking 1€/jour) Un grand merci à Karim pour ses recommandations !

Nous voulions faire du yoga mais nous n’étions pas assez nombreux, nous en avons trouvé dans un autre hôtel. Peut-être changer les serviettes de douche au cours du séjour, mais c’est vraiment pour trouver un point « d’amélioration »

Soggiorno fantastico al Dar Surf! Ci siamo trovati benissimo, accolti con grande calore e disponibilità fin dal primo momento. La colazione è davvero abbondantissima, perfetta per iniziare la giornata con energia. Abbiamo anche partecipato alle lezioni di surf insieme ad altre persone ed è stata un’esperienza divertente e ben organizzata. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli, ideali per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in mare. Consigliamo assolutamente questa surf house a chi cerca un ambiente accogliente, sociale e pieno di energia positiva!

Tout est très très propre ! Le personnel est incroyablement disponible et les femmes qui s occupent du petit déjeuner et de l entretien sont exceptionnelles ! Un grand merci à ces femmes qui font un travail phénoménal !

Il faudrait mettre des rideaux occultant pour les lits dortoirs, pour l'intimité et lumière ...

Tout est super propre, les personnel exceptionnel, bémol avec le français... Les femmes abattent un travail phénoménal, du petit déjeuner, au ménage jusqu'à accueillir parfois la clientèle, se plient en 4 afin que vous soyez accueillis de la meilleure façon ! C'est la meilleure auberge de jeunesse visitée !

Emplacement très central, les terrasses sont incroyables. Le personnel est très accueillant, on n'a pu déposer nos affaires en avance.

Les oreillers étaient très durs et les lits peu confortables.

Had such a great stay at Dar Surf! The whole place has a really chill vibe and everything just felt easy and comfortable from the start. Breakfast was honestly a highlight, so fresh and super tasty, definitely something I looked forward to every morning. Overall, everything was just great and I’d 100% come back. Would totally recommend it to anyone passing through!

Great hostel, room was lovely and clean. Very central location. Friendly staff and easy check-in. No problems at all, would return. Just a heads up, the hostel is towards the top of a hill, although many hostels in the area seem to be similar.

Great place to stay in Taghazout. My private room was clean and comfortable, definitely good value for money for a solo traveler. Location is pretty central and the place is easy to find. Friendly staff, good showers and strong wifi.

This was an amazing Hostel!! The rooms were spacious and clean, staff extremely helpful and accomodating! Organsied my taxi and happy to answer any questions. Surf instructors were fabulous, and staff were flexible if I wanted to join yoga or surfing. Food was incredible! Highly reccomend hostel breakfast and dinner, very affordable for what you get. The rooftop has a gorgeous view of the ocean and Taghazout. Close to everything you need!

I found some of the showers in the shared dorm bathroom not the best set up and didn’t fully close, there was a lack of privacy in shared bathroom especially for a mixed dorm however, still plenty of showers and bench space and still very clean and tidy!!

Alles, das Zimmer war wunderschön gestaltet und gut aufgeteilt. Das Frühstück war vielfältig, frisch und lecker. Das Personal besonders Karim waren super und echt sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist perfekt.

O isolamento de som não era o melhor. Tivemos azar com os nossos vizinhos do quarto ao lado que faziam muito barulho nas horas de descanso. O chuveiro não tinha proteções então a casa de banho ficava um lago depois de tomar banho.
