Nice pool, cute sitting area for restaurant. Beds are sturdy with a good amount of space, staff was sweeping dorm room daily.

Construction starting at 8 am daily. Literal metal grinding noises that hurt your ears 15 ft away from breakfast area. No yoga, no space to hang out aside from restaurant due to construction. Showers backed up and felt dirty. Toilets not cleaned regularly throughout the day, communal sinks dirty. Also did my laundry here and SPECIFICALLY asked the girl if its a good laundry and if there have been any issues with clothing getting ruined, she assured me that no. Surprise- I got my clothing back and it has permanent orange stains all over lol 🙃

Best hostel in all of Ubud. Very organised and very friendly staff. Especially the woman at the reception always helped us and was very nice. The massage was very good and the food was excellent. All in all it was a very good hostel and also the location was very central. I'll be happy to come back.

Las instalaciones estan muy muy bien, tienen muchos detalles en los que no hubiese pensado antes para un hostel. El personal es muy muy amable y servicial, la piscina buenísima, y el restaurante también genial.

The showers could be cleaner, certains person in the staff can be more polite and there is a smell of cigarette in front of the room before the staff smoke next to the reception in a room without doors, just a curtain.

So clean a quite! A great escape from the busy streets of Ubud. The breakfast was also great and I really enjoyed the events the hostel had to offer! Beds are really comfy and staff is very friendly.

I wish there was a kitchen but just a preference. Plenty of great food near by.

Great place with good decent beds and privacy. Staff were wonderful and the breakfast was good.

staff did bare minimum and there was construction at the property that isn’t warned about when booking, starting as early as 8am some days waking me up. A day after i got there, a sign was put up saying construction would be between 10-5 and the next morning i was woken at 9 again to the sound of hammering and drilling

The hostel was lovely, the staff were so friendly and always welcoming. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options! I would definitely recommend!

Everything was perfect easily the best hostel I have stayed in. Very clean, good breakfast, people are so lovely

the rooms are very nice with drying area and changing rooms. towels are furnished and there are lots of free activities such as massage ! restaurant was so good and i really want to thank the serving staff who made me go there everyday by their kindness :)

Limited unprofessional staff available to manage maintenance and assist when difficult situations arise. Preferential treatment given to a customer who should have been evicted for assaulting me and blocking my entry to the dormitory. This altercation was witnessed by a young male employee who was on call alone to deal with an aggressive angry female. I reported her behaviour twice to this employee.

Pool sign said cleaning in progress. When asked at reception, someone had forgotten to remove the sign. I wasted two hours waiting around.

the property is at the center of all shops yet it provides serenity.. no noise heard on the property and feels like you’re in a jungle. ☺️

It was the best hostel I have stayed in during my travels. Super clean, very spacious, great swimming pool and breakfast is nice too! Location is also very nice because not in the busiest street of the city centre but still is vibrant enough in the evenings

Super friendly staff, free morning massages, balinese art classes, yoga classes and movie nights by the pool! Beautiful clean pool, nice view of the rice feilds in the backyard. The breakfast was light but really nice and the service was so nice and prompt. Its right in the middle of Ubud near a shopping street and just a short walk down the street to the incredible Sacred Monkey Forest! :D

I felt sometimes like they were being a bit fake with their gestures and emotions but Im not sure, maybe overplayed kindness to get you to book more nights. The massage lady though quite good, was rather abrupt and abrasive...

Las opciones vegetarianas/veganas son muy limitadas en el restaurante. No tienen cosas básicas como tofu o tempeh. Sería genial que mejoraran eso, hubiera comida más veces ahí

Great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, changing area in the hostel dorms, clean shower & toilet facilities. The staff are so lovely & very helpful - I left some clothes at the hostel & they helped me arrange for them to be collected, so appreciative for this! Lovely hostel, could easily have stayed for much longer!

I really enjoyed my stay at Gypsy Lust Ubud. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and there were plenty of them, which was very convenient. Guests receive free massages every other day and free breakfast each morning, which was a lovely touch. The beds were comfortable, and each guest had two lockers, which was great. The hostel is also in a great location, close to the centre of Ubud, with lots of cafés and restaurants right on the doorstep.

Solo female travel. The property is beautiful, clean, organised and the staff it’s friendly, very well communicated and helpful. The location is between the Main Street and the monkey forest so very well located.

Le personnel, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant, ils étaient tous acceuillant, souriant et trés pro. Toujours un petit mot sympa et prêt aider. Il est clair que si un jours je reviens sur Ubud, je sais ou dormir. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe 🤟

I stayed in the shared rooms and I liked how everyone had space to put their luggage in and safely store it & at the same time making the room look organized and clean

I think must inform clearly regarding breakfast thing that we need to tell in advance

Proximity and the mgmt was helpful to book me a taxi. Also they organize free yoga classes.

The bed was in a box. Felt claustrophobic.

This is one of the nicest hostels I’ve ever stayed at! Everything about it was great. It was clean, comfortable, the staff were lovely. It’s also in a great location. It was my first time solo travelling and I felt really safe and welcome at this accommodation. I will 100% stay here again.

The only thing that might annoy some people is next door there is live music until around 11pm but I didn’t have any issue with the noise. And I’m also coeliac so if there were more options for breakfast for gluten free people that would also be nice.

Gorgeous hostel. Free massage, Balinese workshop and yoga. Breakfast was the best of all my stays! Quieter but that’s what I was looking for

今回ドミトリーに宿泊しましたが同じ部屋だったグループで来た方達がうるさすぎて全然寝れなかったです。 12時回ってもロビーの前で大声で話していましたがスタッフの方達が注意すべき点だと思いました。

El alojamiento es excelente: te hacen masajes día por medio y también ofrecen clases de yoga gratuitas día de por medio. La piscina es hermosa, ideal para relajarse después de recorrer la isla. Las habitaciones están impecables y las camas se separan con cortinas, lo que te da total independencia y privacidad. Todo está súper limpio, cuidado y pensado para que una persona que viaja sola se sienta cómoda, tranquila y bien atendida.

去酒店石板路对行李箱不友好。不过那里路面也确实都这样。不是酒店的问题。背包客比较适合。

I stayed in the mixed room where you have some more space to put your stuff next to the bed, and I like how they have a small locker next to the light in every bed. The main locker is huge and you can put a 25 inch suitcase in. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. I love that they have drying area so you can hand wash your clothes and put them to dry. Laundry service is also available, which is very convenient. AC is always strong! And there’s free massage 😌

The sink is right outside of the door which can be a bit awkward when someone’s coming in and out of the room. The breakfast time starts at 7:30 which is a bit late if you want to go out earlier.

美味，本来只打算待两天结果我连着住了四天。在中心地段，在外面累了还可以回酒店休息吹冷气。

进来的路是一段石板路，拖行李箱的我过来很痛苦。如果是背包就没问题了。另外招牌可以搞大一点。只在路边有一个不起眼的圆牌子，我走到了谷歌地图的地方，也看到了不起眼牌子却找不到酒店，问路边的店铺，问了两家，还是店员通过谷歌地图的照片发现就在胡同进去。这边都是酒店他们平时也不知道哪家是哪家

The rooms were clean and I generally slept really well there! It was in a great location, close to the centre and restaurants, shops, attractions etc. They offered free yoga and a 15 minute massage which was lovely. Staff were really helpful to carry luggage to/from my room especially as I had a knee injury!

The breakfast was a little on the small size, and only tea and coffee were included as drinks (not juice) which wasn't helpful as I don't drink caffeinated drinks! Sometimes, loud music was being played from the reception while guests were trying to relax by the pool - it didn't really fit with the vibe of the place! They did turn it down/off when I asked. There is also a bar opposite the hostel which plays music in the evenings. You can hear it in the social spaces but not really in the room (I wear earplugs anyway).

I love everything about this hostel. From the free breakfast, free massage, free yoga up to the staff who are very helpful in everything I need. The room is comfortable and the cleanliness is well maintained.
