Colazione superlativa, posizione e la disponibilità del nostro Host che ci ha seguito e accontentato in ogni richiesta. Risposte quasi immediate. Super.

L'Aria condizionata di una delle stanze perdeva acqua abbondantemente. E nonostante abbiano provato a ripristinare, ha continuato a perdere durante tutto il soggiorno. I bordi della vasca per i bambini sono un po pericolosi, uno dei ragazzi si è tagliato.

Bonne localisation. Pratique pour les visites. Resto et Snack à proximité. Bassin d’eau très agréable surtout quand les températures frôlent les 40C. Riad spacieux.

Absolutely stunning property. Each room was fabulous- really wonderful accommodation.

Le Riad était exceptionnel. Les chambres étaient toutes très confortables et très propres. Wafa nous préparait le petit déjeuner tous les matins, copieux et délicieux. Rien à dire, on a passé un super séjour.

Tout était super, on a eu un petit soucis de clime qui a été réglé très rapidement. L’équipe qui gérait le Riad était disponible à n’importe quel moment et très efficace.

El Riad es precioso, limpisimo y luminoso con muchos espacios para descansar tranquilamemte despues del caos de la Medina. Wafa, fantastica, nos ha preparado el desayuno cada dia y ayudado con cualquier duda, un encanto! Terraza en la.azotea para aprovechar el fresco de la noche, aunque a pesar de los 42 grados del exterior, dentro del Riad se esta fresco y leer un.libro mientras te refrescas en la piscinita, no tiene precio! Esta cerca de la Plaza, a 10mimutos, pero en un barrio tranquilo, con sitios para comer y lugares a visitar cercanos.

Nada, todo fantastico!

L’hôte nous a concocté 2 excellents petit déjeuner. Nous nous sommes régalés. L’équipement cuisine est top. Dommage que le fer a repassé n’est pas à disposition libre. Bémol sur le manque d’une serviette de douche, qui nous a été mené que le lendemain. La propreté est correct, même si dans les douches et chambres nous avons trouvés quelques cheveux à notre arrivée. Le Riad est très agréable, très bien decoré. Nous nous sentons bien à l’intérieur.

Dommage que le nom du Riad ne soit pas inscrit sur la porte. Cela éviterais de perdre du temps dès notre arrivés.

The riad is really cute , just like the pictures and the host is very nice, location is good , near to the Medina. The only thing that can be improved is the breakfast to has bigger choice.

L’emplacement est très bien. Le personnel est à l’écoute, réactif et gentil. Le Riad est jolie. La terrasse sur le toit est agréable en journée. Le Rapport qualité prix est satisfaisant pour la période où nous y sommes allé (mai), 130€/ personne pour 3 nuits avec petit déjeuner, Ce qui est un Prix très correct par personne. Bon Petit déjeuner. Le personnel s’est adapté à nos besoins le matin pour que nous puissions partir à l’heure à nos activités.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, mais certains points nous ont dérangées. Nous étions un groupe de 7 filles. La proximité avec les voisins au niveau du toit nous a mises un peu mal à l’aise, notamment car la terrasse du dernier étage ne nous a pas semblé totalement sécurisée la nuit. Un soir, nous avons entendu des ronflements venant de la terrasse et nous avons réellement pensé que quelqu’un se trouvait dans le riad, ce qui nous a fait très peur. La chambre située au 2ᵉ étage est très petite et trop isolée des trois autres chambres situées au 1er étage. Personnellement, y dormant seule, je ne m’y suis pas sentie en sécurité et je n’ai pas pu y dormir les autres nuits. Nous avons du dormir a 3 dans une chambre de 2. Les chambres du 1er étage ne sont pas très grandes non plus, mais restent suffisantes pour un court séjour. Je recommanderais plutôt ce riad pour 6 personnes que pour 8, la chambre du haut étant selon moi trop petite et moins rassurante pour y dormir la nuit. Pour un groupe de fille ne pas dormir dans la Chambre du haut. Rester plutôt dans les 3 chambres de 2 personnes du 1er étages car vous pouvez fermer l’accès au toit pour la nuit pour dormir tranquillement.

Excellent location, easy walking distances to all of the attractions. Cash point and currency exchange 2 mins away along with shops and eateries. Taxi rank at bottom of the road. Riad was quiet and clean and exactly as photos and description, beds very comfortable, clean spacious rooms well equipped with towels, toiletries and hairdryer. WiFi in Riad was very good. Meet and greet was perfect along with the host very simple handover, house keeper very friendly varied breakfast each day traditional selection of breads, juices, coffee, pancakes, omelettes and condiments. Communication throughout was excellent via WhatsApp. Would highly recommend staying here, easy location to navigate from, very safe and friendly locals 100%.

We couldn’t really find any fault at all, everything was of a good standard.

Posizione centrale a 10/15 minuti dalla piazza Jemaa el fna. La cuoca per la colazione è gentilissima e molto disponibile. Il Riad è bellissimo, una vera oasi di pace, io e i miei amici l'abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo.

La camera sul terrazzo è un po' fredda ed è meno godibile rispetto a quelle interne al Riad

Très bel endroit, fidèle aux photos. Merci à Wafa pour les bons conseils et les petit-déjeuners. C'était top. On était très bien dans ce riad privatisé, tous les équipements sont présents. La rue de la kasbah est super agréable et animée, on y trouve de tout.

L'accueil a été très expéditif.

Il Riad si trova in una buona posizione per poter visitare la città a piedi. Accogliente e ben arredato con una bellissima terrazza dove fare colazione e rilassarsi. Buona colazione e personale gentile. Letti comodi. La struttura ha quattro camere doppie con ognuna il proprio bagno, in più c’è un bagno di servizio al piano terra.

Nella vasca all’interno del cortile l’acqua non è molto pulita quindi non abbiamo potuto immergerci.

Tout était parfait, nous avons apprécié la situation géographique, la déco du Riad, la gentillesse des personnes présentes

La literie un peu dure…mais cela nous a pas empêché de dormir

Riad bien placé très pratiques pour plusieurs personnes. Merci à Wafa qui s’occupait de nous pour le petit déjeuné qui était vraiment très gentille.

The door was a bit of a struggle to get in but once we got the hang of it we were fine!

Era todo perfecto, tanto el Riad, como la ubicación, el desayuno y el personal, todo de 10. Muy recomendable si quieres alojarte en la Medina, pero en una ubicación más tranquila. Repetiría sin dudas

Awesome location, easy to reach main sightseeings. Beds were cosy, heaters were in each room which made it comfortable to sleep (February). Wifi worked fine. It was clean, in the morning the lady made breakfast which was simple and basic.

Take your time to find the place.

We loved the location and cozyness of the Riad. Close to old town center and all the sights. The breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone.

Wish the heating would be on when we arrrived at 11 pm on the cold winter night. Almost froze the first night, because of the low temperatures outside and inside the Riad.

La propreté des lieux, l'emplacement (on peut tout faire à pied), les petits déjeuners faits sur place le matin. Séjour très agréable et positif pour un long week-end en famille avec enfants.

L’esthétique, les draps et le petit déjeuner

Nous ne pouvions pas utiliser tous les équipements en même temps, car le disjoncteur sautait. Par exemple, il était impossible de faire fonctionner simultanément les 4 climatiseurs, la piscine et l’éclairage. De plus, la femme de ménage nous a laissés attendre devant la porte d’entrée : nous sonnions mais personne ne répondait, pensant que le logement était vide. La communication avec la personne en charge de notre accueil a été lente et l’accueil peu chaleureux, même s’il est intervenu rapidement une fois que nous avons réussi à le joindre.

The riad looks very good, it was clean and spacious. We had a great breakfast included. The location is also great.

El Riad, todo nuevo y muy limpio.

Dos observaciones: por una parte es dificilísimo de encontrar, la ubicación está bien pero no estaba identificado en la puerta. Y e s para gente muy tranquila. Eramos un grupo de mayores y tuvimos protestas de los vecinos simplemente por reírnos y hablar algo alto. O sea que no es recomendable para jóvenes con ganas de cachondeo.

The property was amazing. Beautifully decorated with lots of space. The location was good with places to eat only steps away as well as the main sights all within walking distance. There was a little supermarket close by as well as a street market. The roof space was a great place to relax and escape the busy street. The breakfasts were fabulous, cooked daily by Wafa who was lovely.

The only negative was the communication before and trying to find the place as there was no name on the door, only a number. We were early so that may have affected things but having more directions 24hrs in advance would be good. However, a quick WhatsApp video call sorted the problem.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, super Lage, sehr sauber, Frühstück ok.

Die Betten sind super hart und ungemütlich und manche Zimmer liegen zur Straße, was es sehr laut macht. Ist eben sehr hellhörig.

Le logement était magnifique, et très bien situé dans la médina, 15 minutes à pied de tout. Le logement était propre, les chambres propres et agréables et la déco magnifiquement bien pensé. Le personnel était super agréable et très accueillant, nous avons été très agréable surpris du petit déjeuner pris chaque matin préparé sur place. Tout était impeccable, et nous sommes très heureux de notre séjour, je recommande ce logement sans hésitation et surtout avec insistance, ne réfléchissez pas vous ne serez pas déçu, bien au contraire.

Es tal y como aparece en las fotos y la ubicación es muy buena.

C’était un logement que nous n’avons finalement jamais vu de nos yeux, annulé seulement deux heures avant notre arrivée. On l’imaginait chaleureux, avec ses pièces baignées de lumière et ce petit coin qui semblait parfait pour se sentir chez soi. Mais ça restera une adresse fantôme pour nous, une expérience manquée qu’on n’aura connue qu’à travers les photos et les descriptions.

C’était un logement qu’on attendait, un lieu qu’on imaginait déjà comme refuge pour quelques jours. On avait fait tous les préparatifs, réservé, compté les heures jusqu’à l’arrivée… mais deux heures avant, tout a été annulé. Aucun mot clair, aucun secours. Quand on a appelé, le propriétaire ou l’agence, je ne sais pas exactement, c’était désagréable. La voix indifférente, le peu d’empathie. On a demandé une solution : est-ce que vous avez un autre logement ? Une autre adresse proche ? Rien. Juste un “désolé, ce n’est plus possible”. On a fouillé, cherché, mais tout était complet, trop tard, ou trop cher. On a dû se résoudre à prendre ce qu’on pouvait, avec un logement plus petit 2 chambres au lieu de 4 . Avance du logement biensur . Nous espérons vraiment que vous serez enlevé de booking . Et cette annulation si proche, elle ne faisait pas que nous enlever un lieu. Elle a semé la frustration, le sentiment qu’on avait été mis au pied du mur, que ce qu’on comptait pour nous en ce moment, ce confort, cette promesse de détente. Merci pour tous ses sentiments.

El Riad es una maravilla. Nos cuadraba perfecto en tamaño al ser 6 personas (caben hasta 8) y tuvimos el alojamiento para nosotros solos. Habitaciones dobles, todas con baño, muy amplias y limpias. Además, la decoración es una 10. La terraza tiene una zona de sofás cómodo Sina que invita a quedarse horas hablando. Esta en una zona muy concurrida, sin estar en el mogollón de Marrakech. Se puede andar hasta la plaza de Jamaa el Fna en 15 minutos. El desayuno fue espectacular y la persona que vino a prepararlo al Riad fue súper amable y atenta. Repetiré en próximas estancias en Marrakech.

No tiene ninguna pega. Todo excelente.

Sehr stilvolles Riad, sauber und gepflegt, den Fotos entsprechend (in der Realität etwas weniger groß). Gutes Frühstück, jeden Morgen zur Wunschzeit von der guten Seele des Hauses zubereitet. Den Rest des Tages hatten wir das Haus für uns, vom Tauchbecken im Entree bis zur Dachterrasse. Lage perfekt.

The Riad was amazing! Super cosy nice decoration and great place to stay. The housekeeper was very nice and the agency is vey reactive in case of questions .

As doses do pequeno almoço não chegavam e tivemos um problema em que não era possível abrir a porta com a chave à noite depois do jantar

This accomodation was fabulous. A lot of stairs to navigate the four levels but beautiful space and retreat from the streets of Marrakech. Waffa (staff) presented a beautiful breakfast every morning and Saber (property connection) was great and prompt to assist.

We had 8 authorities turn up one day and demand entry into the property to check documents and validation of property. It was all okay and Saber responded promptly, however quite stressful in a foreign environment with the language barrier. 3 of the 8 authorities ended up entering the premises and searching the property but thankfully they left without further issue.

We had an amazing time at Riad Zatiah. Confortable beds, clean and very spacious.

Absolutely everything, we travel a lot and this was genuinely one of the best bookings I've ever made in booking.com.

Would love to add something here as a heads up to other travelers , but to be honest everything was perfect.

The riad was beautiful, spacious, clean and felt like our own private oasis. As it is situated off the main roads, it was nice and quiet. We didn’t find it hard to locate, as the communication from the property team was really useful. They were really helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast made each morning by the maid was amazing and really added that special touch to our stay. We really enjoyed having the terrace - we tended to leave the riad early to go and explore, then come back late afternoon and soak up the rays, which was really nice. We were so impressed, the whole group said they would 100% book again. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like! Most of the rooms did not have a private door for the separate toilet - but we were aware of this before booking. Nothing to complain about!

The host was very accommodating in arriving with the keys on time.

The address is not accurate when typed into maps. I appreciate that all maps app find it difficult to pin point locations but I would have appreciated an image of the alleyway and description of how to get to the front door.

The property was absolutely stunning. Possibly the best place I’ve ever stayed in.

Some rooms did not have toilet doors

I loved this riad. I was a bit concerned along the way. But trust me it looks just like in the pictures. Rooms were cozy and neat and it is next to all main attractions by walking distance. Zaber helped us get to the riad when we were clueless and Matisse made sure we were looked after in all possible way. And the breakfast was amazing. The madam was super nice and welcoming. Overall 10/10 experience. We had an amazing time

Superbly convenient location, host met us at the drop off point and took us to the property. Beautifully done Riad, comfortable beds, excellent roof terrace, lovely and quiet

Only 1 key between 7 of us. We were not always together all the time therefore, was logistically difficult. Advised host of 1 person within our party of a gluten intolerance. In the communication prior to our arrival, we were told that this was fine however, at breakfast the cook was not aware. Although the cook was lovely and accommodating, there was a language barrier unfortunately which made it a little difficult but she did her best. Only other downside is that some rooms didn't have anywhere to put your bags and if your not shy of using the loo without a door and in half view then your ok ;) perhaps a as a minimum a curtain or such would be sufficient.

The place was very clean and beautiful decor. It has a very modern feel for it and plenty of light. The breakfast was amazing and we were served tea on arrival with some snacks. The rooms were cleaned everyday and there was a washing machine onsite, so we could wash our clothes. They also supplied towels at the Riad, so we didn't have to worry about this, which was handy. I would definitely come back again

It was quite difficult for us to collect our keys when we first arrived in morocco. This may have been down to miscommunication, but the location appeared quite blurry on google maps, which made it difficult to find. But once you locate the place its an excellent location and close to the medina and food places.

Location was perfect. Very close to Mosquee Moulay El Yazid in Rue de la Kasbah, so you can just go out by foot and visit many things around. Rooftop dining area is extremely nice and the 4 Bedrooms are very clean. The breakfast was plenty enough and the kids loved the small inside pool even though it was cold.

Maybe that there were no floor, hand and bath towels. There were only towels for the shower and few possibilities to put your clothes. The place isn’t so easy to find, but we got Google coordinates and then you can find it easily. It is just on the opposite of Rue de la kasbah 360/359 into a small alley called DERB BAISSI.

The place is beautiful and very clean, we enjoyed the experience of being in a Riad, also the lady that made us breakfast made sure that all our needs are met in terms of food preferences and the food was delicious.

We had a couple of issues, first the address provided shows only the street name but no building number, we parked on the statelet and called the property and someone showed up and walked us into an alley that we would never had guessed that it's where the place is, this could be a problem if someone doesn't have an active phone line with them to communicate with the property. You book the whole building which wasn't clear in the in the description on booking, with having the pool in the common area would've been nice to know especially that we had children with us, there is a mother area upstairs but it's in the open air which can't be used when it's too hot. When we first arrived the manager turned on all the lights and ACs in all the rooms, by the time we settled we had multiple several minutes power blackouts which, the manager did call an electrician who said that the sudden spike in power consumption resulted in an overload even though we turned off all the lights and kept the essential ones, it took hours for the grid to accumulate to the new pressure (we had 7 blackouts in total) We had to ask for the wifi password several times, again if you don't have an active phone line it will be hard to communicate with the property management to sort it out.
