Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Buena ubicación a 5 mins andando del centro de Valladolid. La habitación estaba limpia y es espaciosa. Respecto al refrigerador, no hay en la habitación, pero en una cocina con se puede utilizar.
Cuando llegamos a las 15h no había nadie para el check in. Simplemente, dejo el aviso para tener en cuenta que aviséis con antelación

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Great location, right next to the cenote and not far from the center. The room was big, bright, and comfortable. The shared kitchen is excellent—there’s drinking water and even ice! The host is a lovely woman who patiently explained everything.
The water pressure in the shower was very weak

Our hosts were very helpful when we arrived more than an hour later than planned because of the bus with no way of contacting them because there was no connection. We loved our stay here - it was close to the city centre and to great restaurants. We will definitely recommend this place to others.

Accueil très charmant mais ensuite plus personne sur place et délai de réponse aux messages très long (parfois plus de 12 heures…). Pas de rideaux sur certaines fenêtres donc beaucoup de lumière.

J'aurais pu mettre 10/10 mais il y a vraiment trop de lumière dans la chambre la nuit et le matin... Pas de rideau sur certaines fenêtres et des rideaux très fins sur d'autres. Aussi, il aurait été super agréable d'avoir des hamacs comme dans beaucoup de logements au Mexique :)

Douche avec eau chaude. Plusieurs places de stationnement privées. Quartier calme, proche du centre ville. Allez-y les yeux fermés !

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026It is a really nice place — very local, simple, and cozy. The room itself is quite minimal, with just beds, a table with a few chairs, and some storage space. However, there is air conditioning if needed. The bathroom is somewhat old-fashioned, but it is well maintained and clean. It took us a little time to figure out how to use the shower, but once we did, everything worked fine. There is also a shared kitchen for all the rooms, where you can find everything you might need, as well as an ironing area, a hairdryer, and other useful items. The property has a very nice garden where you can enjoy your morning coffee and listen to the surrounding nature. The people who welcomed us and own the place are very kind. Unfortunately, we do not speak Spanish very well, but we still managed to communicate and had a lovely conversation. The owner is a big sports fan, and it was especially nice to meet a Lithuanian basketball fan in Mexico.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2026Die Gastgeberin Anita ist eine wunderbare Frau! Trotz der Sprachbarriere hat sie alles so eingerichtet, dass alles verständlich ist. Die Betten sind bequem, der kleine Innenhof läd zum Verweilen ein und das Highlight ist die Gemeinschaftsküche. Auf unserer Weltreise haben wir diese Privatsphäre hier sehr genossen.
In der Nachbarschaft wird gerne gefeiert. Das Internetnetz ist unzuverlässig.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026Det ligger rigtig godt og til en god pris. Sengene og værelset var super. Værterne var så søde, og tog rigtig godt imod os. Manden kunne lidt engelsk men kvinden kunne intet. Man kunne dog stadig mærke hendes venlighed og imødekommenhed tydeligt.
Man skal ikke forvente at kunne sove igennem. Der er virkelig mange haner der galer og hunde der gør konstant. De to nætter vi var der, startede hanen ved en 4-tiden. Der var nogen pause hvor man kunne falde i søvn, men ørepropperne kunne knap nok hjælpe her.

Attentionnés et polis, ils ont fait plus que nous accueillir : lorsque nous avons eu une crevaison avec notre auto de location, ils sont venus à notre aide, nous ont prêté leurs outils. Francisco nous a aidés à changer un pneu, en plus de nous conduire jusqu'à un garage. Ce sont des gens généreux, d'une grande classe.

We would only wish that the shower had better pressure and a nice stream instead of sprinkling water around :) Unfortunately if you sleep with an open window, it might be a little noisy at night from roosters nearby

Reviewed Jan 8, 2026Casa del cenote is een bijzondere plek. Ontzettend lieve gastheer en gastvrouw. Wij gebruikten deze accommodatie voor een nacht. Er is een gemakkelijke keuken waar je ‘s morgens lekker een bakje koffie kan zetten, gebruik kan maken van de koelkast en er staat water. Ruime kamer en schoon. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding op loopafstand van de stad en een mooie cenote.
De accommodatie heeft een mooie afgesloten binnentuin. Wij zouden hier zelf niet voor een week wille zitten maar voor een nacht om verder op doorreis te gaan vonden wij het prima!

Reviewed Jan 3, 2026Lage war Recht gut, schnell zu Fuß im Zentrum und Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Gastgeberin war freundlich und es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche, in der man kochen und essen kann inkl. Trinkwasser. Sauberkeit war auch ok. Günstiger Preis.
Es gab keine richtigen Bettdecken und es war eine relativ hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Zimmer.
