The location was good. Nice pool. The room was like a little apartment with cooking facilities, one ring top stove, kettle, crockery and utensils. The staff were very nice. On the rooftop you can go for breakfast which is an added benefit.

The only thing I would say is that it could have done with another mirror, a full length mirror. The mirror in the bathroom was a little hard to get near to as the sink is large and you have to really lean over and my eyes are not what they used to be.

Durante mi estancia he sufrido un ROBO de mis tarjetas de credito y mi dinero en efectivo de una cartera que tenia guardada en la caja fuerte de la habitacion y guardada bajo codigo personal. No recomiendo alojarse en este hotel. El robo se efectuo de manera que robaron solo las tarjetas y los billetes sin dejar ninguna rastro ni desorden que llamase la atencion y que yo pudiese detectar visualmente al regresar a mi habitacion. Ademas, los pagos con las tarjetas robadas se efectuaron el dia que ya se habia producido mi salida del hotel, lo cual me hace pensar que la persona que robo era perfectamente conocedora de cuando yo terminaba mi estancia en el hotel. Despues de todo este suceso, desde el hotel no me han dado respuesta y no se han hecho responsables de ninguna manera del robo que he sufrido. No recomiendo a nadie alojarse aqui, pueden ser susceptibles de ser robados y el hotel nunca de hara responsable. Tengan cuidado

The location and the accomodation were amazing. Spacious rooms. Pool was awesome. The staff were very friendly - special thanks to Ramon who stayed open late for us as we arrived on ferry later than expected. We did 3 nights here and would 100% come back!

Super hôtel ! Personnel adorable et très arrangeant (nous avons pu nous doucher et laisser nos affaires après notre excursion avec les requins baleines alors que nous avions le checkout le jour même !) chambre spacieuse et belle piscine ! Un très bon séjour passé dans cet hôtel !

Die Lage ist top. Das Grundkonzept auch, aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ich würde wieder hinkommen, aber die Fotos versprechen etwas mehr als man erhält. Aber für den Preis und die angenehme Lage ( ruhig!) ist es gut.

Der Pool ist unsauber, die Liegen haben die beste Zeit hinter sich. Unser Zimmer war direkt am Pool war sehr laut und serh geruchsintensiv war. Unter Holzkonstruktion modert es stark. Ich glaube das wohnt zeitweise der Waschbär den wir immer beobachten konnten.

Le personnel était attentif à nos demandes. Le logement est très bien placé par rapport à la plage et aux animations. A 5mn en voiture du port.

Énormément de moustiques à la réception et dans les chambres il faut bien fermer les portes et fenêtres (moustiquaires aux fenêtres, ouf). Prévoyez une lotion anti-moustiques car ça attaque sur toute l'île.

L’allotjament està molt ben situat. L’habitacio és molt àmplia i neta, i la piscina molt agradable. L’esmorzar variat, i molt bo. El personal molt agradable i sempre disposat a ajudar.

Das Hotel liegt gut und zentral zum Strand und zur City. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es war eine Oase, der Ruhe und der Entspannung. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen. Er hat uns an den heißen Tagen auf Holbox eine gute Abkühlung gebracht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Wir fanden es ein bisschen. Schade, dass man keine Getränke abends am Pool bestellen konnte. Wir glauben, damit hätte man noch gut Geld verdienen können. So mussten wir jedes Mal aus dem Hotel raus, um noch etwas zu trinken zu besorgen.

Es desayuno estubo muy bien. No hay una gran variedad de cosas pero lo que tienen es muy correcto, bueno y bien de precio en comparación con los precios de los desayunos fuera del hotel. La ubicación perfecta. En dos calles estas en el centro y en nada tambien en la playa. Se puede ir andando a todos lados.

Lo unico es que hay un problema con los mosquitos en la isla en general. Hay partes donde hay mas y menos. Aun así nosotros tubimos todo cerrado toda la estancia y dentro la habitación habia muchos mosquitos igual.

La camera molto grandi e spaziosa, la colazione buonissima e lo staff molto disponibile.

Nos encanto el trato del chico de recepción, fue super atento con nosotros y nos facilito mucho todo muy amable, la habitación super grande y bonita un sitio con mucho encanto.

El alojamiento estaba limpio y era amplio para 5 personas. Disponía de agua embotellada y café de cortesía por la mañana. El personal estaba dispuesto a ayudar. La piscina estaba bien también.

Pocos utensilios de cocina, cuando llegamos el alojamiento estaba recién limpiado sin secar y olía a lejía, la ducha del baño y las toallas podrían renovarse.

Emplacement proche de tout : 10 min à pied du port d'arrivée de Chiquila, 10 min à pied de la plage ... restaurants et superette à proximité.. Surprise le soir de voir des ratons laveurs au rdc 😍 Nous espérons revenir un jour pour un sejour plus long

La piscine superbe avec de l'ombre, la petite cuisine dans la chambre, la salle de bain, le calme à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, l'espace devant la chambre pour se poser et étendre les vêtements/serviettes

Électricité un peu instable (pas de leur faute, régulier sur l'île, l'absence de casserole Le clic clac dans les chambres de 4 n'est pas très grand et moins confortable que les lits, mais tout à fait acceptable

We relocated after being stuck at another hotel with no electricity. Choko, the receptionist, made sure he arranged a taxi and helped us get out of a dire situation. He went above and beyond. Also, as someone who travels a lot. I can tell you with confidence that this is the cleanest hotel we ever stayed at. Plus it comes with resident cats which is a huge plus for us.

A walk from beach

We stayed at the hotel in June 2026 and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located on the island, making it very convenient to get around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom was large and cozy, and the bathroom was also excellent. We stayed in the last room on the first floor, next to the hotel's laundry room, which unfortunately meant there was noise throughout the day. Sadly, we were not able to enjoy the swimming pool because of heavy rain during our stay. However, the pool looked beautiful and very inviting. Thank you for your hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Struttura potenzialmente molto interessante, ma devono migliorare alcune cose. Stanze spaziose.

Gli asciugamani nelle camere sono insufficienti e spesso ci sono problemi con gli scarichi del WC (a dire il vero come spesso accade in queste zone...). La piscina e la zona adiacente non erano molto pulite.

Chambres grandes et confortables. Lits confortables. Personnels attentif et sympathique Petit dejeuner en rooftop sympa. Situé à 5 minutes à pieds de la plage. Et de la zone commerçante. Une très bonne pizzeria juste devant l'hôtel. Pas d'accord avec les commentaires négatifs concernant l'humidité. Le village est construit sur une plage. Les rues sont en sable. Donc il est normal d'avoir un peu de sable sur le sol des couloirs.

Peut etre juste la vue arriere de la chambre donnant sur une courre (pas l'hotel) pas très propre. Mais c'est un détail. Hotel très bien

Breakfast was okay, but bagel was so tough you couldn't eat it. Pool is nice but could use a skimmer for the debris.

I paid for a room with a kitchenette. However, the room we got didn't have this for the first 3 days. I specifically wanted a coffee pot, and all we got was a hot water pot. After much arguing with the manager, 3 days later we were moved into the appropriate room. Nor was there any hot water for the shower. The safe for valuables was locked and we could not use it. I told the manager 3 times about it with no response. Booking.com stated that ALL fees and taxes were included in the price. However, we were forced to pay an additional $660Mx for additional taxes. The other people checking in said they also were unhappy about this.

Increíble alojamiento. Buen precio, buena piscina, aire acondicionado, super bonito ya que parecía una jungla. Y super bien ubicado, andando des del muelle a 7 min y en 4 minutos en la playa paradisíaca. Hay de todo alrededor (ambiente para la noche, farmacias, restaurantes, súpers...)

Lo único que podría mejorar sería poner un secador de pelo en el baño.

El trato fue en todo momento muy agradable y la alberca estaba perfecta, y la ubicación está excelente!

Desde la recepcion hasta el final de la estadía fue genial, habitaciones cómodas, limpias, el personal super atento, Ramón y el equipo de recepcion siempre atentos. No sabia que podia contactar con ellos los tours, porque ya los tenias reservados, pero ellos solucionaron la movilidad dentro de la isla, taxis, bicis, lugares por conocer. Todo excelente. La alberca limpia y si tu no quieres gastar en desayunos tienes todo lo necesario para preparar y conservar tus alimentos. Habitación funcional y climatizada garantizada. Desde que llegas la habitación ya esta fresca. Agradezco todas las atenciones. Ojo recomiendo que analicen bien los dias de estacas porque la isla te atrapa y quieres estar mas tiempo. Hotel recomendado, familiar, no hay ruido que te despierte y todo queda cerca. La seguridad impecable

Todo en general, desde la recepcion, el equipo fue siempre amable Habitaciones limpias y co fortablws, ubicación excelente, sin ruidos. Se podia descansar, climas funcionando al cien, alberca limpia. Servicios adicionales con cobro, como transporte y bicis super eficientes y rápidos. En general todo muy bien Si tú no quieres hacer gastos adicionales el hotel tiene lo necesario, puedes preparar alimentos, todo funcionando al cien y limpio Ramón super atento y todo el equipo de recepción. Mucha seguridad Te hacen sentir en casa Lastima siempre quieres mas tiempo en la.isla Si tienes planeado ir pocos días, te recomiendo replantear tus planes. Jejej

L'hôtel était très bien placé pour visiter Holbox et vraiment très beau ! La chambre était très grande et propre, et le personnel vraiment aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est aussi très bien et très bon, avec un super vue depuis le rooftop ! Je reviendrai ici sans hésiter !

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Our room was really big and they had a great pool. What also stood out was the staff, who were incredibly lovely, friendly, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Simplesmente maravilhoso. Dois ambientes muito amplos, ambos com ar condicionado. Utensílios de cozinha que permitem preparar uma pequena refeição rápida. Cama muito confortável. Chuveiro excelente. Localização estratégica, próxima do ferry, da praia e do centrinho. Funcionários muito gentis, educados e simpáticos. Um dos melhores lugares que já me hospedei.

Pra não dizer que não reclamei de nada, a TV poderia ser smart. Mas quem precisa de TV no paraíso?

Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda mi estancia. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y cuentan con el espacio necesario para trabajar de forma remota, lo que hizo mi experiencia aún más agradable. Además, las instalaciones se encuentran limpias y la ubicación es muy céntrica. Sin duda, ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio.

La habitación cuenta con el mobiliario básico necesario para una estancia cómoda. Sin embargo, el espacio de almacenamiento para la ropa y los objetos personales es algo limitado. Considerando el número de huéspedes que la habitación puede alojar, sería conveniente contar con más espacio para guardar pertenencias, especialmente durante estancias de varios días.

Quarto muito espaçoso, com antessala e cozinha bem equipada para o básico. Telas para reter insetos em todas as janelas. Chuveiro ótimo. Localização muito boa, a poucas quadras da praça principal e da praia.

Comunicação confusa com a equipe do hotel antes do check-in, mas foram super atenciosos e amáveis durante a estadia.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, não fica longe do ferry e ainda é próximo à praia e ao centrinho. Dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Ficamos em um quarto enorme, que tinha até uma sala. Cama confortável, tudo limpo, ar condicionado funcionando muito bem, cofre e armários disponíveis. Não tem barulho a noite. As janelas têm vedação para não entrar insetos, o que nos livrou dos pernilongos! As cortinas vedam bem a entrada do sol pela manhã. A pousada ainda conta com uma piscina delícia! O pessoal nos tratou muito bem, fizeram indicações de passeio, de restaurante e foram muito solícitos! Inclusive tivemos um problema de pagamento na saída que foi prontamente resolvido pela recepção. Ficamos muito satisfeitos e gratos com tudo!

Es más bonita en persona que en las fotos! Lugar muy agradable y espacioso. Aire y ventiladores funcionaban perfecto, las ventanas tenían mosquitero, la habitación tiene un mini refri y una cocineta sencilla, nos funcionó muy bien para desayunar. El internet funciona bien y la alberca también me gustó porque tiene sombrita. La cama es súper cómoda y el personal muy amable.

Los utensilios de cocina son sencillos, batallé un poco con el sartén.

Hôtel calme, chambres très spacieuses et très bien situé pour visiter l’île. A peine à 10 min des ferry à pied et à moins de 10 min du centre. Les chambres sont des petits appartements, constituées d’une kitchenette, d’un salon avec tables chaises et canapé / lit et d’une chambre avec lit king size. La salle de bain dispose d’une douche et de toilettes. L’endroit est calme et propre. Le personnel est agréable et toujours disponible pour tout renseignement. Le soir, les ratons laveurs passent au sein de l’hôtel ajoutant une petite touche animalière au lieu 😊

Au rez de chaussée, faire attention aux moustiques très nombreux qui occasionnent des piqûres douloureuses.

Le cadre de l'hôtel, sous les palmiers mais en plein centre. La piscine est agréable malgré qu'elle soit mal entretenue. L'hébergement est hyper grand, c'est un appartement. Le personnel de l'accueil a été très accueillant du début à la fin avec des messages chaque soir pour prévenir de la fermeture de l'accueil.

Le sol paraît tout le temps sableux ou sale, on a toujours l'impression d'avoir les pieds sales, c'est vraiment dérangeant. Literie un peu molle.

Todo!, el hotel es muy bonito, amplio, cómodo, limpio, la piscina exquisita, el concepto del hotel es grandioso, la ubicación es genial, en el mero centro, el personal muy atento, el wifi de maravilla!!! Sin duda volveremos a hospedarnos aquí, es perfecta la relación calidad-precio. Amé aquí.

L appartement familial en rdc est bcp trop sombre, pas propre et sa cuisine est largement sous equipé. Heureusement que nous avons demandé a changer de chambre la derniere nuit. Je recommande plutot de se tourner vers les beach club en allant vers pointe moustique

TOUT. La localisation proche du centre et de la plage. Le personnel attentionné et à disposition. Cadre magnifique, piscine et chambre spacieuse. Lit confortable. Salle de bain spacieuse avec eau chaude et produits d'hygiène à disposition. Eau à disposition et café gratuit. Ils nous ont gardé nos bagages le dernier jour et permis de profiter de la piscine. Wifi fonctionnel. Je recommande vraiment ++ ce lieu unique pour vos vacances à Holbox.

La situación cerca de la zona de ambiente y las tiendas, pero a la vez un lugar tranquilo. La buena atención del personal del hotel, el desayuno variado, y la piscina espectacular. El atardecer desde la terraza superior con buenas vistas.

Le personnel est charmant et très efficace. Le logement est parfait pour une famille. Il y a même de quoi cuisiner si on le souhaite. Très bien situé sans être trop bruyant. On recommande !

La piscine pourrait avoir un coup de neuf !

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pieds du centre et des plages, mais en même temps très au calme. Le personnel parle anglais, ils sont aux petits soins et très à l'écoute. La piscine est top, tout est très arboré, on se sent vraiment ailleurs... La literie est vraiment très très bien, nous avons passé d'excellentes nuits. C'est un petit paradis!

Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Moskitonetz vor den Fenstern angebracht. Die Betten groß und bequem. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Lage sehr gut. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand ... sehr familien- und kinderfreundlich ... wir kommen wieder :)

L'emplacement de l'hôtel sur Lille et très bien à la fois proche du centre et proche de la plage. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et serviable c'est très appréciable.

La Palma is a beautiful, natural setting in a great location. You are minutes away from the main square and a short walk to the beach. This hotel really hit the sweet spot for our family- it had a beautiful pool, very friendly and accommodating staff, and the room was BIG! My family loves to travel and I can tell you its not always easy to find a hotel that has rooms with separate sleeping areas, a nice pool, in a great location. La Palma was perfect- it checked every box! The bedroom was huge and the bed was big and comfortable with good, quality pillows. The living space was huge, and the fold out bed our kids slept in was very comfortable. The breakfast was yummy and the service was friendly and warm. My children especially loved the crepes. The design and atmosphere of the hotel is beautiful and the staff is so helpful. The communication was awesome- I received messages with information and helpful tips throughout our stay. The management is really proactive about anticipating guest needs and working to ensure you have a wonderful stay. We hope to return to beautiful Holbox and look forward to booking another great stay at La Palma when we do! I highly recommend La Palma!

I really don't have complaints! There are quirks to any island, but if you travel to remote places, you should expect that things work a little differently than how they do at home...and hopefully that is part of why you're traveling in the first place! :)

The customer service was genuinely exceptional from start to finish. Daniela was amazing, so friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The two men at reception were just as welcoming and professional, and it really made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. The rooms were a big surprise, much better than the photos and far more spacious than expected, with plenty of room to properly unwind. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows were perfect, which made a huge difference after long travel days. The air conditioning worked really well and having fans too kept the room cool at all times. The pool area was lovely and clearly very well looked after, a great place to relax. The location was ideal, close enough to everything but still peaceful and quiet at night, which we really appreciated.

Honestly nothing, everything was spot on and exceeded our expectations. If anything, we just wish we could have stayed longer.

Llegamos y la tapa de la taza del baño estaba con pipi seca y sucio. Del resto no hay nada malo que decir.

La habitación muy cómoda, el personal muy amable y la limpieza 10/10, recomiendo mucho este hotel.

El desayuno creo que el sazón lo deberían de mejorar, también deberían de ofrecer algo de snack para comer o beber en el área de la alberca.

reservation de 3 nuits : les 2 eme nuit sans dormir car chambre situé à coté de la machinerie/laverie et un bruit sourd toute la nuit ,impossible de dormir et materiel de cuisine inaproprier donc aucun intérét et innonondations dans la chambre la veille de notre départ donc oblige de changer de chambre en derniére minute!!!!! GENIAL !!!

La Palma Holbox est très bien situé sur l’île et on y arrive très facilement du port. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une très bonne literie. Piscine très agréable. On recommande.

Le ménage n’est pas fait à fond, par exemple sous le lit. Aucun changement de serviettes sur 3 jours. Il manque un sèche cheveux.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und das Bett sehr bequem. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, insbesondere da du Lage toll ist.

Der Pool ist nicht nutzbar! Sehr sehr dreckig und auch die Liegen sowie Auflagen waren total verdreckt und abgenutzt. Sehr schade. Auch auf dem Rooftop hat man gesehen, dass die besten Zeiten hinter dem Hotel liegen. Das Zimmer müsste außerdem mal vernünftig gewischt werden. Man hat immer Staub/ Sand an den Füßen, auch wenn der Zimmerservice schon da war (und man keinen neuen Staub reinträgt).

Perfect location, within walking distance to the main center, local restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Despite being on a street corner, it was surprisingly quiet. The pool area looked well-maintained and inviting, and the Wi-Fi connection worked well throughout our stay, which is a big plus on the island. La Palma is a very good option if you enjoy spending your day at the beach or exploring. The price-quality ratio is worth it.

There was almost no water pressure in the shower or the toilet, and we had no hot water. It was very difficult to shower, and the toilet took a long time to refill after a single flush. The general amenities provided were very basic and could be improved. The property urgently needs investment in a better and more efficient water pump system. Solving the plumbing issues would significantly improve the guest experience.
