- salle de bain non pratique, de l'eau partout et compte tenu du climat, cela sèche difficilement - manque d'éclairage dans la chambre - manque de patère pour les serviettes

La literie

On ne comprend vraiment pas la note de l'établissement et les commentaires. Il y a un grand nombre de points à revoir: - L'établissement est vieillissant et nécessiterait un rafraichissement (peinture...) - Les escaliers du duplex qui sont clairement dangereux - l'amabilité du personnel qui n'est franchement pas au rendez vous - Le petit déjeuner très sommaire et pas copieux - Pas de minibar pour avoir de l'eau fraiche en continu (indispensable quand il fait 36 degrés la journée), il faut aller remplir son broc d'eau dans l'hôtel, ni cafetière - La porte de la salle de bain/toilette ajourée, donc en terme d'intimité sonore et visuelle on peut dire qu'il n'y en a pas - le ventilateur au dessus du lit qui balance et que nous n'avons pas mis en marche de peur qu'il se décroche - Comme dans beaucoup d'établissement dans le yucatan, on nous demande de jeter le papier toilette dans la poubelle, aucun problème , mais cette dernière est non fermée et c'est clairement pas très hygiénique, même si il ya un ménage quotidien - Qui met encore un rideau de douche dans un hôtel, qui plus est ne va pas jusqu'au sol, résultat la salle de bain est inondée à chaque douche - Des feuilles dans la piscine selon les heures - La télé qui ne fonctionnait pas Au vu du prix, les prestations ne sont clairement pas à la hauteur.

Camere super confortevoli e pulite. Centralissimo e vicino a negozi, ristoranti e spiaggia. Hotel molto tranquillo e personale gentilissimo.

It's a nice hotel and very central. The family rooms are really spacious and unique. The towels and linen smell amazing. The pool was lovely. The air-conditioning was good and a welcome respite from the heat.

One of our rooms was at ground level and didn't feel very private as the windows were facing the restaurant. The doors didn't fit very well, so mosquitoes were able to get into the room. Breakfast was quite basic.

El trato del staff espectacular, la decoración hermosa, limpieza impecable, lo mejor de todo excelente ubicación, se llega caminando en menos de 10 min a la playa, al muelle del ferry y al centro donde están todos los bares y restaurantes. Además el desayuno espectacular, si bien no es buffet es demasiado rico, con harta fruta sabrosa, varias preparaciones de huevo muy contundentes, además de los otros 3 menú de desayunos disponibles.

Las noches de fin de semana se escucha el ruido de la calle si tu habitación está cerca de la entrada pero muy bajo. Como feedback sería espectacular que pusieran algún ventilador en el área de desayuno para bajar un poco el calor y también que usaran incensos o quemaran copal en la tarde para ahuyentar un poco a los mosquitos que en esta época están intensos.

Toplocatie, dicht bij de ferry, het centrum van Holbox en het strand. De kamer was zeer proper en leuk ingericht. Het zwembad was fijn en verfrissend, en ook het ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker, met onder andere heerlijke chilaquiles.

De ontbijtruimte ligt buiten en heeft geen airco of waaiers, waardoor het er erg warm is en je veel last hebt van muggen. Een kleine koelkast op de kamer zou ook een mooie extra zijn.

De ligging was perfect in een druk straatje vlakbij de restaurantjes en marktje.

Het personeel was absoluut niet behulpzaam! Bij het ontbijt mochten we geen extra tafel om gezamenlijk te ontbijten , we zijn met een gezin van 5. Het had heel hard geregend en alles was doorweekt.. ik vroeg of het even in de droger mocht in het washok.. maar ook daar deden ze moeilijk over. Mijn dochtertje had alleen een laken om onder te slapen en ik vroeg voor een extra deken ook die kreeg ik niet en ben zelf opzoek gegaan in het washok voor een deken. Kleine moeite om even voor gasten te doen lijkt mij…zwembad was heel troebel

De Mexicaanse sfeer van het hotel, de locatie pal in het centrum, het ontbijt vonden wij heerlijk! Al met al echt een geweldige plek. Waar je snel andere mensen ontmoet!

De bedden waren kleiner dan vermeld, voor ons geen probleem, maar wel verwarrend. Zeker als je erg lang bent. Kamer met het balkon lag pal aan straat, uitzicht op de Electra kabels en ‘s avonds tot laat veel geluid, daar moet je wel tegen kunnen. Zag je op de foto’s niet terug. Wij vonden het uiteindelijk juist gezellig

Le personnel n’est pas souriant du tout. Le petit déjeuner très restreint limité à une assiette par personne. Merci de stipuler que c’est des toilettes sans fosses septique cela peut gêner des personnes.

We waren wat vroeg, kregen de indruk dat receptie vooral gern zin had om te checken of de kamers al klaar waren. Maar verder alles prima, aardig personeel, aardige schoonmakers.

La ubicacion es excelente. Esta en la calle principal el chedrawi esta cerca, la playa a 4 cuadras, restaurantes, tienda y todo cerca. Las habitaciones estan muy limpias, la cama comoda y amplia, la alberca es bonita, hotel muy recomendable.

Le falta algun lugar para poder colgar la ropa mojada y alguna silla dentro se la recamara para que te puedas sentar cuando esta mojado.

Goede centrale ligging. Mooi opgezet complex. Wij hadden een kamer met een verdieping, dit is heerlijk ruim. Trap naar boven moet je even aan wennen.

Er was veel omgevingsgeluid, moet je wel rekening mee houden. Qua onderhoud mag er wel het eea gebeuren, qua planken buiten vooral. Ontbijt basic, mag vriendelijker. Badkamer wordt door het douchegordijn snel helemaal nat.

De ligging, de zeer ruime en gezellige kamer, super douche, vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie, zeer goede bedden, extra handdoeken voor het zwembad, ligbedden aan het zwembad, zeer vers ontbijt met verse schijfjes ananas en watermeloen met vers fruitsap

Het ontbijt was a la carte maar elke dag hetzelfde. Alles is op basis met eieren.

We had a duplex. It was very spacious and we liked the style. The pool area is great with plenty of shade. The breakfast was good and the staff very polite.

The room smelt slightly damp, but I think a lot of places here do in this season. The upstairs part had no curtain for the glass section over the door so the light came in in the mornings.

Je recommande les yeux fermés. L’emplacement est top, très proche de la plage mais aussi de la pharmacie, du supermarché et des restaurants. Très bel espace extérieur au niveau de la piscine Chambres spacieuses avec des rangements. Les chambres sont faites avec soin tous les jours ce qui est très appréciable car le sable s’accumule rapidement Des serviettes pour la piscine sont à disposition dans les chambres. Die Lage war perfekt, das Frühstück war lecker, die Anlage war super schön! Eine kleine Oase im Hinterhof.

Der Pool hat an 3 von 4 Tagen nicht funktioniert (war nicht die Schuld des Hotels), leider war er dann, als er wieder ging, sehr trüb und auch schmutzig. Sehr schade wenn man extra wegen des Pools mit kleinem Kind bucht:( nichtsdestotrotz tolles Hotel!

Het zwembad werd niet schoongemaakt de dag nadat het had geregend en gewaaid. Pas dag daarna werd het schoongemaakt, maar wel pas na opening van het zwembad om 9.00 uur. Verder was kamer wat gehorig, maar niet storend.

La ubicación es excelente, es acogedora y con encanto. El personal es atento. Tiene agua embotellada gratuita y accesible.Toallas de playa si es que las necesitas. Los desayunos son completos y con posibilidad de elección. Me encantó tanto Holbox que alargue tres noches más para disfrútalo.

Great location for the lovely seaside village of Holbox. The rooms are like motel rooms off the open air thouroughfare going to breakfast bar and pool. Felt a bit exposed with everyone walking outside our window but we had last room available. Upstairs would have been better.

Super rapport qualité prix. Lieu très beau, calme, agréable et très bien situé, dans le centre et à 3 minutes à pied de la mer. Piscine très agréable et bien entretenue. Personnel très gentil.

Great location in the center , great beds and night rest . Nice swimming pool.

Bathroom floor is always wet after taking the shower , missing any drink service around the pool, breakfast is vert limited choice of options and location of the breakfast facility is outdated and not very welcoming.

Lo más positivo la ubicación. Tuvimos un problema con el aire acondicionado y vinieron a solucionarlo pronto.

Este hotel no cumple con las expectativas para el precio que se paga. Pagamos alrededor de 400 € por tres noches para dos personas (habitación con balcón). La piscina estaba súper abandonada, sucia en todo momento. Las hamacas con colchonetas despeluchadas y re usadas. El desayuno es escaso e insuficiente, solo incluía UNA rodaja de piña y UNA de sandía por persona, y una tortilla. El personal, en la mayoría de las ocasiones, fue poco amable. No nos dieron ninguna facilidad para hacer un late check-out y de malas formas. Nos indicaron que como mucho podíamos usar las duchas de la piscina. Que luego además no funcionaban. El mobiliario es súper antiguo, el baño no tiene iluminación y en la planta baja no había aire acondicionado. El balcón, por el que se supone que te sube el precio de la habitación, tiene las vistas a maquinaria y conductos. Las habitaciones tienes que subir bastantes escaleras y en ningún momento nadie te ofrece la posibilidad de ayudarte. En fin, teníamos confianza al ser de la cadena Eurostars, pero la decepción fue bastante grande. Únicamente recomendaría este hotel si la habitación costará la mitad de lo que pagamos.

Location was 10/10, very central and in the heart of town, but quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. Lovely room with large comfortable bed, TV and daily cleaning. Restaurants, bars, shops all within short walking distance, as well as places to rent bicycles, buggies, etc. and a few minutes walk to the beach.

Pool area could have been better maintained and cleaner, although difficult with the amount of trees hanging over shedding leaves etc. Breakfast was ok, we only had it once and chose to go out to eat on the other mornings.

Superó mis expectativas. La ubicación es perfecta. Cerca de la playa y de todo lo que necesites para comer, divertirte y también descansar. El desayuno es muy bueno. Y las instalaciones son perfectas.

Our duplex style room was very cool; beds were comfortable and we felt safe staying here. The location was perfect, right in town but we didn't feel it was too loud. We were in the room called "viento" and we loved it. The grounds/pool area were very nice; call it rustic charm! Also, easy walk to the marina, no need for taxi.

Room needs more hooks and/or towel bars to hand stuff. After coming back from a day at the beach, everything is dirty and/or wet. That was the only uncomfortable part of the stay, figuring out where to hang stuff to dry. But don't let that be a deterrent - this hotel is beautiful. We ended up using the balcony, the swing seats, and a chair in the room.

Alles bestens, genau wie beschrieben. Sehr gut mit Kindern und absolute Empfehlung. Allgemein ist Holbox so eine geniale Insel und mit dem Hotel genau in der Mitte kann man alles super erreichen. Noch eine Anmerkung: Nichts von den negativen Kommentaren stimmt…

Las instalaciones son preciosas las habitaciones, el ambiente , el color todo es muy lindo tal y como esta en las fotos fue el mejor hotel en el que nos hemos hospedado nos encantó a mi esposo y a mi tuvimos una habitación con balcón y era hermosa el hotel cuenta con una buena ubicación sus instalaciones son limpias y cada día nos dejaban una figura hecha con toallas sin mencionar que los jabones que te dejan están geniales ! Huelen riquísimo son como una barra de chocolate y huelen a chocolate 🤗nos atendieron súper bien y el personal fue amable esperamos regresar 🫶🏼

Creo que lo único que cambiaría de este hotel sería la puerta del baño 😅la puerta del baño solo eran palitos de madera (no se ve mal ) pero se escucha todo cuando alguien entra 😅aunque era gracioso pero para más privacidad dentro de la habitación estaría mejor otro tipo de puerta. También podrían hacer un poco más variado el menú del desayuno ya que si lo recuerdo bien solo tenían tres opciones y eran las mismas cada día el sabor no está mal pero si estaría más interesante variar un poco

The highlight was the bed. So comfy. Loved the room decor and the fact the air conditioning was very efficient. Breakfast was delicious, a choice of some classics and traditional Mexican with coffee, fresh fruit and juice. The 2 water fountains were useful for filling up bottles and the jug provided in the room, meant we didn’t have to buy any water bottles during our stay which was good. The hammock / relax area was nice. Pool was nice for a dip. Lots of loungers, but not the sunniest spot due to all the trees. Hotel is perfect location in Holbox. Right in the centre of town right off the main square and about 2 minutes walk to the beach. Helpful reception staff

The only (very small!) thing I’d say is that the pool area seemed a bit unloved. Pool full of leaves etc, which I understand with the trees around but could’ve done with a quick brush and pool clean each morning. Pool could do with a good clean of the tiles / repairs of missing tiles. Although the water was still nice and clear. Some days no cushions provided for sun loungers, which because they are made of wood, made them unusable unfortunately.

Frühstück a la cart (daher weniger Abwechslung). Es liegt im Herzen von Holbox, daher hört man das Nachtleben und brummenden Taxis und Motorräder.

Excellent emplacement ! En famille, cela nous permettait de se déplacer à pieds vers le parc, la plage et les restaurants. La chambre avec deux lits sur le long était efficace pour notre famille et très propre 😊 les déjeuners sont bien également!

La piscine pourrait être plus propre, l’eau n’était pas claire. Également, il faut savoir que les chambres sur deux étages sont un peu dangereuses pour les jeunes enfants vu les marches inégales des escaliers. Nous avons fait une demande pour changer de chambre et le personnel a été très courtois et aimable.

Het hotel ziet er prachtig uit. De kamer was mooi en het bed erg groot. Het zwembad is heerlijk en de bedjes erbij liggen goed. De locatie is top: alles is dichtbij maar het voelde wel als een rustige plek. Het ontbijt is goed en je kunt uit verschillende opties kiezen.

Je moet geluk hebben met de locatie van je kamer. Wij hadden de kamer direct tegenover de ontbijtplek, waardoor we 's ochtends wakker werden van het klaarzetten en het geklets van de bediening.

Wir haben inkl Frühstück gebucht. Das war ein großer Fehler. Das Frühstück war das traurigste in unserem gesamten Mexico-Urlaub. Man wählt in einem dunklen Hinterhof an düsteren Tischen zwischen 4 Gerichten. Eines davon sind 2 Scheiben Toast mit Marmelade. Die anderen sind mexikanische Klassiker und ganz ok, aber nicht 4 Tage am Stück. Wir sind auch kein Mal satt gewesen und haben uns im Supermarkt nebenan noch Essen gekauft. Das Obst waren einige wenige Scheiben Wassermelone. Das Servicepersonal hat sich kaum sehen lassen und einen mit gequälter Miene bedient. Die Tische waren immer schmierig, das Besteck klebrig, einen zweiten Kaffee musste man sich direkt an der Theke drinnen abholen. Und erntete eher genervte Blicke. Richtig bitter: im Hotel gibt es ein Café. Da lächeln einen die Kellner an, Es liegt sonnig und auf der Karte sind Säfte, Yoghurt, alles was man sich Leckeres zum Frühstück vorstellen kann. Bitter. Das WLAN ging kaum im Zimmer. Der Pool war trüb und wirkte schmutzig. Viele Fliesen im Wasser waren rausgebrochen. Ich habe in 4 Tagen nur eine Person darin baden sehen. Die gesamte Anlage wirkte achtlos bewirtschaftet.

Love the location! So close to the beach and the main centre with so many bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The hotel staff were always so helpful, and the cleaners came every day and did a fantastic job! The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool with lovely little shutters so you could let the light in when you woke up, and relax in the spacious bed. breakfast included was a nice touch and something new they had added since the last time I visited.

It was quite noisy in our room at night. Could hear people outside quite late and sometimes motorbikes coming past. I thought the room was a great size, and clean but if I had to say something, I’d recommend doing more with the shelf/desk areas. For example, we had a big shelf/desk area which went the whole way across one of the walls and I think this would be so helpful to add a mirror and a chair so it could be used as a dressing table. If they could add a plug socket here, it would be ideal for being able to dry your hair whilst using a mirror as the only mirror was in the toilet. Not a big deal at all, would just be a nice to have 🙂 A full length mirror would have also been great! Loved the breakfast but I think more variety of juices and lighter breakfast options would be a great addition. For example, fruit and yoghurt.

Hôtel très bien placé dans le centre d'Holbox à 10 minutes de l'accès à la plage. Très facile d'accès depuis le ferry (5 minutes à pieds). La chambre était propre et spacieuse. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil du personnel. Étant en plein coeur de l'animation, il y a un peu de bruit le soir.

Everything was super clean, the daily cleaning service was supreme and the bed is super confortable

The breakfast included is divine, what a treat. Really close to the beach, gym right behind 250 pesos a week.

No fridge in the room. The rooms look like the photos but definitely smaller than anticipated. They let us change to a bigger room though so that was nice.

Værelserne var ikke som på billederne. Faciliteterne var brugte. Badeværelset var af ældre dato. Vi havde booket et duplex men der var ikke hegn rundt om hems eller balkon så jeg vil ikke anbefale stedet hvis man kommer med små børn.

De locatie: dicht bij het strand/centrum. Kamer is ruim, douche en airco zijn goed. Fijne bedden.Als je 's nachts doir het raam kijkt zie je de wasberen voorbij lopen. Ontbijt is prima. Mooi en decoratief resort.

Schimmel op de muren en dus een muffe lucht. Verder geweldig!

Sehr wenig Licht im Bad und die Temperatur des Wassers konnte man nicht einstellen. Leider war kein Föhn auf dem Zimmer und auch keine Minibar. Der Pool war außerdem nicht sehr einladend, da das Wasser trüb war.

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles les prestations ne sont pas a la hauteur : Pas d équipements dans les chambres : pas de sèche cheveux,de couverts,de frigo, de micro onde, pour une chambre pour 4 seulement 1chaise, un seul toilette Petit déjeuner pas copieux sans possibilité de thé ni de chocolat ni de plusieurs choix.... Piscine ou l'eau n' est pas claire du tout, matelas transats dépassés même sale A l'arrivée le réceptionniste nous demande une taxe environnementale et après vérification celle ci n existe pas...ou seulement pour la traversée en bateau. En gros du vol. Je ne recommande pas.

The staff are so helpful, and the rooms are amazing. They had such a distinctive feel, all wooden, like a dream treehouse. Good location too, a short walk from the beach.

The pool was quite dirty, and the breakfast was quite basic - we recommend going to other places on the island. There was quite a lot of noise at night but that feels like just the local area rather than the hotel itself.

L’emplacement est parfait pour profiter des restos et bars du centre d’Holbox et pour accéder rapidement aux plages. La chambre était très propre, bien décorée et avec une literie de qualité. Il y a aussi une fontaine à eau, c’est un petit plus qui évite d’acheter des bouteilles en plastique, on peut remplir sa gourde. Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et le cadre est vraiment chouette.

L'emplacement. L'équipe en cuisine nous a préparé le petit déjeuner avant 8h car nous avions le ferry tôt, ils se sont adaptés et nous les remercions. La chambre pour 4 personnes était magnifique.

Dommage la piscine n'était pas propre, l'eau était trouble.

Great location, beautiful property, friendly staff, good breakfast too!

Loved our stay here! Staff super friendly. Comfortable beds, nice sheets and towels (including pool towels). We loved the towel animals every day when cleaning it’s just such a nice touch. Lovely decor. Secluded pool area away from street. Great location!

Breakfast was a real let down… just not good. We went out every day after trying but it’s nice to see and support other places so wasn’t an issue for us! A bit noisy but it’s in the centre of town and it quietened after midnight

Faire attention car à la réception il essai de nous faire payer des taxes qu’il disent locale alors que nous les avons déjà payé sur booking Alors que je lui ai expliqué que tout était payé sur booking elle a fini par ne pas me faire payer
