Amazing hostel, really comfortable bed, bathroom with all facilities, nice staff

The entrance is inside a place with no identification, you have to take the elevator to 4 floor

The location of the hotel is very difficult to find. The hotel's location is very hard to find and it's quite far from the airport.

The hotel promoted other accommodation advertisements to me. I'm just staying in Xiamen. I'm very averse to the advertisements promoted by the hotel.

Great location super clean,beds comfortable

Was hard to find as you see the sign from the other side of the street only as you walk under it. Not obvious it is on the 4th floor of a residential building. Shame other guests leave food rests on tables leave chairs in a mess. Management should be more strict, and more cheerful they hardly return your saying hello. You do not need to speak English to give people a smile :-)

The beds very comfortable, a lot of space everywhere.

The bedroom door made a lot of noise every time people closed the door. During the night it is very annoying. They need to change the mechanism of how to close the door.

Amazing hostel with helpful staff. They gave me a free room upgrade. Big shower facilities and plenty of bathrooms, which are cleaned often. Beds have curtains for more privacy. You have your own power outlet, light and a big locker. The common room is big and they show movies. It's a short walk to the BRT and bus stop.

The room didn't have a window.

Free water dispenser, friendly set up of facilities, eg the bathroom door has hook and door curtain to prevent clothes from getting wet during bath, location very near to brt. The beds are well organised with number with 2 layer locker for luggage and small locker for shoes at the entrance door. Very well organised with convenient facilities provided. The cleaner does clean the room, bathroom and toilet regularly.

Very nice location near transportation and sightseeing places. I stayed in this hostel chain in different locations and it's a great price value offer.

Winter time seems had controlled for the air conditioning, it’s warm day in Xiamen during my stayed but the air conditioning just don’t cool down the room

Nice, clean hostel with great facilities and common areas. Private room as good as a hotel. Staff were helpful. The location is also very good, close to BRT station with direct access to Xiamen High Speed Rail station. Not far from Xiamen attractions such as Zhongshan Road and Gulangyu ferry terminal. The rooftop of the building is a nice area for shopping and bars.

Everything you need in a hostel. Confortable and isolating beds. The staff were very patient with me as I was a bit lost without access to Google in China, checking things for me, etc. Definitely recommend

You need little bit hard to close the door so make quite noises. Our room upstair people get up early morning and wake us up 6:30.

There are many good things to say about this place. It is one of the best hostels I have stayed in. Clean, comfy beds, safe cupboards for keeping valuables, lots of necessary things provided (drinking water, clean slippers, hygienic products). The bed feels like a small room, which is great. Self-laundry service (I didn't use it, but it's a very good thing for longer stays). It has a great socializing area near the reception, where people can eat, play, watch movies, etc. There is also a separate room nearby for those who need to work or just have some quiet time. There is also a nice terrace for sitting outside, and for smokers. This space is separated from the dorms, so that one can choose to have fun until late, or to sleep, without disturbing each other. Everything was functional, well-kept, and pleasant. Helpful and kind staff. I was there during the Lunar New Year, and it was very thoughtful of the hostel to organize something, so that we could all feel that special day. Very good location, too.

One thing I would strongly suggest to the management to change: the doors are very noisy. Since we were more people in a room, each with their own schedule, someone always entered or went out, and it was possible to get a proper sleep only between 2-6am, which is very short. Some people are more careful than others, but even for the most careful, it was impossible not to slam the door sometimes, because otherwise it wouldn't close. The sound is very hard and it is impossible to sleep. I think a small adjustment to the lockers would be a very good idea. Given all the other very good things, and since I only stayed a few nights, I just saw this as a problem which can happen anywhere, and which can be fixed in time. I still think this hostel is a very good choice for travellers in Xiamen.

Perfect location to everywhere, and the room is perfect size too. Meanwhile the bed and pillow are comfortable, every night I have good sleep. However, maybe because it’s busy so when we checked in that the floor and toilet can see dirt still, I was walk around and found my foot were super dirty🙁

The sound proof isn’t that good ~ but after 10pm was quite down so was ok to sleep~

Good location, very convenience

Press switch on "clean room up" but staff did not pay attention with my room. We stay 4 night but staff clean room only 1 day. I have to inform staff at front desk about cleaning, water, towel and get it by myself. Room floor is very dirty.

Our group had people staying in the double room and also the 8pax dorm. The rooms and bunks were all very comfortable and clean, the lighting were all very adequate. For the double room, I rate it equal or even better than some of the hotels we have stayed at in Xiamen. Lush towels provided. The bunks were super comfortable with crisp white sheets and good lighting, and even bottled water supplied daily. They provided lockers unlock by fingerprint which made it very convenient to access. Bathrooms were very clean and even had heated toilet seats. The design of the rooms was thoughtful. The staff even better. One came to me while I was in their laundry room,even after he had knocked off from work, to follow up on our laundry which we needed to transfer from the washing machine to the dryer and needed their help with the activation of the machine via their apps (we couldn’t use). I was so impressed. All their staff were friendly and helpful. They did their best to make sure we had a good stay. Their common area had a bar counter, pool table and other facilities that served to round guests up for movie nights or in general, a good place to chill and mingle.

Could smell cigarettes smoke in the bathroom at times… seems like it travelled through the exhaust fan…

Some days could smell smoke upon returning back to the room after a day out… not sure where it came from. Whether it was other guests and that the smoke travelled…

This is the best hostel I have ever been to. It is situated near the Douxi road BRT station. If you are coming from airport, you can take B1 or B2 BRT buses near to the hostel. Staff is very kind and helpful. Most of them can’t speak English very well. But they try their best with language translation apps. There is also super cheap restaurant right next to the hostel. This hostel is located on the 4th floor of the building.
